【林前6:12】凡事我都可行，但不都有益处；凡事我都可行，但无论哪一件，我总不受它的辖制。【1 Cor6:12】“I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”—but I will not be mastered by anything.

信耶稣之后，我们容易进入两种极端，一种是活在律法之下，这不能做，那不可行，成为枷锁；After we believe in Jesus, it’s easy to fall into one of two extremes.One is living under the law — where life becomes a list of rules: don’t do this, don’t do that, and our faith becomes a burden; 一种是误解基督里的自由，以为信了耶稣，得了自由，“凡事我都可行”。The other is misunderstanding the freedom we have in Christ, thinking that since we’ve been set free, “everything is permissible.” 保罗再次告诉我们“凡事都可行”的属灵原则：But Paul reminds us again of the true spiritual principle behind “I have the right to do anything,” —所行的是否有益处？是否受它的辖制？是否造就人？是否荣耀神？We must ask ourselves:

Is it beneficial? Will it control me? Does it build others up? Does it glorify God?

因为“凡事都可行”，“放松一下，刷一会儿手机，玩一下小游戏，看点搞笑内容，没关系…”，Because “I have the right to do anything,” we tell ourselves: “It’s fine to relax a bit — just scroll through my phone, play a few games, watch something funny…”一步一步地花费更多时间，被奴役掌控，被捆绑辖制，甚至上瘾，欲罢不能…But step by step, more and more time is consumed.What once seemed harmless begins to enslave and control us.We become bound and dominated, even addicted — unable to stop. 一被拦阻，就生气、发怒、恨人，最终带来的连锁反应是家庭、工作、人际关系、属灵生命处处落在咒诅之下…And when we are hindered, we get angry, frustrated, even bitter toward others.This leads to a chain reaction:

Broken families, strained work relationships, damaged friendships, and ultimately, a spiritual life under the shadow of curse, not blessing.

耶稣面临试探时，用真理——“经上记着说”击退撒但。When Jesus was tempted, He responded with truth: “It is written.”He defeated Satan not with emotion or willpower, but with the Word of God. 自由不是随心所欲，而是被真理掌管行事。当我们面临各种诱惑时，当停住，求问主：True freedom is not doing whatever we want, but living under the authority of God’s truth.When we face temptation, we need to pause and ask the Lord: 行这事，是否对生命建造有益处？若是被拦阻，我是否能停下来？做这些，使我可以更亲近神，还是更远离神？这些能造就人，使神得荣耀吗？Is this beneficial for my spiritual growth? If it is taken away or stopped, can I let it go? Does this draw me closer to God — or further away? Does it build others up and bring glory to God?

主啊，对照你的真理，才看到我里面仍然有许多的捆绑和辖制，谁能救我呢？Lord, when I look at myself in the light of Your truth, I see how much bondage and control still remain in me.Who can rescue me? 感谢耶稣，从死里复活，胜过仇敌，断开一切的索链与捆绑，使被掳的得释放。Thank You, Jesus, that You rose from the dead, defeated the enemy, and broke every chain of captivity. You came to set the captives free.主啊，吸引我的心，更深渴慕你的话语，将真理存记在心，与自己的私欲争战，与世界的谎言争战，Lord, draw my heart to You.

Give me a deeper hunger for Your Word.

Help me to hide Your truth in my heart,

to fight against the desires of my flesh,

and to stand against the lies of this world. 行真理，爱神爱人，得真正的自由。Teach me to walk in truth, to love You and love others — and in doing so, to live in true freedom.
