【林后3:17】主就是那灵。主的灵在哪里，哪里就得以自由。【2Cor3:17】Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

当圣灵降在耶稣的身上时，他满有能力传扬天国的福音，医治病人，赶出污鬼，神的国降临带来的是自由平安喜乐。When the Holy Spirit came upon Jesus, He was full of power to proclaim the gospel of the kingdom, heal the sick, and cast out unclean spirits. Wherever the kingdom of God came, it brought freedom, peace, and joy.耶稣从死里复活，赐下圣灵，主就是那灵。我们没有见过道成肉身的耶稣，却因信得着内住的圣灵——神自己与我们同在。圣灵来，为要释放我们，脱离捆绑，得着自由。After Jesus rose from the dead, He gave us the Holy Spirit—the Lord is the Spirit. Though we have not seen Jesus in the flesh, we receive the indwelling Holy Spirit by faith—God Himself is with us. The Holy Spirit came to set us free from bondage and bring us into freedom.

亚当夏娃犯罪以后，全人类成为罪的奴仆，失去了自由，与天父隔绝。耶稣来，亲身担当我们的罪，代替我们受刑罚，被咒诅，赎回我们。After Adam and Eve sinned, all of humanity became slaves to sin, losing our freedom and being cut off from the Father. Jesus came and bore our sins Himself, took our punishment, was cursed in our place, and redeemed us.为什么我们仍然会落在罪恶之中，失去自由？基督释放我们得了自由，仇敌不肯善罢甘休。保罗经历过圣灵与肉体的激烈争战，靠着得胜的主，他自由了。Then why do we still fall into sin and lose our freedom? Christ has set us free, but the enemy does not give up easily. Paul experienced the intense battle between the Spirit and the flesh, yet through the victorious Lord, he was set free.

每当我回到旧的思维模式中，被旧人的思想掌控，轻信世界的谎言，顺从负面的情绪，就再次被奴仆的轭挟制，顺从谁就谁的奴仆。Every time I return to old thought patterns, come under the control of my old self, believe the lies of the world, and follow negative emotions, I become enslaved again under the yoke of bondage. Whoever I obey becomes my master.主，求你赦免我没有竭力警醒争战守好心门，甚至不战而败，失去领地…耶稣，你却顺服至死，完全得胜，成就永恒救赎。我可以再次回转，悔改，争战，得着自由。Lord, forgive me for not being vigilant and watchful, for not guarding the gate of my heart, for even surrendering without a fight and losing ground… But Jesus, You obeyed unto death, completely victorious, and accomplished eternal redemption. I can turn back, repent, fight, and regain freedom.

赐自由的灵正在我里面。顺从圣灵，不顺从肉体，靠着圣灵，治死肉体的私欲恶行，是我需要付上的代价。The Spirit who gives freedom is living inside me. To follow the Spirit and not the flesh, to put to death the sinful desires and deeds of the body by the Spirit—that is the price I must pay.圣灵，求你再次掌管我，信真理，竭力抵挡一切谎言，靠着圣灵的大能，赶出黑暗的权势，夺回心的领地，得着自由去爱，去服事跟我一样被掳的，被压制的人，到主面前得自由。Holy Spirit, please reign in me once more. Help me believe the truth, resist every lie with all my heart, and by Your power, drive out the forces of darkness, take back the territory of my heart, and gain freedom to love and to serve those who, like me, have been taken captive or oppressed, so they too may find freedom in the Lord.
