【林前11:24】祝谢了，就掰开，说，这是我的身体，为你们舍的（舍有古卷作掰开）。你们应当如此行，为的是记念我。【1 Cor 11:24】When he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.”

这是主耶稣在面对十架苦难前的那一夜，主耶稣设立圣餐，祂明知自己即将面对钉十字架的极大苦难，却甘愿前行。On the night before the cross, our Lord Jesus established the Lord’s Supper. He knew the intense suffering that awaited Him, yet He chose to walk that path willingly. 祂说：“没有人夺我的命去，是我自己舍的……” 主啊，你在十字架上的身体被打伤，被刺透，为使我们的生命得着医治。He said, “No one takes my life from me, but I lay it down of my own accord…” Lord, Your body was beaten and pierced on the cross so that our lives could be healed. 主啊，你流出宝血，付上生命代价，救我不救自己，这份舍己、毫无保留的爱深触我心。You shed Your precious blood and gave Your life—not to save Yourself, but to save me. Such self-giving, wholehearted love deeply moves my heart.

主啊，你面临苦难来到，你所思想的不是自己，而是我们每一个你所爱的人。Lord, as You faced suffering, You were not thinking about Yourself, but about each of us whom You love. 主啊，感谢你为我们这些不配的人舍了自己，使我们有永活的盼望，心被恩感，你为我死，我为你活。Thank You for offering Yourself for us—unworthy as we are—so that we might have a living hope. Our hearts are filled with gratitude. You died for me, and now I want to live for You. 我们也甘愿承接这份使命，如此行，为要纪念你，实行掰开自己，忠于你的托付，敬畏神，饶恕，放下主权，丧己，活出舍己之爱，传递基督的香气。We are willing to take up this mission, to do this in remembrance of You—to live lives that are broken open, faithful to Your calling, honouring God, forgiving others, surrendering our own control, dying to ourselves, and living out agape love, so that the fragrance of Christ may be made known through us.

主啊，感谢主你为我们设立圣餐，每一次的圣餐，是一次灵魂的觉醒，让我们蒙光照悔改离弃自己的罪，领受爱活出爱，Lord, thank You for giving us the Lord’s Supper. Each time we receive it, our souls are stirred again. May Your light shine into our hearts, leading us to repentance, that we might turn from sin, receive Your love, and live it out. 我们如此行，效法你活出一个掰开的生命。耶稣的身体为我们舍，我们也被呼召成为掰开的器皿，In doing this, we follow Your example—a life broken and poured out. You gave Your body for us, and now You call us to become broken vessels饶恕，把爱活在伤口，去爱那些不可爱的人。教会的合一和复兴，从我们愿意掰开自己开始。—to forgive, to let love flow through our wounds, to love those who seem unlovable. The unity and renewal of the Church begins when we are willing to be broken.

主耶稣，感谢你掰开你的身体，为我舍命，救我脱离罪恶。在我忘记、冷淡、疲惫、退后时，你仍然呼唤我“如此行，为的是记念我”。Lord Jesus, thank You for breaking Your body and giving Your life to rescue me from sin. When I forget, when I grow cold, when I’m tired or pull away, still You gently call me: “Do this in remembrance of Me.” 主啊，感谢你不离不弃的爱，我愿悔改归正，不再冷漠自义，骄傲自高，Thank You for Your faithful, unfailing love. I want to turn back to You—not with coldness or pride or self-righteousness.求你掰开我刚硬的心，使我柔软顺服，每一天主动掰开去爱、饶恕、谦卑，背起自己的十字架。Please break my hardened heart. Make me soft and willing. Teach me each day to choose love, forgiveness, and humility, and to take up my cross and follow You. 愿我的一生如此行，为的是记念你，活出你爱的样式讨你的喜悦。May I live this way all my life—in remembrance of You, and for Your delight.
