Praise the Lord! Today I want to share again with you part of my journey of following Jesus over the past ten-plus years. 赞美主！今天我想再次和大家分享我跟随耶稣十几年的一些经历。I’m so thankful that God has opened my eyes to see the work of the enemy, 感谢神开我的眼睛，让我看见仇敌的工作，I call them family spirits, 我叫他们家族邪灵，and to see how He has helped me overcome. 也让我看见祂如何帮助我得胜。I hope what He has done in me 祂在我身上的作为，will encourage you as we walk together in sanctification. 盼望能鼓励我们所有人，一同走在成圣的道路上。

1.  The Biblical Basis – How Strongholds Form圣经根据—坚固营垒是如何形成的

Ephesians弗 2:1–2 says 告诉我们，we were all once children of disobedience, 我们都曾经是悖逆之子，with evil spirits at work in us. 旧人生命中都有邪灵在运行。It sounds terrible, 听起来可怕，but it’s true. 但这是真实的。We were dead in our sins, 我们都死在过犯罪恶之中，spiritually cut off from God. 而死就是与神隔绝。The patterns of sin may look different in each life, 罪的模式虽然因人而异，yet most of us repeat the same patterns as our parents, 但几乎每个人都会重复父母的模式，generation after generation. 一代又一代。Take King David as an example. 以大卫王为例，After his sin, 他犯罪后，God declared that his actions had given the enemy cause to blaspheme 神说他的行为给仇敌留了大大亵渎的机会(2 Samuel 撒下12:10, 14). From then on, 从那以后，his family lived under the shadow of the sword— 他的家中就不断有刀剑with lust,——情欲、sexual sin, 性犯罪、murder, 谋杀、and idolatry 拜偶像repeating from one generation to the next. 一代又一代地重复。This is one of the clearest pictures of generational sin and family spirits at work.  这是家族罪与家族邪灵的工作最清晰的例子之一。

In fact, 事实上，the Bible doesn’t use the phrase family spirits, 圣经没有直接说家族邪灵，but it does show how sin, idolatry, and curses can run down family lines, 但却证明罪，偶像崇拜，咒诅可以在家族里相传，and open the door to the enemy. 并给仇敌开门。Exodus 出20:5 says that the pattern of sin will be “visited” on the children: 说罪的模式会“追讨”到子孙身上：“I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me.” “恨我的，我必追讨他的罪，自父及子，直到三四代。” We see this in Abraham’s family line: 我们在亚伯拉罕的家族里可以看到这一点：Abraham lied about his wife → 亚伯拉罕谎称妻子 → Isaac did the same → 以撒也这样 → Jacob deceived. 雅各欺骗。The pattern of deception clearly ran through his family line. 很清楚，欺骗的模式延续在亚伯拉罕家族里。

Luke 路11:21–22 says: 说：“When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are safe. “壮士披挂整齐，看守自己的住宅，他所有的都平安无事。But when someone stronger attacks and overpowers him, he takes away the armour in which the man trusted and divides up his plunder.” 但有一个比他更壮的来，胜过他，就夺去他所倚靠的盔甲兵器，又分了他的赃。” Here, the “strong man” Jesus mentioned refers to Satan or an evil spirit. 耶稣所说的“壮士”，就是撒旦和邪灵。So when people say “family spirits,” 因此，当我们说到家族邪灵时，they’re usually describing demonic influences that try to keep families stuck in the same destructive patterns, 通常是指黑暗权势，总试图把家族的人捆绑在一样的过犯模式里，like idolatry, 像一代又一代的复制偶像崇拜、fear, 惧怕，anger, 怒气，addiction, 上瘾，or unforgiveness from one generation to the next. 或不饶恕，And also, to cause family history of disease. 还引起家族遗传病。

The good news is, 好消息是在基督里，in Christ we can break agreement with those influences, 我们可以不再与这些思想合一，renounce them, and live free as a new creation 弃绝他们，活出新生命(2 Cor 林后5:17). Jesus’ death and resurrection cut off the enemy’s claim 主耶稣的死和复活破除了仇敌的权势，and brought us into God’s family instead. 把我们带进神的家族里，But it takes faith to live this out. 但我们当以信心活出来。Christ has already set us free, 基督已经释放我们得自由，yet we must step out in faith: 但我们的信心当以行动来成全，believing His Word, 相信祂的话语，renouncing the enemy, 弃绝仇敌，and walking in God’s truth each day. 每天行在神的真理中。

