【加5:22-23】圣灵所结的果子，就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、温柔、节制。这样的事，没有律法禁止。【Gal5:22-23】But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

保罗再次带领我们进入一切的真理，让我们思想结局，生命和死亡，圣灵和情欲两条道路，我们到底选择哪条道路呢？Paul once again leads us into all truth, urging us to consider the end—life or death, the two paths: the way of the Holy Spirit or the desires of the flesh. Which path will we choose?顺着情欲撒种的，必从情欲收败坏；顺着圣灵撒种的，必从圣灵收永生。“Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.”保罗列出圣灵的九种果子，排序的第一个果子就是仁爱，把我们带入基督这标杆，因神就是爱。Paul lists nine fruits of the Holy Spirit, with love—charity—as the first. This points us to Christ’s standard, for God is love.靠圣灵每天所思所想所念所行的都是祂，才能结出仁爱的果子。Only by relying on the Holy Spirit can our thoughts, attitudes, and actions each day be shaped by Him. Only then can we truly bear the fruit of love.

仁爱乃是神的爱，是纯洁无条件的爱，合神旨意的爱。惟有倚靠圣灵定准目标，真知道我们活着的意义和价值，才能真知道在万事中是为了永恒的盼望而战。Charity is God’s love—pure, unconditional, and aligned with His will. Only by relying on the Holy Spirit to set our goal, and by truly understanding the meaning and value of our lives, can we realise that in all things we are contending for an eternal hope.让基督的生命更多在我们里面长成，每天在凡事中更多的放下一切的权力，丧己，竭力的否定自己，只愿祂的旨意成就，Let the life of Christ grow ever more within us. Let us lay down all power, lose ourselves, and strive daily to deny ourselves in everything—desiring only that His will be fulfilled.更多的谦卑落下来，倒空，成为一粒死了的麦子，让这份爱成为我们的生命。May we become more humble, emptied of self, falling like a grain of wheat into the ground to die, so that His love might become our very life.

只要在神的爱中建立根基，后面的八个果子，喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、温柔、节制这些所有的果子都一一会呈现在我们的生命中，因为是圣灵掌权。As long as we are firmly rooted in God's love, the remaining eight fruits—joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—will naturally begin to appear in our lives, one by one. This is because the Holy Spirit is at work and in authority.就如保罗说的，我活着就是基督，他完全的被基督掌权，没有什么能使他与神的爱隔绝，他为着神不顾性命，只愿得着耶稣基督为至宝。Just as Paul declared, “For me, to live is Christ”. His whole life was under the power of Christ. Nothing could separate him from the love of God. He did not value his own life above God's calling—his one desire was to gain Christ, whom he treasured above all else.

何等恩典，这份宝贵救恩临到这不配的我们。亲爱的圣灵，感谢你如此谦卑内住在我们里面，要成为我们随时的帮助，领我们悔改归正。What grace—this precious salvation has come to us who are completely unworthy. Dear Holy Spirit, thank You for Your humility in choosing to dwell within us. You are our constant help, gently leading us to repentance and back onto the right path.使我们分别为圣，成为圣洁，胜过肉体的贪图虚名、彼此惹气和互相嫉妒。Sanctify us, make us holy, and help us overcome the desires of the flesh—whether it be the craving for recognition, irritation, or jealousy.每天主动背起自己的十字架，实行爱神爱人，爱人如己，Teach us to willingly carry our cross each day, to practise loving God and loving others, to love our neighbour as ourselves.结出更多圣灵的果子，活出精彩人生，用生命影响生命，荣耀主名。May we bear more of the fruit of the Holy Spirit, live lives of purpose and wonder, and let our lives influence others—life impacting life—all to glorify the name of the Lord. (郭牧师Pastor Guo)
