【弗4:2-3】凡事谦虚、温柔、忍耐，用爱心互相宽容，用和平彼此联络，竭力保守圣灵所赐合而为一的心。【Eph4:2-3】Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

我们既蒙天召，一同跟随耶稣，并委身成为基督的身体。我们在教会里，靠着基督的恩典被建造起来。我们行事为人的准则就是神的真理，基督的生命。We have been called together from heaven to follow Jesus and to commit ourselves to being the Body of Christ. Within the Church, the Body of Christ, we’re to be built up by Christ’s grace. The rule for how we live is God’s truth, the life of Christ.

无论我们在教会里服事，在职场或在家庭，都是神的呼召。都是与基督同负一轭。Whether we serve in the Church, in our workplace, or in our family, it’s all God’s calling. It’s all about carrying the yoke with Christ. 一切都应当与我们所蒙的呼召就是基督的救恩相称。Everything should be worthy of the calling we’ve received，the salvation of Christ. 在这其中，没有高低之分，也没有“更重要”或“次要”的角色。There’s no higher or lower status, no “more important” or “less important” roles.

这一切都是为了操练我们，活出谦卑、温柔、忍耐、爱心、宽容与和平，就是基督的生命。It’s all for training us to walk in humility, gentleness, patience, love, forbearance and peace, which is the life of Christ. 如今活着的不再是我，乃是基督在我里面活着。It’s no longer me, but Christ who lives in me.

祷告 Prayer

主啊，感谢祢让我看见，我是多么容易寻求人的注意，想说话、想表现、想比较、想得称赞……却忘记了基督的身体，缺少团队的心。Lord, thank You for showing me how easily I seek attention, wanting to talk, to act, to compare and to be praised, while forgetting the Body and lacking team spirit.

然而祢依然温柔谦卑，住在我里面，虽然我骄傲又急躁。祢没有离开，也没有发怒。祢耐心等候，再一次邀请我与祢同负一轭。Yet You remain gentle and humble, living in me though I’m proud and impatient. You don’t leave or get angry. Instead, You wait patiently, inviting me again to share Your yoke.

祢呼召我与祢同行，听从基督元首的带领，但我常常走自己的路，把祢的话忘在一边。难怪我结不出果子，因为离了祢，我什么都不能做。You’ve called me to walk with You, to listen to Christ the Head, but I often go my own way and forget Your word. No wonder my efforts bear little fruit, for apart from You I can do nothing.

谦卑、温柔、忍耐，都是圣灵的果子，只有常常连于祢这葡萄树，才能结出来。

Humility, gentleness, and patience grow only as I stay connected to You, the Vine.

求祢不断提醒我们，借着人、借着环境 ，常在祢里面，常常祷告，把祢的话放在心里。Please keep reminding us, through people and through circumstances — to remain in You, to pray, and to keep Your word in our hearts.

愿祢的圣灵在我们里面建造这些果子，使天父得荣耀，也让人看见我们真是祢的门徒，彼此相爱合一。Build these fruits in us by Your Spirit, so that the Father is glorified and others see we are truly Your disciples, loving one another in unity.
