【林前10:13】你们所遇见的试探，无非是人所能受的。神是信实的，必不叫你们受试探过于所能受的。在受试探的时候，总要给你们开一条出路，叫你们能忍受得住。【1Cor10:13】No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

这是保罗在面对哥林多信徒所处属灵环境时，发自肺腑的劝勉，This was Paul’s heartfelt encouragement to the believers in Corinth, spoken into their spiritual environment.充满了神的怜悯、安慰和鼓励，并深爱着他们，It was filled with God’s mercy, comfort, and reassurance—and with Paul’s deep love for them.让他们深知神是信实的神， “你们所遇见的试探，无非是人所能受的”。He reminded them that God is faithful: “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind.”他经历过捆锁、鞭打、饥饿、被弃绝，但他因信，即使我软弱，神也会为我开路，Paul had endured imprisonment, beatings, hunger, and rejection, but through faith he believed that even in weakness, God would make a way.他把信徒带到神的盼望中，不要怕，只要信，他用生命来影响生命。He led the believers into hope in God, saying, “Do not be afraid, only believe.” He used his life to impact their lives.

保罗深知人在试探中容易跌倒，但他也更深信，神的恩典够我们用。Paul understood how easily people fall in times of temptation, but he was even more certain that God’s grace is sufficient for us.他自己经历神在困境中对他的帮助，所以他鼓励信徒也能靠主站立。He had experienced God’s help in his own trials, so he encouraged the believers to stand firm in the Lord.他对信徒说“神是信实的，必不叫你们受试探过于所能受的。” He said to them, “God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.”祂是掌权者，我们所经历的都是祂所许可的，更是为我们量身定制，训练我们的生命更像祂，因祂要领许多的儿子进到祂的荣耀里去。God is sovereign. Everything we go through has been allowed by Him—in fact, it is tailor-made to shape our lives to be more like Him, for He is bringing many sons and daughters into His glory.

亲爱的主，我感谢你，你知道我所经历的一切试探与压力，你不是责备我，而是为我开一条出路。Dear Lord, I thank You. You know every temptation and pressure I go through. You do not condemn me—you make a way out for me.当我经历婚姻破裂、事业失败、人际关系疏离、属灵生命退后等等，When I went through the pain of a broken marriage, when I failed in my career, when relationships grew distant, when my spiritual life fell into decline—在人生最绝望的时候，你的话就是一盏明灯，照亮和安慰我的心，in the darkest moments of life, Your Word became a light for my path, bringing comfort to my heart: “在受试探的时候，总要给你们开一条出路，叫你们能忍受得住。”“总要给你们开一条出路”是我们在逆境中最大的盼望。“In times of testing, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” That promise—to always provide a way—is our greatest hope in hardship.

保罗和西拉在监狱中唱诗赞美，神使地震发生，监门打开，锁链断裂，但他们没有逃走，而是留在监里，带领狱卒归主。Paul and Silas sang hymns of praise in prison.God caused an earthquake, the prison doors opened, the chains were loosed—but they didn’t run away. They stayed and led the jailer to Christ.神开的出路不是离开苦难，而是在苦难中得胜。The way of escape God provides is not always to remove the suffering, but to bring victory within the suffering.求主赦免，我们很多时候不能明白为父的心，希望祂立刻带我们脱离环境，Lord, forgive us. So often we cannot understand the heart of the Father, wanting Him to take us out of the hardship immediately.但祂的方式常常是跟我们加力量、加恩典、加信心，叫我们靠着爱我们的主在一切的事上得胜有余。But Your way is often to strengthen us, to give us more grace, to build our faith—so that through the One who loves us, we may be more than conquerors in all things.