The enemy tempts us with lies like, 那仇敌用谎言试探我们：“If you were a billionaire, 你要是亿万富翁，you’d be happy.” 你就开心了。But even billions can’t save us from anger or sickness. 但没有基督，纵然是亿万也不能救你脱离恼怒和疾病。When we accept such lies, 当我们接受这些谎言时，they form strongholds in us, 牠们就在我们里面形成坚固营垒，like enemy fortresses, 就像敌人的堡垒，armed and defended. 有盔甲和兵器守护。This is our “old self,” 这就是我们的“旧人”，shaped by worldly ideas of what is good or bad. 被世界的善恶标准塑造。When our sense of “good” is challenged, 当我们心里认为的“好”被挑战，or our “bad” is exposed, 或“坏”被暴露时，we react with anger, 我们就会用愤怒、judgement, 论断、arguments, or self-defence. 争辩或自我防卫来回应。In the end, 最终，these reactions leave us trapped by spirits and repeating family patterns.  这些反应让我们被邪灵困住，继续重复家族的模式。

As Christians, we’re called to forgive 作为基督徒，我们蒙召去饶恕(Luke 路6:37) and not judge 不要论断(Romans 罗2:1–3). If we don’t, 若不这样，the enemy uses these old patterns to trap our minds. 仇敌就会利用这些旧有模式来捆绑我们的思想。His entry points include unresolved generational sin 邪灵需要入口：家族罪(Exodus 出20:5), trauma or rejection, 创伤或拒绝、idolatry and occult practices 偶像崇拜与邪术(1 Corinthians 林前10:20), or repeated sin. 或反复的个人犯罪。These open doors give him legal ground to build fortresses in us. 若这些破口不被堵上，仇敌就有合法的权柄在里面修筑营垒。

2. What Strongholds Look Like坚固营垒的表现

After coming to Christ, 信主以后，we are made new. 我们在基督里成为新造的人。Our new self loves prayer, 新人渴慕祷告、fellowship, 团契、Scripture, 读经，and truth. 热爱真理。But the enemy uses deception to pull us back into old ways of thinking 可是，仇敌却利用欺骗把我们拉回旧有的思维方式，and try to overtake us. 企图再次辖制我们。Here’re some of the things he uses to tempt us: 以下是他常用来引诱我们的几方面：

A. Pride and Self-Centredness  骄傲与自我中心

2 Corinthians 林后10:4–5 says: “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. “我们争战的兵器，本不是属血气的，On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. .   乃是在神面前有能力可以攻破坚固的营垒，We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” 将各样的计谋，各样拦阻人认识神的自高之事一概攻破了，又将人所有的心意夺回，使他都顺服基督。”

When strongholds are present, 有坚固营垒的人，a person often becomes self-centred. 往往很自我为中心。They only focus on themselves instead of trusting in God. 他们只关注自己，而不是信靠神。Proverbs 箴18:1 says: “Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment.” “与众寡合的，独自寻求心愿，并恼恨一切真智慧。” Such a person becomes proud, 这样的人容易自高，making themselves their own “god.” 把自己当成“神”，They judge everything by their own measure, 凭自己的标准论断一切，unable to hear others, living in their own world. 听不进别人的话，活在自我世界里。In reality, they are listening to family spirits, 其实他们是在听家族邪灵的声音，bound in old patterns and a spiritual prison. 被捆绑在思维旧模式和属灵监狱里。These spirits not only suppress but also energise sin — 这些邪灵不仅压制，还会“激发”犯罪——pouring fuel on the fire, turning a small irritation into explosive anger, 火上浇油，把小小的刺激助燃成爆怒，a tiny rejection into deep bitterness. 一点点拒绝感变成深深的苦毒。

B. Trusting Myself 依靠自己

I used to lean on my own strength, 我过去就特别倚靠自己的能力，wanting to do good, 想要行善，and often caring too much about how others saw me. 又在意别人怎么看我。That made me vulnerable to believing lies without realising it. 结果我很容易相信谎言，却不自知。Looking back, 回头看，I can see how family patterns of pride, 我发现骄傲、self-reliance, 自恃and judgement influenced me. 和论断的家族模式深深影响了我。But the good news is that Jesus exposes those lies and sets us free. 但好消息是，耶稣显明这些谎言，并释放我们。As John 10:10 reminds us: 正如约翰福音 10:10 提醒我们：“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” “盗贼来，无非要偷窃、杀害、毁坏；我来了，是要叫人得生命，并且得的更丰盛。”  Strongholds made it hard for me to hear the Spirit’s gentle voice. 坚固营垒让我很难听见圣灵温柔的声音。The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of wisdom and counsel, 圣灵是智慧与谋略的灵，and we are meant to live in His guidance — 我们本应在祂的引导下生活，like Moses, 就像摩西、Joseph, 约瑟、Daniel, 但以理and David. 和大卫一样有智慧。Yet for many years I found myself falling into rigid patterns, 但许多年里，我常常陷入僵化的模式，sometimes stubborn and slow to change. 有时很固执，很难改变。Now I see this wasn’t just “me,” 那不仅是我的性格，but an area where the enemy still had ground to hold me back. 而是仇敌在其中仍有立足之地。

