【加5:1】基督释放了我们，叫我们得以自由，所以要站立得稳，不要再被奴仆的轭挟制。【Gal5:1】It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

加拉太人正面对极大的迷惑，有人强迫他们受割礼，遵行摩西的律法。这正是仇敌的诡计，要使他们靠行为，靠律法称义，从恩典中坠落，再被奴仆的轭挟制。The Galatians were facing serious deception. Some people were pressuring them to be circumcised and to follow the law of Moses. This was a tactic of the enemy—to lead them into seeking justification by works and by the law, causing them to fall from grace and become enslaved once more.因此保罗告诉他们，基督已经释放了我们，我们得以自由，不是因自己的努力，是耶稣流血舍命，用十字架上的牺牲换来的。So Paul reminded them that Christ has set us free. Our freedom doesn’t come from our own efforts, but through the blood and life of Jesus, through His sacrifice on the cross.

我们原是罪和死的奴仆，是耶稣为我们受死，我们因信称义，成为神的儿女，得着自由。We were once slaves to sin and death—but Jesus died for us. Through faith, we are justified, become children of God, and receive true freedom.仇敌随时用不信、控告、定罪、律法主义…来迷惑我们，试探我们，夺去我们的自由。The enemy constantly tries to confuse us, tempt us, and steal our freedom through unbelief, accusation, condemnation, legalism, and more.所以要站立得稳，坚定不移地相信耶稣所成就的救恩，不向仇敌妥协，拒绝依靠肉体行律法立自己的义。That’s why we must stand firm—fully trusting in the salvation Jesus has accomplished for us. We must not compromise with the enemy or rely on the flesh to keep the law in an attempt to establish our own righteousness.

主啊，在肉体中，我们是何等的不自由，想行的善行不出来，不想行的恶反倒去行。今天在基督里的自由是，靠着圣灵的大能，我们可以脱离罪和死的律，生命不断被更新，Lord, in the flesh, we are so bound—we can’t do the good we want to do, and we end up doing the very things we don’t want to do. But today, the freedom we have in Christ means that, by relying on the power of the Holy Spirit, we can be set free from the law of sin and death, and our lives are continually being renewed.不再被“可做”、“不可做”的规条所挟制，而是被耶稣的爱激励，以耶稣的心为心，恨恶罪恶，爱耶稣所爱的…We are no longer limited by rules about “what you can do” and “what you can’t do,” but are moved by the love of Jesus. We begin to have His heart—to hate sin and to love what He loves.

我宣告，基督已经释放了我，救赎了我，我的生命属于你。环境来临时，不是怎么做，而是我里面是谁在掌权？I declare that Christ has set me free, redeemed me, and my life belongs to you. When challenges come, the question is not what I should do, but who is reigning in me?耶稣，你是我的主，求你监察我的心，求圣灵治死我肉体中自以为义的声音，使我从耶稣那里支取爱和恩典，抵挡魔鬼的谎言，操练爱神爱人，在爱中得自由，见证救恩的大能。Jesus, you are my Lord. Please search my heart, and by your Holy Spirit, silence the self-righteous voice of the flesh. Help me to draw love and grace from you, to resist the lies of the enemy, to walk in love for God and others—free in love—and to bear witness to the power of your salvation.
