【弗1:3】愿颂赞归与我们主耶稣基督的父神！他在基督里曾赐给我们天上各样属灵的福气。【Eph1: 3】Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

保罗禁不住的向三位一体的神发出赞美，父神的先见、拣选和救赎计划，圣子耶稣基督的流血舍命，圣灵的洗、内住和更新，Paul couldn’t help but praise the Triune God: the Father’s foreknowledge, choosing, and salvation plan; the blood and sacrifice of the Son, Jesus Christ; and the washing, indwelling, and renewing of the Holy Spirit.使我们得以在基督耶稣里，进入神爱子光明的国度，脱离黑暗的权势，成为新造的人。 这新人有真理的仁义和圣洁，具有属天的地位和身份，神的儿女，是神属灵产业的继承者。Through this we are brought, in Christ Jesus, into the kingdom of light of God’s beloved Son, freed from the power of darkness, and made new creations. This new person is marked by the righteousness and holiness of truth, with a heavenly place and identity — God’s child, heir of His spiritual inheritance.

神本性一切的丰富，都有形有体居住在基督里面，基督是一切属灵祝福的宝库和泉源。生命、恩典、福气、荣耀、智慧、知识，都在祂里面藏着。All of God’s fullness lives bodily in Christ. Christ is the treasure and fountain of every spiritual blessing. Life, grace, blessing, glory, wisdom, knowledge — all are hidden in Him.因基督的救赎，我们成为亚伯拉罕的后裔，与神所立的约，与神的国度、权柄、荣耀都有份。 By Christ’s redemption we become Abraham’s descendants, joined in God’s covenant, sharing in His kingdom, authority, and glory.

父啊，赦免我愚拙，像属地鸡，鼠目寸光，只在求地上的好处，却没有信你的话。你已将天上属灵的福气赐给了我们。感谢已将那智慧和启示的灵，赐给了我。Father, forgive my foolishness. I’ve been like a barnyard chicken, short-sighted, chasing after earthly benefits, not trusting Your word. You’ve already given us heavenly spiritual blessings. Thank You for giving me the Spirit of wisdom and revelation.赦免我没有殷勤祷告，心中的眼睛未被开启，没有在信心里真知道、真看见，你赐给我天上的属灵福气，是何等的宝贵和荣耀。你说你在创立世界以前，就在基督里拣选了我…照着你旨意所喜悦的，预定我们借着耶稣基督得儿子的名分…Forgive me for slackness in prayer, for the eyes of my heart still unopened, for not truly knowing and seeing by faith how precious and glorious are the heavenly blessings You’ve given me. You said that before the world was made, You chose me in Christ… and according to Your will’s good pleasure, You predestined us to adoption through Jesus Christ.赦免我，曾以为自己是偶然生在这世上。我是谁呢？为什么来到这个世界？我的学业、工作、婚姻、家庭，我一生会住在在哪里？原来早就在你的计划里，你是何等奇妙可畏？你这位无限智慧、精妙宇宙万物的创造主，创造并拣选了我？Forgive me for once thinking I was born into this world by chance. Who am I? Why am I here? My study, work, marriage, family, where I’ll live all my life? It was already in Your plan. How awesome and fearful You are! You, the infinite Creator of the universe, created and chose me?

父啊，求你使我渴慕认识你恩典，是你在爱子耶稣基督里赐给我们的。赦免我信的愚拙，总停留在旧人思想里，不明白这恩典，是你爱子耶稣基督,舍命流血,付上生命的代价，在十字架所成就的…Father, stir in me a hunger to know the grace You’ve given us in Your beloved Son Jesus Christ. Forgive my foolish faith, stuck in the old self’s thinking, not grasping that this grace was won by the blood and life of Your Son on the cross.原来你按着你自己旨意所喜悦的，早已预定我籍着你爱子耶稣基督得儿子的名分，是你以你爱子为我终极榜样，训练我也成为你的儿子，圣洁没有瑕疵。According to Your will’s good pleasure, You long ago predestined me, through Your Son Jesus Christ, for adoption. You set Your Son as my ultimate example, training me to also be Your son, holy and without blemish.

父啊，我感谢你，从创世记一开始，你造亚当夏娃的时候，你就吩咐他们要生养众多，代表你管理、治理全地。当亚当、夏娃，没有听你的话，听了撒旦的话，把你赐给他们的权柄失落了…感谢你差遣你的独生儿子耶稣基督，来到地上，成为我们的智慧、公义、圣洁、救赎。Father, thank You. From the start in Genesis, when You made Adam and Eve, You commanded them to be fruitful and multiply, to represent You in ruling the earth. But when they didn’t obey and listened to Satan, they lost the authority You had given. Thank You for sending Jesus Christ, Your only Son, to earth, to be our wisdom, righteousness, holiness, and redemption.不光夺回我们失落的权柄，还要重新赐给我们。不光要使用我们，恢复完成你在创世以前的计划；你还要从万民中，拣选、训练出许多儿子，跟你独生爱子耶稣基督一同执掌王权，统管天上、地下、地底下，宇宙万有…进到荣耀里，末后的荣耀更要大过先前…好使你恩典的荣耀得着颂赞。He not only took back the authority we lost but gave it to us again. You don’t just want to use us to restore and complete Your plan from before creation; You also want to choose and train many sons from every nation, to reign together with Your only Son Jesus Christ, ruling heaven, earth, and under the earth, the whole universe… to enter into glory, with the glory to come greater than the first… so that the glory of Your grace will be praised.

父啊，感谢你借着保罗将你的旨意和恩典，隐藏在万古以前的奥秘，启示给我们，愿我们能从这些话语中得到真正的信心确据。真知道，耶稣基督是无价至宝，十字架是我们惟一的道路。Father, thank You for making Your will and grace known through Paul, the mystery hidden before time began. May we gain real assurance of faith from these words, knowing for certain that Jesus Christ is the priceless treasure, and the cross is our only way.你借着每一天每一件事，训练我们单单定睛标杆，就是你爱子耶稣基督的道路、真理、生命。向前奔跑，主动配合你，完成你在我们身上的训练计划，活出你赐的各样的属灵福气，使万民看见你、认识你、归向你。Through each day and every event, You train us to fix our eyes on the goal — Jesus Christ, Your beloved Son, the way, the truth, and the life. Let us press on, willingly working with You, to complete Your training in us, to live out every spiritual blessing You’ve given, so that all nations may see You, know You, and turn to You.
