2026-02-01 Trusting God beyond our understanding 信靠不可思议的神

(Pro 箴言3:5-7)

We talked about trusting God last Sunday. Then on Monday, I experienced a shocking miracle. 我们上周日谈到信靠神。接着在周一，我经历了一个令人震惊的奇迹。That afternoon, José rang me and asked, “Jane, did you deliver Uber Eats to our house by mistake?” I said, “No, I didn’t.” 那天下午，何塞打电话问我：“Jane，你是不是误叫了优步外卖送到我们家？”我说，“不，我没有。” But when I checked my phone, I was shocked. One order had already been delivered, and another was still on the way. phone had been in my pocket. 但当我检查手机时，我震惊了。有一个订单已经送达，另一个还在路上。我的手机当时一直揣在兜里。My I didn’t open Uber Eats. I didn’t choose any food. I didn’t confirm payment with Face ID or a password. So how did two orders go through? Honestly, I was stunned. 我没有打开过优步外卖软件，也没有点食物，也没有通过面容 ID 或密码确认支付。那么，这两份订单是怎么成交的呢？说实话，我惊呆了。

Then this thought came to me: God. 然后我脑海中浮现出一个念头：是神。That evening, Katherine told me she had worked from 7am to 7pm. José too. They had asked their teenage girls to look after Violet and sort out lunch. Somehow, it didn’t happen. 那天晚上，凯瑟琳告诉我她从早上 7 点忙到晚上 7 点，何塞也是。他们让家里的青少年女儿照看薇尔莉特并解决午餐，但不知何故，这件事并没办成。But right when they needed it, food was delivered to their door. Imagine that. The girls must be very happy. And I was amazed. 1. Trust is feeling safe with God信靠就是因神而感到安全

Some of us know this passage very well. But knowing the verse and living the verse are not the same thing. 我们中有些人对这段经文非常熟悉。但知道经文与活出经文并不是一回事。In Hebrew, the word “trust” here is bāṭaḥ. It doesn’t just mean to believe something is true. It means: Where do you feel safe? Where do you place your security?在希伯来语中，这里的“信靠”一词是 bāṭaḥ，它不仅仅意味着相信某事是真的。它的意思是：你在哪里感到安全？你把安全感建立在哪里？ Bāṭaḥ means to feel safe enough with God to stop controlling. Even when things go out of our control, like our wallet on our phone! Trusting God means we rest in God’s goodness and sovereignty. Bāṭaḥ 意味着在神里面感到足够安全，从而停止掌控。甚至当事情失控时，比如我们手机上的钱包失控！信靠神意味着我们安息在神的良善和主权之中。Trust is not just saying, “God is right, so I listen.” No. Trusting God is feeling safe with God.信靠不仅仅是说“神是对的，所以我听从”；相反，信靠神是因神而感到安全。

Like Moses said, “if your presence don’t do with us, don’t bring us up from here.” Moses’s safety was in God’s presence.正如出33:15摩西所说：“你若不亲自和我同去，就不要把我们从这里领上去。”摩西的安全感建立在神的同在里，So what makes you feel safe? If your savings make you feel safe, or your insurance, or your job, then when they collapse, you panic. If stopping your children’s crying is what makes you feel safe, then your children can end up controlling you. 2. Trust is leaning on His understanding, not your own信靠是倚靠祂的聪明，而非自己的聪明

Trusting God means I don’t lean on my own understanding because He is the Creator of all. His thoughts are not my thoughts. His ways are higher than mine. I make God my safety. 信靠神意味着我不倚靠自己的聪明，因为祂是万物的创造主。祂的意念非同我的意念，祂的道路高过我的道路，我以神为我的安全感。No matter what, I can live in peace, knowing He is God and that He will guide. Even when things go out of my control, trust tells me that God has something to say, and I need to listen. 无论发生什么，我都能活在平安中，因为知道祂是神，祂必引导。即使事情超出我的掌控，信靠告诉我神有话要说，而我需要倾听。If we lean on our own understanding, fear rises. Panic comes. Control takes over. 如果我们倚靠自己的聪明，恐惧就会升起，恐慌随之而来，掌控欲会占据主导。

Thursday, God taught me this in a simple way. I was trying to find a place to park, but I couldn’t see any spaces. As I kept driving, a thought came to me: “There’s no opportunity here.” 周四，当我试图找车位却看不见任何空位时，神用一种简单的方式教导了我这一点。当我继续驾驶时，一个念头闪过：“这里没有机会了”，So I quickly changed lanes. Then I suddenly saw few empty spaces right at the end of the road. But it was too late, I had already changed direction. It took me much longer to park, and I felt frustrated. 于是我迅速变换了车道。接着，我突然看到路尽头有几个空车位。但已经太晚了，我已经改变了方向，这导致我花了更长时间才停好车，我感到很沮丧。It was as if God was saying to me: This is what happens when My people make decisions driven by fear, pressure and their own judgement instead of trust. They lose time, energy, and peace. 仿佛神在对我说：这就是当我的子民被恐惧、压力或自己的判断所驱动、而非因信靠而做决定时的后果。他们失去了时间、精力和平安。