C. Blindness to Spiritual Opposition属灵争战的盲点

For a long time, 很长一段时间，I didn’t see the link between my struggles and the reality of spiritual opposition. 我没有看见自己的挣扎与属灵争战的关系。I’d heard many teachings on spiritual warfare, 我听过无数属灵争战的信息，but I didn’t really believe them, 但我却并不真相信，because I had such a logical mindset. 因为我是很逻辑，很理性的人。Having majored in Geophysics at Uni, 我在大学主修地球物理，made it even harder for me to believe. 这让我更难相信。I used to think, 我常常想：“I just need to try harder.” “我只是需要更努力。” 2 Cor 林后 4:4 says: “The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel.” “此等不信之人被世界的神弄瞎了心眼，不叫基督荣耀福音的光照着他们。” I had knowledge in my head, 我头脑里有知识，but in real life I struggled to believe that the battle was spiritual. 但在实际生活中，却难以相信属灵争战。Yet 然而，1 John 约一3:8 says: 说：“The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.”  “神的儿子显现出来，为要除灭魔鬼的作为。”

Over time, God graciously opened my eyes. 后来，神怜悯我，慢慢开我的眼睛。I began to see how my behaviour echoed patterns from my parents: 我开始看见自己的行为其实和父母很像：people-pleasing driven by fear, 因惧怕讨好人、judgement, 论断、pride, 骄傲、anger, 愤怒and unforgiveness.和不饶恕。God even confirmed this through a dream 神甚至藉着一个梦确认：where sea monsters rose up from a muddy pond to attack me. 我站在淤泥池边，看见海怪从池里出来攻击我。It was His way of showing me that these were not just personality flaws 祂让我明白，这些不是性格弱点，but spiritual strongholds that needed breaking. 而是需要被拆毁的坚固营垒。 That dream led me into a season of prayer: 那个梦之后，我进入一个祷告的季节：forgiving my parents, 饶恕父母，breaking unhealthy ties, 断开不敬虔的连接，and resisting the enemy’s lies, 抵挡仇敌的谎言，putting trust in the truth. 选择信靠真理。It was not instant, 这不是立刻发生的，but step by step God gave me breakthroughs.但神一步步带来突破。I remember one night clearly: 我特别清楚地，记得有一个晚上：as I prayed with determination, 当我带着决心祷告时，I sensed something lift off me. 感到有东西离开了我。 That was the first time I experienced freedom in that area. 那一刻，我第一次在那个领域经历了释放。That moment reminded me that deliverance is real, 那一刻让我确信，释放是真的，and that the power of Jesus is greater than the strong man. 耶稣的能力大过壮士。

Many believers hit a wall. 许多信徒走到一个瓶颈，Life feels stuck in cycles of failure. 生命好像停在失败的循环里。Repentance seems useless. 悔改似乎没用，Prayer and Scripture lose joy. 祷告和读经失去喜乐。Church becomes routine, 教会生活变得例行公事，dry, without life. 枯燥无味，没有活力。The enemy steals memory, 仇敌偷走记忆、passion, 热情，even health. 甚至健康。My repentance used to be passive: 我过去的悔改是被动的：under pressure, 被罪压得透不过气，crushed by disappointment and anger, ashamed. 满心羞愧。But repentance in grace is different: 但在恩典里的悔改不一样：full of thanksgiving, 里面充满感恩，with revelation and growing love for God’s Word. 有启示，越来越爱神的话。It enables us to remember lessons, 这样的悔改能让人记住功课，recognise our weaknesses, 看清自己的软弱，see how the enemy works, and how God works in us. 也看见仇敌的作为。

