【以弗所书 4:15】惟用爱心说诚实话，凡事长进，连于元首基督。【Eph 4:15】Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.

“用爱心说诚实话”不仅是口中说出真理，更是在爱里持守、活出并行出真理。“Speaking the truth in love” isn’t just about saying the truth with our lips — it’s about holding on to it, living it out, and walking it out in love. “凡事长进，连于元首基督”是：在各样的服事中，肢体彼此帮助、彼此建立，彼此指正、彼此代祷、守望…朝着同一个方向——基督——不断长进，越来越像祂。“To grow in every way into Christ, our Head,” means that through every kind of service, we help, strengthen, correct, and pray for one another — keeping watch together as we move in the same direction — toward Christ — continually growing to become more like Him.

圣灵借着保罗阐明爱的真谛：“爱是不喜欢不义，只喜欢真理。”Through Paul, the Holy Spirit reveals what true love really is: “Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.” 基督在世上的服事正是爱的榜样——祂指出人的罪，却不是定人的罪；祂恨罪，却爱罪人，甘心忍受顶撞、羞辱和鞭打，甚至舍命，救人脱离罪，感动无数人悔改。Jesus’ ministry on earth is the perfect example of that love — He exposed people’s sin, yet never condemned them; He hated sin but loved the sinner, patiently enduring rejection, shame, and even the whip. He gave up His own life to rescue us from sin, leading countless hearts to repentance. 这正是神的爱。正如《箴言》16:7所说：“人所行的，若蒙耶和华喜悦，耶和华也使他的仇敌与他和好。”这正是耶稣所行的，因此很多人被耶稣吸引，悔改跟随祂。That is the love of God. As Proverbs 16:7 says, “When a person’s ways please the Lord, He makes even their enemies live at peace with them.” That’s what Jesus did — and that’s why so many were drawn to Him, turned back, and chose to follow Him.

回顾自己的道路，我曾多次恨那位神的仆人，因为她指出我的罪。Looking back on my own journey, there were times I deeply resented a servant of God because she called out my sin. 当责备的光照进心里时，我里面的黑暗抵挡光，不愿就光，甚至发怒、辩解，证明自己是对的，不能谦卑寻求神的光照，结果信主多年，生命仍徘徊不前。我才明白，为什么法利赛人那样恨耶稣。When her words of correction shone into my heart, the darkness within me resisted that light — I didn’t want to face it. I got angry, defended myself, tried to prove I was right, instead of humbly seeking God’s truth. As a result, even after years of being christian, my life barely moved forward. Only later did I realise why the Pharisees hated Jesus so much. 也感谢主使用祂的仆人，效法耶稣，责备我的罪、带我悔改，虽被我恨过多次，却始终不放弃，愿意付代价救我脱离罪的蒙蔽，让我经历真正的爱。But I thank the Lord for using His servant to follow Jesus’ example — to rebuke my sin and lead me to repentance. Even though I once hated her for it, she never gave up. She was willing to pay the price to help me see through the deception of sin and experience real love. 正如经上所说：“当面的责备强如背地的爱情。朋友加的伤痕出于忠诚，仇敌的亲嘴却是多余。”（箴27:5-6）As Scripture says, “Better is open rebuke than hidden love. Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses.” (Proverbs 27:5–6)

祷告Prayer:：

主啊，感谢祢的真理和公义的爱，感谢祢藉着责备和光照引导我悔改。Lord, thank You for Your truth and Your love that is always just and pure. Thank You for leading me to repentance through correction and light. 求祢带领我在祢的爱里成长，在行事为人上操练行公义、恨恶罪，又存怜悯；对犯罪跌倒的人怀有怜悯，记得自己也曾跌倒，而祢怎样善待我。Help me grow in Your love — to act justly, hate sin, yet show mercy. Give me compassion for those who have fallen, remembering how I too once fell, and how kindly You dealt with me. 使我凡事谦卑求问祢，不凭自己论断人，与祢同行同工。Teach me to stay humble, to seek Your wisdom in everything, not to judge others by my own measure, but to walk and serve alongside You. 求祢用公义、真理的灵充满我，攻破惧怕和“老好人”的坚固营垒，使我的生命向基督长进。Fill me with the Spirit of truth and righteousness; break down every stronghold of fear and people-pleasing, and shape my life to grow more like Christ. 有一天，也能被祢使用，用爱心说真理，劝勉罪人悔改，甘愿付上代价，帮助更多肢体悔改，向基督不断长进、成熟。One day, may You use me too — to speak the truth in love, to call sinners to repentance, to pay the cost if needed, and to help more brothers and sisters grow into maturity in Christ.
