【林前13:5】不做害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶， 【1 Cor 13:5】It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

保罗用爱的真谛来呼唤哥林多的信徒从破裂、骄傲、自我中心中悔改，回转到十字架的道路，进入爱的真理中。Paul called the Corinthians to repent from division, pride, and self-centeredness, and to return to the path of the cross, entering into the truth of love. 爱是不做害羞的事，不求自己的益处，不轻易发怒，不计算人的恶…保罗自己以身作则，把这份爱活出来了，Love does not do shameful things, does not seek its own benefit, is not easily angered, and does not keep a record of wrongs. Paul himself set an example by living out this love. 他曾说：“我也不以性命为念，也不看为宝贵，只要行完我的路程，成就我从主耶稣所领受的职事。”肩负使命，用生命影响生命。He once said, "I do not consider my life of any value or as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus." Bearing the mission, Paul influenced lives with his own life.

耶稣为我们做了榜样，祂说：“人子来，不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人，并且要舍命，作多人的赎价。” Jesus set an example for us, saying, "The Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."  在十字架上，祂被人唾弃、打骂、钉刺，却没有发怒；反而把爱活在伤口，为我们祈祷：“父啊，赦免他们！因为他们所作的，他们不晓得。” On the cross, He was despised, beaten, and pierced, yet He did not get angry; instead, He showed love in His wounds and prayed for us, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." 祂没有计算我们的恶，反而以爱相待，饶恕接纳我们，并且担当我们一切的过犯和罪恶。He did not count our wrongs, but treated us with love, forgave and accepted us, and bore all our transgressions and sins.

保罗对哥林多信徒的劝勉此时也是对我的心说话，因常常忘记自己的身份，就专在自我的意思里，Paul's exhortation to the Corinthians speaks to my heart at this moment, as I often forget my identity and focus on my own will. 只要被冒犯、被冤屈、伤自尊立马就发怒，意见不统一就吵架，无法真正饶恕他人对自己过去所带来的伤害，Whenever I am offended, wronged, or my pride is hurt, I immediately get angry. When opinions differ, I argue, unable to truly forgive those who have hurt me in the past. 总是活在仇恨、不饶恕、计算人的恶中，活得又累又苦。I live in hatred, unforgiveness, and keep a record of wrongs, living a life that is both exhausting and bitter. 这一切上帝都看在眼里，用祂的爱安慰我的心，对我的心说：“孩子，我为你的罪已经上了十字架，也为那些伤害你的人也上了十字架，难道这些还不够吗？” God sees all this and comforts my heart with His love, saying to my heart, "Child, I have already gone to the cross for your sins, and for those who have hurt you. Isn't that enough?"

主的话一出，我的心都碎了，When the Lord's words came forth, my heart was broken. 主啊，你为我舍命我就知道何为爱，我岂能再为自己活呢？我接受你的医治和释放，你医好伤心人，裹好我的伤处，Lord, you gave your life for me, and I understood what love is. How can I live for myself anymore? I accept your healing and release. You heal the brokenhearted and bind up my wounds. 我宣告：“我在你的爱中已经得了医治，我不再羞愧，不再自私，不再怒气，不再记仇。” I declare, "I have been healed in your love. I am no longer ashamed, no longer selfish, no longer angry, and no longer hold grudges." 在每一段关系，每一个环境，（家庭、教会、同事、邻里、甚至仇敌中）行不求自己益处，不轻易发怒，不记算人恶的道。In every relationship, in every environment (family, church, colleagues, neighbors, and even enemies), I will act without seeking my own benefit, without being easily angered, and without keeping a record of wrongs. 爱能出死入生，爱能遮掩一切的过错，因着爱，所以爱，成为爱的使者荣耀主名。Love can bring life from death, love can cover all faults. Because of love, I love, and become a messenger of love to glorify the Lord's name.
