On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

主啊，感谢你在十字架上一次的死，就彻底败坏了罪和死亡的权势，完成了救赎大功。Lord, we thank You that by Your once-for-all death on the cross, You utterly broke the power of sin and death and accomplished the great work of redemption. 你打破撒旦的头，也让我们知道我们的旧人，已经与你同钉十字架，不再作罪的奴仆。你的得胜是完全的，一切坚固营垒也已被攻破。You crushed the serpent’s head and made known to us that our old self has been crucified with You, so that we are no longer slaves to sin. Your victory is complete, and every stronghold has been torn down.

然而，为什么信徒仍常常跌倒？因我们旧人成长于堕落的世界，承接了祖先传下来的价值观和善恶标准，深深扎根在撒旦“善恶树”的谎言里。Yet why do believers so often stumble? It is because our old self was shaped in a fallen world, inheriting the values and standards of right and wrong passed down from our ancestors, deeply rooted in the lies of Satan’s “tree of the knowledge of good and evil.” 我们又一次次顺从情欲与骄傲，陷入伤害、不饶恕、论断与拒绝，这些情感、思维与行为模式逐渐形成我们旧人的坚固营垒。Time and again we yield to lust and pride, falling into hurt, unforgiveness, judgment, and rejection. These patterns of emotion, thought, and behaviour gradually build up strongholds of the old self within us.

信主后，我们里面有了新造的人，新人虽被圣灵感动，喜爱祷告、聚会、读经，渴慕真理；但一遇到环境，仇敌就来迷惑试探，我旧人里的坚固营垒便发动，抵挡神、忘记神，不祷告不求问。After coming to faith, a new creation is formed within us. The new self, moved by the Holy Spirit, delights in prayer, in fellowship, in reading the Word, and hungers for the truth. Yet when trials come, the enemy comes with deception and temptation. Then the strongholds of my old self rise up, resisting God, forgetting Him, refusing to pray or to seek His will. 甚至回到悖逆、自高、争论对错，顶嘴不服、责怪埋怨他人，不能接受责备的模式，生命停滞，心里面有些地土被壮士看守，一触就爆发。我发现自己常常重演父母的模式，显明家族罪的权势仍在影响。At times I even fall back into patterns of rebellion, pride, arguing over right and wrong, talking back in defiance, blaming and complaining against others, and refusing correction. My growth is hindered, and parts of my heart remain guarded by the strong man, ready to erupt at the slightest touch. I see myself repeating the very patterns of my parents, showing that the power of generational sin is still at work in me.

主啊，赦免我常论断父母家人，因你真理说，论断人的，自己所行的也一样。Lord, forgive me for so often judging my parents and family, for Your truth says that in passing judgment on others I do the very same things myself. 感谢你在十字架上呼喊：“父啊，赦免他们！”指明攻破营垒的道路。要脱离家族罪的权势，必须接受你的饶恕，并选择饶恕家人。Thank You that on the cross You cried out, “Father, forgive them!”—showing us the way to tear down every stronghold. To be free from the power of generational sin, I must receive Your forgiveness and choose to forgive my family.

主啊，赦免我觉得饶恕困难，是因体贴自己的感受，听信仇敌谎言，让已瘫痪的营垒又被喂养发动。Lord, forgive me for finding it hard to forgive, for I have clung to my own feelings and listened to the lies of the enemy, allowing strongholds that were already crippled to be fed and stirred again. 求你开启我，看清仇敌怎样利用旧人思维迷惑我，使我跌倒。教导我靠圣灵争战，把你的话刻在心版，用真理抵挡试探。让我常思想你的十字架，相信饶恕能胜过仇恨与拒绝。Open my eyes to see how the enemy uses the old ways of thinking to deceive me and cause me to stumble. Teach me to fight by the Spirit, to write Your Word upon the tablets of my heart, and to resist temptation with Your truth. Let me fix my mind on Your cross, believing that forgiveness is stronger than hatred and rejection. 凭信心支取你在十字架上成就的恩典，七十个七次地饶恕家人，就必堵上破口，断开跟家族一切不敬虔的链接。 By faith I draw upon the grace You accomplished on the cross, choosing to forgive my family seventy times seven, so that every breach may be closed and every ungodly tie to my family line broken. 相信圣灵必施恩于我们，必把藏在耶稣十字架里的，攻破一切旧人坚固营垒的大能兵器，释放给我们，使耶稣的得胜成为我们的得胜和经历。I believe the Holy Spirit will surely grant us grace, releasing the mighty weapons hidden in the cross of Jesus to tear down every stronghold of the old self, so that Christ’s victory becomes our victory and our lived experience.

主啊，我渴慕攻破坚固营垒，我愿立志顺服你的十字架，以受苦的心志对付旧人的心思意念。持守真理与信心，与撒旦的试探争战到底，在不断的试炼中夺回心意，归顺基督。Lord, I long to see strongholds broken. I choose to surrender to the power of Your cross, arming myself with the mind of Christ who suffered, to put to death the thoughts and desires of the old self. Strengthen me to hold fast to truth and faith, to stand against the temptations of Satan, and through every trial to take back my thoughts and bring them under the obedience of Christ. 使我向坚固营垒死，真正不再受辖制，不再对牠的迷惑、试探起反应；却立志向神活，热切回应神的命令，爱仇敌，饶恕爱家人，活出喜乐平安，爱神爱人的新生命。Let me die to every stronghold, so that I am no longer bound, no longer reacting to its lies and temptations; but let me be alive to God, eager to obey Your commands, to love my enemies, to forgive and cherish my family, and to live out the new life of joy, peace, and love for You and for others.
