【林后7:1 】亲爱的弟兄啊，我们既有这等应许，就当洁净自己，除去身体、灵魂一切的污秽，敬畏　神，得以成圣。【2 Cor7:1 】Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.

神拣选我们作祂的儿女，呼召我们进入神圣洁的国度。God has chosen us to be His children and has called us into His holy kingdom.  应许的是：祂要做我们的神，我们的父，我们要做祂的儿女。祂要与我们永远住在一起。这是何等的福啊。He promises: “I will be your God and your Father, and you will be my sons and daughters. I will dwell with you forever.” What a blessing this is!

主啊，感谢你赐给我们圣灵，让我们知道，从前因我们无知，不认识神，Lord, we thank You for giving us the Holy Spirit, who has made us know that in the past, because of our ignorance, we did not know God. 随从世界的风俗，拜偶像，放纵情欲，玷污身体，行奸淫、偷窃、说谎、贪婪、恨人、看、想、行各种污秽之事，We followed the ways of this world, worshipped idols, indulged our lusts, defiled our bodies, and committed adultery, theft, lies, greed, hatred, and every kind of impurity in thought, word, and deed. 身体灵魂都卖给眼目的情欲，肉体的情欲，今生的骄傲。Both body and soul were sold to the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life. 在世界的污秽大染缸里面，我们根本不知道什么是圣洁，什么是污秽。没有圣灵的光照，我们完全没有圣洁的意识。In the great cesspool of the world’s corruption, we did not know what was holy and what was unclean. Without the light of the Holy Spirit, we had no sense of holiness. 主啊，感谢你，把你的圣洁借着耶稣基督向我们显现，But Lord, we thank You, for You have revealed Your holiness to us through Jesus Christ.  拯救我们脱离污秽，让圣灵带领我们进入你圣洁里面，脱去污秽的旧人，穿上新人，有真理的仁义和圣洁…You have rescued us from uncleanness and, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, brought us into Your holiness—putting off the old self corrupted by impurity and putting on the new self, created in true righteousness and holiness. 从此踏上一条从世界分别出来，成圣的道路。From this day we walk the path of sanctification, set apart from the world unto You.

主啊，我承认我常常软弱，每一次聚会祷告完，借着神的话，圣灵大大的洗净我的时候，我里面就有一个律发动，牵引我，就想去看看那些以前看过的、世俗的视频和图画。Lord, I confess that I am often weak. Every time, after a gathering and prayer, when through Your Word the Holy Spirit has greatly cleansed me, there rises within me a law at work—pulling me, drawing me—to go back and look at those worldly videos and images I once viewed. 真理让我知道，因我过去曾多次顺从过这样的私欲，仇敌也知道我的过去的思维、生活习惯，就不断的引诱我，给我射各种意念，The truth has made me aware that because I have so often yielded to such desires in the past, the enemy knows my former thoughts and habits, and so he keeps tempting me, shooting all kinds of thoughts into my mind. 我不想去看，可偏偏又去看了，看完又后悔不已，完后又来到神面前悔改，求耶稣宝血涂抹我的污秽…I do not want to look, yet I end up looking. Afterward I am filled with regret, and I come again before You to repent, asking for the blood of Jesus to cleanse my defilement. 无数次的跌倒，好像圣经上说‘狗吐了又去吃，猪洗净了又去滚…’我怎能胜过情欲的罪？Countless times I have fallen, just as the Scripture says, “A dog returns to its vomit, and a sow that is washed returns to wallowing in the mud.” Lord, how can I overcome the sin of lust?

主啊，感谢你赐给我真理：靠着耶稣基督就能胜过情欲的罪，敬畏神就能得以成圣。敬畏神，在于恨恶罪恶，恨情欲，恨骄傲，恨世俗，恨一切不符合你圣洁的事。爱你，就要爱你的圣洁，Lord, I thank You for giving me the truth: that through Jesus Christ I can overcome the sin of lust, and that the fear of the Lord leads to holiness. To fear God is to hate evil—to hate lust, to hate pride, to hate worldliness, and to hate all that is contrary to Your holiness. To love You is to love Your holiness. 平时就要养成读经祷告的生命习惯，不断用神的话喂养灵魂，定意以受苦的心志为兵器，使自己在试探面前刚强起来。Therefore, I must cultivate a daily habit of reading the Scriptures and praying, feeding my soul continually with Your Word. I set my mind to arm myself with the same attitude as Christ, so that I may stand strong in the face of temptation. 一旦有环境、试探来的时候，就能呼求圣灵释放大能，一边勒住自己想看、想说的欲望，一边快快呼求圣灵，让赐生命圣灵的律，在我里面运行起来。When trials and temptations come, I will call upon the Holy Spirit to release His power—restraining the desires to look, to speak, and at the same time crying out quickly for the Spirit’s help, that the law of the Spirit of life may work within me.在跟情欲争战的日子，操练自己不断思想真理，祷告住在耶稣基督里，靠着耶稣的十字架大能，向想看的欲望死，释放我，脱离这罪和死的律。In the days of battling against lust, I will train myself to meditate on the truth, to pray and remain in Christ Jesus, and by the power of His cross to die to the desire to look, so that I may be set free from the law of sin and death. 让我日夜思想耶稣，越来越爱神的话，吃神的话，用神生命的粮，喂养我饥渴的灵魂，成为我生命的律，结出成圣的果子，荣耀神。 Let me meditate on Jesus day and night, love God’s Word more and more, feed on it as the bread of life to satisfy my thirsty soul, until it becomes the law of my life—bearing the fruit of holiness and bringing glory to God.
