【加5:13】弟兄们，你们蒙召是要得自由，只是不可将你们的自由当作放纵情欲的机会，总要用爱心互相服事。【Gal5:13】You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature ; rather, serve one another in love.

我们蒙召是要得自由，不是靠自己行律法，多一重宗教的枷锁。自由不是随心所欲，想干什么就干什么。耶稣来到我们的生命中，要把我们从罪恶中拯救出来，使我们不再做罪的奴仆。We are called to be free—not to rely on ourselves to keep the law or to place religious shackles on ourselves. True freedom isn’t about doing whatever we want. Jesus came into our lives to save us from sin, so that we are no longer slaves to it.天然人在爱上最没有自由，我们可以随意地论断、埋怨、恨人，却无法自由地去爱不可爱的人。The natural person has the least freedom when it comes to love. We can easily judge, complain, and even hate people, but we struggle to freely love those who are unlovable.

主啊，我是何等的不自由，要么活在律法的枷锁之中，劳苦重担；要么放纵私欲，与神为仇，作了罪的奴仆。谁能救我们呢？Lord, how unfree I am. I either live under the heavy burdens of the law, weighed down by its demands, or I give in to my own desires, becoming your enemy and a slave to sin. Who can save us? 耶稣来到这个世界，他本是神的儿子，有完全绝对的自由，却被囚禁在肉身之中，忍耐等候神的时间，完全顺服天父，且死在十字架上，祂宣告“成了”。Jesus came into this world—the Son of God, full of perfect and absolute freedom. Yet He took on human flesh, submitted Himself to its limitations, patiently waited for the Father’s timing, fully obeyed His will, and gave His life on the cross. And He declared, “It is finished.”

耶稣付上昂贵的代价，舍了自己的生命，释放了我们，叫我们得自由，不是让我们去放纵私欲，而是让我们在爱中得自由，用爱心互相服事。Jesus paid the highest price and gave up His life to set us free—not so we could indulge our own desires, but so we could live in the freedom of love and serve one another in love.我们不再是罪的奴仆，而是神的儿女，当我们彼此相爱，人就认出我们是耶稣的门徒。是的，主，我们若遵行你的道，真理必叫我们得自由。We are no longer slaves to sin, but children of God. When we love one another, people will recognise us as disciples of Jesus. Yes, Lord, if we obey your word, the truth will set us free.

主啊，我的旧人的本性是自私、自我中心、爱自己，你却不爱自己，不救自己，甘心为我这样的罪人舍命，今天神儿子的生命在我里面，你就是爱，Lord, the nature of my old self is selfish, self-centred, and self-serving—but you are not like that. You didn’t love yourself or try to save yourself; instead, you were willing to lay down your life for a sinner like me. Today, the life of the Son of God is in me, and you are love.求圣灵洁净我内心一切罪恶的动机和意念，使我常思想你的爱，心被恩感，凭爱心行事，服事身边的人，如同服事主，活出耶稣的爱，荣耀天父。I pray that the Holy Spirit would cleanse all sinful motives and thoughts from my heart, so that I may always reflect on your love, be thankful in my heart, act out of love, serve those around me as if serving the Lord, live out the love of Jesus, and glorify the Father.