In the Bible, bāṭaḥ is often used in situations of danger, storms, and uncertainty, where God’s people choose to feel safe with God instead of relying on themselves. 在圣经中，bāṭaḥ 常用于危险、风暴和不确定的情境，在这些时刻，神的子民选择在神里面感到安全，而不是依靠自己。Moses is one of the greatest men in the Old Testament. God called him to lead His people out of 400 years of slavery. God performed powerful miracles through Moses in front of Pharaoh. 摩西是旧约中最伟大的人物之一。神呼召他带领祂的子民以色列人脱离 400 年的奴役。神在法老面前借着摩西行了强大的神迹。God gave Moses the Ten Commandments, and Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible. Gensis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Why did God use Moses so powerfully? 神赐给摩西十诫，摩西写下了圣经的前五卷书：创世记、出埃及记、利未记、民数记和申命记。为什么神如此大能地使用摩西？Hebrews 11:6 says, without faith it is impossible to please God. 希伯来书 11:2 说：“摩西因着信，长大了就不肯称为法老女儿之子。” Trusting God is a journey. We have to learn how to practise trust, so that we won’t lean on our own understanding. Hebrews 11:24 says: “By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be known as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter.” 信靠神是一段旅程。我们必须学习如何操练信靠，这样我们才不会倚靠自己的聪明。希伯来书 11:2 说：“摩西因着信，长大了就不肯称为法老女儿之子。”Moses grew up as Pharaoh’s grandson, the most powerful ruler at that time, even though he was a Jew. He lived in wealth and power, with influence, education, and status. He had everything people desire. 摩西作为当时最强大的统治者法老的孙子长大，尽管他是个犹太人。他生活在财富和权力之中，拥有影响力、教育和地位，拥有世人所向往的一切。But Moses faced a deep identity question: “Who am I? Where will I find my safety?” He could have stayed in the palace and lived a comfortable life. 但摩西面临一个深刻的身份问题：“我是谁？我在哪里寻找我的安全感？”他本可以留在皇宫里过着舒适的生活。

But Hebrews says, by faith, Moses refused. He refused to be defined by the world’s definition of success and safety. He chose his true identity — to be one of the people of God. 但希伯来书说，摩西因着信拒绝了。他拒绝被世界对成功和安全的定义所界定，他选择了自己真实的身份——成为神子民中的一员。So what would you choose if you were Moses? 那么，如果你是摩西，你会如何选择？你会在哪里寻找你的安全感？Where would you find your safety? Will you allow the world to influence your choice? Or will you find your safety in your identity in Christ? Real trust begins when we let God define who we really are. 你会让世界影响你的选择，还是会在基督里的身份中寻找安全感？真正的信靠始于我们让神来定义我们到底是谁。

3. Trust is choosing long-term gain over short-term pleasure信靠是选择长远利益而非短期享乐

Hebrews 11:25 says Moses chose to be mistreated with the people of God rather than enjoy the pleasures of sin for a short time. 希伯来书 11:25 说，摩西宁可和　神的百姓同受苦害，也不愿暂时享受罪中之乐。To be honest, if sin felt painful, nobody would sin. The Bible says sin is pleasurable for a short time. 坦白说，如果犯罪感觉痛苦，没人会去犯罪；圣经说罪中之乐是暂时的。That’s why we choose it. Speaking a lie like, “I haven’t done it,” may solve a problem in the moment. But it will create more problems later. Holding bitterness may feel justified now, but it poisons your heart and damages relationships over time. 这就是为什么我们会选择它，因为说一个谎，比如“我没做过”，可能会解决当下的麻烦。但这会在以后造成更多问题，就像怀恨在心现在可能觉得理所应当，但随着时间的推移，它会毒害你的心灵并破坏人际关系。That’s why Proverbs says, “Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil.” 这就是为什么箴言说：“不要自以为有智慧，要敬畏耶和华，远离恶事。”

