保罗曾遭遇苦难，连活命的指望都断绝了，自己也断定是必死的。然而绝境使他不再靠自己，而是靠着死里复活的神得了拯救。Paul faced such severe suffering that he even despaired of life itself and felt certain that death was inevitable. Yet it was in that place of utter hopelessness that he stopped relying on himself and learned to depend on the God who raises the dead—and there he found deliverance.环境顺利时，我们可以靠着天然人的能力应付，惟有在绝境中，才知自己何等的有限、渺小：我需要神的拯救。好消息是神能拯救，且要持续拯救！When life is smooth, we often lean on our natural strength to cope. But only in the depths of desperation do we realisehow limited and small we truly are: I need God’s salvation. The good news is that God can save, and He will keep saving!

神曾救我们脱离那极大的死亡，不仅是许多性命攸关的危险时刻，更是救我们脱离灵的死亡和永远的沉沦。这是救恩的起点，我们成为神的儿女。God has delivered us from so great a death—not only in countless moments of danger to our physical lives but most of all from spiritual death and eternal destruction. This was theng point of salvation, where we became children of God.主再来之时，我们将得着荣耀复活的身体。今天生活在地上，我们魂的生命，要脱离罪恶权势，每一天都需要耶稣的洁净、更新和拯救。When Christ returns, we will receive glorified, resurrected bodies. But even now, as we live on earth, our soul-life must be set free from the power of sin. Every single day we need Jesus’ cleansing, renewing, and saving work.

耶稣死了又活了，且活到永永远远！祂长远活着，为我们祈求，凡靠着祂进到神面前的人，祂都能拯救到底！阿们！阿们！Jesus died and is alive forevermore! He lives to intercede for us, and He is able to save completely all who come to God through Him. Amen! Amen!我终生的事都在神的手中，过去、现在、未来，每一天，每一刻，都需要耶稣的拯救，耶稣，我唯一的救主！我赞美你，祢是昔在、今在、以后永在的全能者！My entire life is in God’s hands—past, present, and future. Every day, every moment, I need the saving power of Jesus. Jesus, You are my only Saviour! I praise You—you who were, and who are, and who is to come, the Almighty!

主，你曾拯救我脱离死亡，我一生要仰望你的救恩！主啊，救我！带领我信真理，付代价，丧掉魂的思想观念，拒绝羞辱感、拒绝感、受害者思维的谎言，使我活出爱，长成基督的身量！Lord, You have delivered me from death, and I will fix my eyes on Your salvation all the days of my life. Lord, save me! Lead me to believe the truth, to pay the price, to lose my soul-life’s thoughts and patterns, to reject the lies of shame, rejection, and victimhood, and to live out love, growing into the full stature of Christ.主啊，你从未停止拯救，求你更大复兴我们，以你的心为心，与你同工，使万国万民一同被拯救！Lord, You have never stopped saving.
