【加5:26】不要贪图虚名，彼此惹气，互相嫉妒。【Gal5:26】Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

私欲与主同钉在十字架上。保罗提醒我们，靠圣灵得生，也当靠圣灵行事，不可再落入肉体的网罗：不要贪图虚名，彼此惹气，互相嫉妒。Our selfish desires have been crucified with the Lord on the cross. Paul reminds us that since we live by the Spirit, we should also walk by the Spirit, and not fall again into the snares of the flesh: let us not become conceited, provoking one another, or envying one another. “虚名”的希腊文直译是“空洞的荣耀”。贪图虚名，是贪图虚浮的荣耀，是虚假的，像肥皂泡一样转眼即逝。The word “conceited” in the original Greek can be literally translated as “empty glory.” Seeking such vanity means chasing hollow and fleeting honour—something false and short-lived, like a soap bubble that disappears in a moment.

因着贪图虚名，所做的一切都是为了被人称赞，高举自己。得着人前的荣耀，就心中得意，自高自大；看到别人比自己强，就暗自争竞、比较、嫉妒、不服…Because of seeking empty glory, everything done is aimed at receiving praise from others and exalting oneself. When receiving honour before people, one becomes proud and arrogant in heart; seeing others stronger, one secretly competes, compares, envies, and resists...信主前在世界上争权夺利，要成功，得荣耀；信主后在教会中想要出头露脸，让人听自己的，以为那是荣耀，却是神所憎恶的。Before knowing the Lord, people competed for power and success in the world, seeking glory; after coming to faith, some desire to stand out in the church, wanting others to listen to them, thinking this is honour, yet it is something God hates.

耶稣说人子得荣耀的时候，是一粒麦子落在地里死了的时候。神的儿子本有神的形象，却谦卑虚己，把自己打造成什么都不是。Jesus said that the Son of Man receives glory when a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies. The Son of God, who originally shared the very image of God, humbled Himself and made Himself nothing. He took the form of a servant and was made in the likeness of men.祂取了奴仆的形象，成为人的样式，代替罪人死在十字架上，却被神升为至高，赐给祂超乎万名之上的名，天上地上无不因祂的名屈膝！这荣耀存到永永远远！He died on the cross in place of sinners, yet God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him a name above every name. At that name, every knee in heaven and on earth will bow. This glory endures for ever and ever!

主啊，你要领许多儿子进入真荣耀中去，我是属你的，当信从天国的法则，效法你的脚踪。Lord, You are leading many sons into true glory. I belong to You and choose to obey the principles of Your kingdom, following in Your footsteps.求圣灵治死我里面的骄傲、虚荣、争竞、嫉妒，让你谦卑、舍己、爱人的生命在我里面掌权，I ask the Holy Spirit to put to death the pride, vanity, strife, and jealousy within me, so that Your humble, selfless, and loving life may reign in me.愿你祝福我身边的肢体，更大祝福使用他们，使你的荣耀在更多人身上彰显，使万国万民归向你。Please bless the brothers and sisters around me and use them mightily. May Your glory be revealed in many lives, drawing all nations and peoples to You.
