【加4:19】我小子啊，我为你们再受生产之苦，直等到基督成形在你们心里。【Gal4:19】My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you,

加拉太人因保罗所传的福音得了新生命，成为神的儿女。保罗在基督里用福音生了他们，但他们后来受到异端的迷惑，靠律法称义，偏离了基督的福音。The Galatians received new life through the gospel preached by Paul and became children of God. Paul brought them to life in Christ through the gospel, but later they were deceived by false teaching—trying to be justified by the law—and turned away from the true gospel of Christ. 保罗虽严厉的责备，心里却焦急为难伤痛，如同经历产难的母亲一样说：我的孩子啊，我为你们再受生产之苦，直等到基督成形在你们心里。Although Paul rebuked them strongly, his heart was full of anxiety, distress, and sorrow—like a mother experiencing labour pains. He said, “My dear children, I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you.”

这是何等牧人的心肠，为父的心肠！保罗不愿意自己的孩子走上歧途，纵然被加拉太人当作仇敌，仍然忍受属灵的痛苦，耐心责备劝勉，满心盼望耶稣基督的生命成形在他们心里。What a shepherd’s heart, what a father’s heart! Paul didn’t want his spiritual children to go astray. Even though the Galatians began to see him as an enemy, he still endured the deep spiritual pain, patiently rebuking and urging them in love, hoping that the life of Jesus Christ would be formed within them.不是外面行律法，而是里面有耶稣基督的成熟长大，带出行动作为的更新，彰显出耶稣的荣耀。It wasn’t about outwardly keeping the law, but about the inward maturity and growth of Christ—bringing renewal in their actions and revealing the glory of Jesus through their lives.

我们的救主，神的儿子耶稣，为我们在客西马尼园受痛苦，忧伤得几乎要死，汗如血滴，却顺服至死，甘心在十字架上受羞辱，被钉死，甚至与天父隔绝，只为救我们脱离罪恶和咒诅，成为神的儿子进入荣耀中。Our Saviour, Jesus—the Son of God—suffered for us in the Garden of Gethsemane. Overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death, He sweat drops like blood, yet remained obedient unto death. He was willing to be humiliated, crucified on the cross, and even separated from the Father—just to save us from sin and the curse, and to bring us into sonship and glory.主啊，求你赦免我，多少次伤透了你的心，也让牧人为我再受生产之苦…Lord, please forgive me—for all the times I have broken your heart and caused the Shepherd to endure the pain of spiritual labour for me again...

主啊，你的爱远超过我所能思想，你不愿我死亡，我不要再偏行己路，与你为仇。你是我的天父，我是你的孩子，神儿子的生命在我里面，我属于你。Lord, your love is far beyond anything I can imagine. You don’t want me to perish. I will no longer go my own way or live in opposition to you. You are my Heavenly Father, and I am your child—the life of the Son of God is in me, and I belong to you.求圣灵帮助我，不再信自己，不再靠肉体行事，使我吃喝你的话，因信求告你，顺服真理，使里面基督的生命成熟长大，彰显天父的荣耀。Holy Spirit, please help me not to rely on myself or act in the flesh any longer. Teach me to feed on your Word, to call on you in faith, to walk in obedience to the truth. May the life of Christ within me grow to maturity, and may the glory of the Heavenly Father be revealed through me.
