【加5:16-17】16我说：你们当顺着圣灵而行，就不放纵肉体的情欲了。17因为情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争。这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能作所愿意作的。【Gal5:16-17】16So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. 17 For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want.

信主之后，我们便置身于一场属灵争战之中。圣灵住进心里之后，我们经历主的恩典，渴望成为圣洁，顺服神，但里面的旧人——罪性，仍旧牵引我们与神为仇，After we believe in the Lord, we enter into a spiritual battle. Once the Holy Spirit comes to dwell in our hearts, we experience the grace of God and long to live holy lives, obeying Him. Yet the old nature—the sinful self—still pulls us away, making us enemies of God.每当想犯罪时，圣灵又在我们心中责备禁止，催促我们回转…这正是保罗所说的：情欲与圣灵彼此相争。有时这场拉锯战持续很久…Whenever we’re tempted to sin, the Holy Spirit convicts us, urging us to turn back… This is exactly what Paul spoke of: the flesh and the Holy Spirit are in constant opposition to each other. Sometimes, this tug-of-war lasts for a long time…

保罗自己经历过这种内心挣扎，如今他劝勉我们：当顺从圣灵而行，在圣灵里行走，就不放纵肉体的情欲了。Paul himself experienced this inner struggle, and now he exhorts us: We must obey the Spirit and walk in the Spirit, so that we will not give in to the desires of the flesh.在无数次的挣扎、失败、跌倒中，我们亲身经历神的话语是何等的真实：我们顺从谁，就作谁的奴仆；顺着情欲撒种，必从情欲收败坏，顺着圣灵撒种，必从圣灵收永生。Through countless struggles, failures, and setbacks, we have personally experienced how true God’s words are: We become slaves to the one we obey. If we sow to please the flesh, we will reap corruption from it; but if we sow to please the Spirit, we will reap eternal life from the Spirit.

这场争战一直进行着。若不对付肉体的私欲，我们仍在罪和咒诅的捆绑、辖制之中，落在失败的循环之中。肉体卖给了罪，无力胜过罪，但今天更大的壮士——圣灵住在我们里面，This battle is ongoing. If we don’t deal with the lust of the flesh, we remain bound and controlled by sin and the curse, falling into a cycle of failure. The flesh is sold into sin and is powerless to overcome it, but today, the greater warrior—the Holy Spirit—lives in us. 神的儿子已经除灭了魔鬼的作为，败坏了掌死权的，耶稣完全得胜了！这得胜的能力在我们里面！The Son of God has destroyed the works of the devil and defeated the one who holds the power of death. Jesus has completely won! And this victorious power is within us!

主啊，我不愿再体贴肉体，顺从私欲，去作罪的奴仆，求你帮助我，靠圣灵读经祷告，在环境中识别旧人的声音，停住，转向你，Lord, I no longer want to indulge the flesh, follow my selfish desires, or become a slave to sin. Please help me to read the Bible and pray with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to recognise the voice of the old self in my environment, to stop, and to turn to You. 求圣灵释放你话语的大能，使我凭信心抵挡魔鬼的谎言，打这场内心的仗，将心意夺回，顺服圣灵，结出圣灵的果子，成长为成熟的儿子荣耀神。I ask the Holy Spirit to release the power of Your word, so I can resist the devil’s lies by faith, fight this inner battle, reclaim my mind, obey the Holy Spirit, bear the fruit of the Spirit, and grow into a mature son who glorifies God.
