【林前3:7】可见栽种的算不得什么，浇灌的也算不得什么，只在那叫他生长的神。【1Cor3:7】So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.

哥林多教会里存在着结党纷争，有人说自己是属保罗的，有人说自己是属亚波罗的。因此保罗明确地告诉他们：在至高的神面前，服事的人，都算不得什么。There were divisions in the Corinthian church—some claimed to follow Paul, others Apollos. So Paul made it clear: in the sight of the Most High God, those who serve are nothing on their own.原文在说：栽种的，浇灌的，什么也不是。人不能拯救灵魂，真正使人得着生命，使人生命成长的，是神自己。The original text says, “The one who plants and the one who waters are nothing.” No one can save a soul; only God Himself gives life and brings growth. It is God who brings true transformation.

因神的恩典和怜悯，使我们能与神同工。有人信主，有人生命成长，那是神的荣耀。有人仍旧不信，那是神的主权。It is by God’s grace and mercy that we’re able to be co-workers with Him. When someone comes to faith or grows in their spiritual life, all the glory belongs to God. And when someone remains in unbelief, that rests in God’s sovereign will.我们作仆人和管家，只管尽上忠心，把人带到神的面前，使人认识神，与神建立真实的关系。As servants and stewards, our responsibility is simply to be faithful—to lead people to God, to help them know Him, and to guide them into a genuine relationship with Him. 结果在乎神，叫人成长的乃在乎神。服事的人将因忠心被称许，并得着赏赐。The outcome is in God’s hands—for it is God who brings the growth.

Those who serve will be commended for their faithfulness and will receive their reward.

若不是耶和华建造房屋，建造的人就枉然劳力。若没有圣灵的工作，我们所做的一切都是枉然。Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labour in vain. Without the work of the Holy Spirit, everything we do is in vain. 耶稣来到地上，从人的眼光看，好像完全失败。祂顺服天父，被钉死在十字架上，却从死里复活，结出硕果累累，使万国万民归向祂！From a human perspective, Jesus’ life on earth may have looked like a complete failure. He obeyed the Father and was crucified—yet He rose from the dead and bore abundant fruit, drawing people from every nation to Himself!这是神的智慧，这是神的能力！这是神的作为彰显的法则！ This is the wisdom of God. This is the power of God. This is how God’s work is revealed!

主啊，求你赦免我，去传福音，作见证，领人信主，何等容易高举自己，想掌控结果，却忘了自己什么也不是。Lord, please forgive me. In sharing the gospel, bearing witness, and leading others to faith, it’s so easy to exalt myself and try to control the outcome—forgetting that I am nothing apart from You.主啊，求你的真理再次更新我，使我谦卑回转，对付自己的心，因信不看环境，代上代价祷告、服事、等候，愿更多人来认识你，使你的名被高举，一切的荣耀颂赞归给你！Lord, let Your truth renew me once again. Humble my heart and draw me back to You. Help me to examine my motives and walk by faith, not by sight. Teach me to pray, to serve, and to wait—to count the cost—so that more people may come to know You, and Your name be lifted high. To You alone be all the glory and praise!
