【林前10:24】无论何人，不要求自己的益处，乃要求别人的益处。。【1Cor10:24】No one should seek their own good, but the good of others.

哥林多教会因为祭偶像的食物而争论时，保罗指出属灵的法则：凡事都可行，但不都有益处，凡事都可行，但不都造就人。When the Corinthian church was arguing over food sacrificed to idols, Paul pointed them to a spiritual principle: “All things are permissible, but not all things are beneficial; all things are permissible, but not all things build others up.”若有益处，我们当求别人的益处，不要求自己的益处。然而，我们天然人的本性，必定是求自己的益处，以自我为中心的，为什么要求别人的益处呢？If something is beneficial, we ought to seek the good of others, not our own. Yet our natural human nature always seeks its own gain. We are self-centred by default. So why should we seek the good of others instead of ourselves?

过去我们凡事都把自己放在首位，算计自己的利益，关注自己的感受，捍卫自己的权利，带来的是内心的惧怕、诡诈、贪婪、恼恨，关系破裂…In the past, we put ourselves first in everything—calculating our own benefit,focusing on our own feelings, defending our own rights. But what this led to was fear, deceit, greed, anger in our hearts,and broken relationships.在人看来，求别人的益处是傻子的行为。然而属天的法则是：有给人的，就有给他的，且要多给他；凡有的还要加给他，没有的连所有的也夺去了…To the world, seeking the good of others seems foolish. Yet the heavenly principle is this: “To the one who gives, more will be given—indeed, even more than enough;but from the one who has nothing, even what they have will be taken away.”

主啊，感谢你亲自做了榜样，在十字架上，你为救我们，不救自己；你舍了天上的尊荣，降卑成为奴仆，顺服至死，神却叫你从死里复活，把你升为至高…Lord, thank You for being our example. On the cross, You chose to save us rather than save Yourself. You gave up the glory of heaven, humbled Yourself to become a servant, and obeyed unto death. But God raised You from the dead and exalted You to the highest place...神国照这样的法则在运行。主呼召我们要天天舍己，背起十字架跟从他，为要使我们成为神的儿子，承受永恒的产业，得着永久的益处！This is the way the Kingdom of God operates. You have called us to deny ourselves daily, take up our cross, and follow You—so that we might become sons and daughters of God, inherit eternal riches, and receive everlasting benefit!

主，谢谢你舍命的大爱，拯救我脱离死亡和咒诅，你的命令都是爱。Lord, thank You for Your sacrificial love, by which You gave Your life to rescue me from death and the curse. Your commandments are all rooted in love.  求圣灵更新我的思想观念，弃绝一切自私、自我中心的谎言，I ask that the Holy Spirit renew my mind and transform my way of thinking. Help me to renounce every lie of selfishness and self-centeredness.使我因信真理，操练在主爱里放下自己的时间、利益、自尊…May I, by faith in the truth, learn to lay down my time, my interests, and my pride in love. 为神的国和义祈求，为万民祈求永恒的益处…Teach me to pray for Your kingdom and righteousness, and to intercede for the eternal good of all people.成为爱的管道，经历属天的丰盛和自由，见证天国的真实。Make me a vessel of Your love, that I may experience the fullness and freedom of heaven, and bear witness to the reality of Your Kingdom.