One time, 有一次，I thought a brand of sausages in Woolworths and Pak’nSave was the same, 我以为在 Woolworths和Pak’nSave的同一个牌子的香肠是一样的，but they turned out to be different. 但结果发现它们不同。During prayer, 在祷告中，God showed me that I was judging with my outward eyes 神让我看见，我是用外面的眼睛来判断，instead of following the Spirit’s leading.而不是跟随圣灵的带领。He opened 随后祂开启Matthew太 6:22–23 to me as living truth, not just head knowledge: 不再只是头脑知识，而是活泼的真理：“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.” “眼睛就是身上的灯，你的眼睛若嘹亮，全身就光明。” I realised why I had judged wrongly and relied on my own eyes. 我才明白自己为何判断错误：因为我依靠自己的眼睛，My whole being became dark, 我的全人变得黑暗， and the enemy stole my wisdom.仇敌偷走了我的智慧。That night was the only time I snored again.那一夜是我唯一又打鼾的夜晚。But when I turned back to God, 但当我转向神时，my heart was filled with light and my inner eyes were opened. 我的心就充满光明，里面的眼睛也被打开。I’ll never forget the joy and gratitude I felt. 我永远不会忘记心中那份感恩。Even snoring became like a spiritual thermometer, 甚至连打鼾也成了属灵的温度计，reminding me to rely on God, not myself. 提醒我要依靠神，而不是依靠自己。 

3. The Path to Freedom – How Strongholds Are Broken自由之路 – 坚固营垒如何被攻破

Strongholds don’t fall in one night. 坚固营垒不是一夜之间就倒塌的。Freedom is often a journey of grace. 自由往往是一段恩典的旅程。Here are some keys God has shown me: 以下是神向我显明的一些关键：Choose God’s will. 立志遵行神的旨意。John 约7:17 says that if we choose to obey, God will reveal the roots. 说，如果我们立志顺服，神就会显明问题的根源。

Strongholds often guard a hidden area of the heart. 坚固营垒常常看守我们心里某个隐藏的地带。Touch it, and the person explodes. 一旦被触碰，就会爆发。I once reacted with sudden anger when my wife said my piano playing had become an idol. 有一次，当我妻子指出我弹钢琴已经成了偶像时，我立刻怒火中烧。That anger exposed an area still guarded by family spirits. 那次愤怒显明了我里面一个仍被家族邪灵看守的领域。After I had brought it before God, 但当我把它带到神面前悔改时，I was set free: 我得释放了：free to play or not play. 不论弹琴与否，我都自由不被辖制了。

Many live under condemnation, 许多人活在定罪感之下，unable to feel God’s love or power. 感受不到神的爱和能力。They begin doubting Him, 他们开始怀疑神，resisting Him, 抵挡祂，and even avoiding prayer. 甚至逃避祷告。The root is confusing sin with identity. 根源就是把罪与身份认同混为一谈。When corrected, 当被纠正时，they think, ”  他们心想：“You’re rejecting me.” “你是在拒绝我。” This leads to despair or anger, 这会导致绝望或愤怒，instead of true repentance. 而不能被带进真实的悔改里。2 Corinthians 林后7:10 says: 说：“Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. “依着神的意思忧愁，就生出没有后悔的悔改，以致得救；但世俗的忧愁是叫人死。”

Judas confused his sin with his identity, 犹大就是如此，他把罪和身份混绑在一起，despaired, and killed himself. 绝望自尽。Peter, though rebuked sharply, 但彼得不同，他虽然被严厉责备，understood Jesus was addressing the enemy’s influence, 却明白耶稣是在斥责仇敌的影响，not condemning him. 而不是定罪他。David too, 大卫也一样，after grievous sin, prayed: 在严重犯罪后，他祷告说：“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” “神啊，求你为我造清洁的心，使我里面重新有正直的灵。” God rebukes sin, 神责备的是罪，not our identity in Christ. 而不是我们在基督里的身份。Realising this is breakthrough,  it enables us to repent, 它使我们能够悔改，receive His love, 领受祂的爱，and be restored. 并被恢复。

4, How to Overcome Family Spirits and Strongholds如何胜过家族邪灵与坚固营垒

A. Make up your mind to do God’s will立定心志遵行神的旨意

John 约 7:17 says:“Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God.” “人若立志遵行他的旨意，就必晓得这教训或是出于神。” When we choose to obey, 当我们立志顺服，God reveals the roots of our problems. 神就会显明问题的根源。