To fear God means to honour Him and to take His holiness seriously. God is holy. He is just. 敬畏神意味着尊崇祂，并严肃对待祂的圣洁，因为神是圣洁且公义的。He hates evil, that’s why He asks us to shun evil, not because He wants to control us, but because He knows how sin destroys relationships, marriages, health, and everything.祂憎恨邪恶，要我们远离罪恶，并非因为祂想控制我们，而是因为祂知道罪如何破坏关系、婚姻、健康和一切。That’s why, in His great love, God sent His Son Jesus Christ to suffer the punishment for sin, so that we could confess our sins to receive His forgiveness. 这就是为什么，出于伟大的爱，神差遣了祂的儿子耶稣基督。祂担当了罪的刑罚，使我们能够承认自己的罪并接受祂的赦免。The cross demonstrates His love. And this love calls us to wake up, to stop being selfish, to stop choosing short-term pleasure, but to choose obedience to His truth, because His truth leads to true freedom and blessing. 十字架彰显了祂的爱，呼召我们醒悟，停止自私，不再选择短期享乐，而是选择顺服祂的真理，因为祂的真理通向真正的自由和祝福。Moses chose short-term pain for long-term gain. He paid the price to follow God’s calling. He trusted God’s reward, purpose, and promises more than temporary pleasure. He was honoured by God forever. 摩西为了长远利益选择了短期痛苦，付出了代价来追随神的呼召。他信靠神的赏赐、旨意和应许，胜过暂时的享乐，他永远被神高举。Will you trust God and obey the truth, even when you don’t understand? Or choose what’s easier now and miss God’s future? 那么，你是否愿意足够信靠神，即使在不理解的时候也选择顺服？还是你会选择当下感觉更轻松的事却失去神赐的未来？

Yes, Lord, You’re worthy. You’re worthy of it all. Lord Jesus, You didn’t choose to stay in heaven, surrounded by worship and honour. You chose to leave Your throne and step into our broken world. 是的，主啊，你配得；你配得一切。主耶稣，你没有选择留在天堂，被敬拜和荣耀环绕；你选择了离开宝座，走进我们破碎的世界。You felt our pain. You carried our sin. You chose to obey the Father’s will, the cross. 你体会我们的痛苦，担当我们的罪，并选择顺服天父的旨意——走上十字架。Because of Your blood, we can be forgiven and made new. Thank You for loving us and drawing us back to You. If you’ve been struggling with short-term temptation, bitterness, or compromise, just bring it to the cross right now, and quietly say: “Lord Jesus, today I choose to trust You. 如果你一直在短期诱惑、苦毒或妥协中挣扎，现在就把它带到十字架前，安静地对主说：“主耶稣，今天我选择信靠你。” Forgive me for the times I have trusted myself more than You. When things went out of my control, when pressure came, fear rose. Fear produced anxiety, worry, anger, disappointment, and restlessness. 当事情失控，压力临到，我就惧怕。惧怕带领焦虑、担忧、怒气、灰心和不安。These things hurt me, my relationship with You, and my relationships with the people around me. Fear and control caused me to make decisions leaning on my own understanding. 他们伤害了我，伤害了我与你的关系，以及我与他人的关系；恐惧和掌控欲使我倚靠自己的聪明做决定。

Today, I turn back to You. I choose to trust You rather than myself. I choose long-term gain rather than short-term pleasure. I ask that the power of Your blood cleanse me and break every agreement with fear, anxiety, lies, bitter judgement, and control. 今天，我转回向你，选择信靠你而非我自己。我选择长远利益而非短期享乐，求你宝血的大能洁净我，打破我与恐惧、焦虑和掌控所立的一切约定。Let Your resurrection power set me free. I lay down my need to control. I choose to rest in Your sovereignty and Your goodness. You are my Provider and my Security. 当我放下掌控的欲望，选择安息在你的主权和良善中时，你是我的供应者和我的保障；Today, I make You, Almighty God, my safety. Come, Holy Spirit, and fill me again. The bread: The Bible says that on the night Jesus was betrayed, He took bread, and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said: “This is My body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of Me.” 饼：圣经说，耶稣被出卖的那一夜，拿起饼来，祝谢了，就擘开，说：“这是我的身体，为你们舍的；你们应当如此行，为的是记念我。”

Lord, as we take this bread today, we remember the price You paid for us, so that we can receive more grace, healing, strength, and peace as we trust You more deeply. Let’s take the bread together. 主啊，当我们今天领受这饼的时候，我们记念你为我们付上的代价，使我们在更深信靠你的时候，领受更多的恩典、医治、力量和平安。让我们一同领受这饼。

The cup: In the same way, after supper, Jesus took the cup and said: “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, poured out for you for the forgiveness of sins.”  杯：饭后，耶稣照样拿起杯来，说：“这杯是用我的血所立的新约，是为你们流出来，使罪得赦。”

Lord, as we drink this cup, we remember that Your blood was poured out for us. We receive healing from Your forgiveness. We release fear, worry, pride, and bitterness, trusting that Your love never fails. Let’s drink the cup together. 主啊，当我们领受这杯的时候，我们记念你的血为我们流出。我们因着你的饶恕得着医治，释放惧怕、忧虑、骄傲和苦毒，深信你的爱永不失败。让我们一同领受这杯。
