【林前14:20】弟兄们，在心志上不要作小孩子；然而，在恶事上要作婴孩，在心志上总要作大人。【1Cor14:20】Brothers and sisters, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults.

保罗深知哥林多教会的问题，他们彼此纷争、缺乏爱心、骄傲自义，Paul knew well the problems within the Corinthian church—their divisions, lack of love, pride, and self-righteousness.虽然如此他仍然以“弟兄们”称呼他们，表达对他们的接纳和爱。Yet even so, he still addressed them as “brothers and sisters,” expressing his acceptance and love for them.保罗再次把他们带入属天的盼望，告诉他们能进入神的国度是什么样品格的人，Paul once again lifted their eyes to a heavenly hope, reminding them of the kind of character needed to inherit the Kingdom of God:是心志上总做大人的人，他们以父的心为心，只寻求与主的同在，只在主里面找到满足，单单讨主的喜悦，只为荣耀神的人。those who are mature in their thinking, whose hearts are set on the Father’s heart, who seek only the Lord’s presence, find their satisfaction in Him alone, desire only to please the Lord, and live solely to glorify God.

保罗以身作则，活出属灵成熟榜样的人。Paul led by example, living as a model of spiritual maturity.他说 “我作孩子的时候，话语像孩子，心思像孩子，意念像孩子，既成了人就把孩子的事丢弃了。” He said, “When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. But when I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.”他愿意为福音放弃自己的权利，忍受误解与逼迫，却坚持传扬基督，He was willing to give up his rights for the sake of the gospel, to endure misunderstanding and persecution, yet he never stopped preaching Christ.他用爱心、智慧、忍耐、属灵权柄带领神托付他的羊。。With love, wisdom, patience, and spiritual authority, he shepherded those entrusted to him.他的心志就是不知道别的，只知道耶稣并祂钉十字架，他竭力为福音，为荣耀神而活His resolve was to know nothing except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. He gave himself fully to the gospel, striving to live for God’s glory.

没有异象，民就放肆，当人心中没有对神的敬畏，也不思想结局，保罗强调罪的代价是极大的。Where there is no vision, the people cast off restraint. When the heart has no fear of God and does not consider the eternal outcome, Paul emphasises that the cost of sin is exceedingly great.今天保罗也劝勉我们在在心志上不要作小孩子，Even today, his words exhort us not to remain childish in our thinking.属灵不成熟的人往往不知罪的可怕，也不知它背后的属灵后果，Spiritual immaturity often blinds us to the seriousness of sin and its spiritual consequences.当我们把嫉妒、争竞、比较、不饶恕、不节制当作小事，因对罪的无知，便失去了神的同在，终日不见福乐来到。When we treat jealousy, strife, comparison, unforgiveness, and lack of self-control as trivial, our ignorance of sin causes us to lose God’s presence and live without joy.

亲爱的主耶稣，感谢你为我们做了榜样，你在年幼时就以天父的事为念，你在痛苦中仍顺服到底，Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for being our example. Even as a young boy, You were about Your Father’s business. In Your suffering, You remained obedient to the end.你在十架上完成了爱的使命，使我得了这宝贵的救恩。On the cross, You fulfilled love’s mission and secured for me this precious salvation.何等恩典，我拿什么报答这份厚恩呢？惟有将身体献上当作活祭，不再追求属灵表面的“恩赐”，而是渴慕在心志上刚强。What grace this is—how can I ever repay it? I have nothing to give but to offer my body as a living sacrifice. I no longer desire superficial spiritual “gifts” but long to be strengthened in my inner resolve.主啊，求你赐我保罗那样的心志，愿为福音舍己，愿为教会劳苦，愿为荣耀你的名尽心、尽性、尽意、尽力，Lord, grant me a heart like Paul’s—a heart willing to deny myself for the gospel, to labour for the church, and to give my whole heart, soul, mind, and strength for the glory of Your name.立志凡事为荣耀神而行，直到见你面的那一日。I resolve to do all things for Your glory until the day I see You face to face.