B. Strongholds are broken in believing God’s grace and love坚固营垒在信靠神的恩典和爱里被瓦解

Earlier this year, 今年年初，after long battles, 在长期争战之后，God gave me a new breakthrough. 神给了我一个新的突破。One morning, 有一天早晨，my wife came to me and said: 我的妻子对我说：“The Holy Spirit was speaking in me, “圣灵在我里面说话，I was so touched. 我深受感动。Honey, I love you. 老公，我爱你。No matter how many times you’ve failed, 无论你失败多少次，I still love you.” 我仍然爱你。” In that moment, 那一刻，the power of God’s love came over me. 神爱的能力临到我，Tears filled my eyes as I realised this was from Him. 我流泪了，我知道这是从神来的。He hadn’t given up on me. 祂没有放弃我，He had heard my cry and received my faith, 祂听见了我的呼求，悦纳了我的信心，even though I had failed so many times. 尽管我失败了无数次。That very moment, 就在那一刻，the ice in my heart melted, 我心里的冰融化了，and strongholds came crashing down in the atmosphere of grace and love. 在恩典和爱里，坚固的营垒被彻底攻克。I knew it was the Spirit’s love. 我知道那是从圣灵来的爱。

C. Break from Family Spirits by Faith in the Truth借着真理的信心与家族邪灵断开

Abraham, the father of faith, 亚伯拉罕是信心之父，shows us the way. 给我们树立了榜样。He left not only his homeland but also the spiritual ties of his family. 他不仅离开了本地本族，更是在属灵层面上，断开与家族的不敬虔链接。His father Terah was an idol worshipper, 他的父亲他拉拜偶像，and Abraham chose a different path. 但亚伯拉罕选择了不同的道路。Faith requires breaking with family teachings that oppose God’s truth, 信心需要与家族中不合真理的教导决裂，so we can walk in the way of fellowship with Him. 才能走在与神同行的道路上。

D. Forgiveness and Repenting of Judgement饶恕与悔改论断

Luke 路6:37 says: 说：“Do not judge, and you will not be judged… Forgive, and you will be forgiven.” “你们不要论断人，就不被论断；你们要饶恕人，就必蒙饶恕。”

Romans 罗2:1–3 reminds us that in judging others we condemn ourselves. 提醒我们：当我们论断别人时，实际上是在定自己的罪。Forgiving family and repenting of judgement is a continual process. 饶恕家人、悔改论断是一个持续的过程。Chains loosen gradually. 锁链是渐渐松开的。Many say, “I’ve forgiven,” 很多人说“我饶恕了”，but in truth they have not really let go. 但实际上并没有真正放下。We must keep seeking God’s light, 我们必须不断寻求神的光，forgiving seventy times seven, 七十个七次地饶恕，loving them, 去爱家人，and closing doors to the enemy. 堵住仇敌的破口。

Conclusion结论

(John 约10:10). “The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. But Jesus came to give life in abundance”盗贼来，无非要偷窃、杀害、毁坏；耶稣来，是要叫人得生命，并且得的更丰盛。

Strongholds may look powerful, 坚固营垒看似强大，but the cross is greater. 但十字架才是更强大。Through Christ’s death and resurrection, 藉着基督的死与复活，the strong man is bound and captives are set free. 壮士已经被捆绑，被掳的得释放。In experience, 在实际经历里，we need to walk it out by faith. 我们需要用信心行出来。Freedom isn’t won by one prayer. 自由不是一个祷告就能完全得着的，But the Holy Spirit is faithful. 但圣灵是信实的，He has been sent to help us experience true freedom in Christ. 祂被差来帮助我们在基督里经历真实的自由。Let’s keep the faith, 让我们持守信心，continue to forgive, 不断饶恕、renounce, 弃绝、stand, 站立、and obey. 顺服。Taking captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 将所有的心意夺回，使他都顺服基督。And get ready for His purpose to be fulfilled in our lives and for His return! 预备好让祂的旨意成就在我们生命里，并迎接祂的再来！

Thank You, Jesus, for Your blood that washes us clean. 谢谢祢，耶稣，因祢的宝血洗净我们。Thank You for the cross, where You broke the power of sin and shame. 谢谢祢的十字架，在那里祢打破了罪和羞耻的权势。By Your sacrifice, we have been brought from darkness into light, from death into life. 因着祢的牺牲，我们从黑暗进入光明，从死亡进入生命。Today, we gather as Your redeemed people to thank You for Your blood. 今天，我们作为蒙救赎的子民聚集，感谢祢的宝血。

As we take communion, we are reminded: the cross is greater. 当我们领受圣餐时，我们被提醒：十字架更大。Jesus’ body was pierced for our forgiveness, His blood poured out for our healing and restoration. 耶稣的身体为我们的赦免被刺透，祂的宝血为我们的医治与恢复流出。In Him, the strong man is bound, sin is forgiven, family patterns are broken, and we are set free. 在祂里面，壮士被捆绑，罪得赦免，家族的捆绑被打破，我们得以自由。Yet this freedom must not be head knowledge but be lived out daily by faith. 然而，这自由不只是头脑的知识，而是每天凭信心活出来。
