【弗4:25】所以你们要弃绝谎言，各人与邻舍说实话，因为我们是互相为肢体。【Eph4:25】Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.

神呼召我们脱去旧人，首先要脱去“说谎”的旧性情。God calls us to put off the old self, and the first thing to lay aside is the old nature of “lying.”教会使我们每一个人成为邻舍，基督身体上的肢体，彼此相连、相爱、相助。The Church makes each of us neighbours, members of Christ’s body—connected, loving, and supporting one another.若肢体之间有谎言，就像身体中毒，真理的血液无法顺畅流动，教会就要生病、受损。If there is falsehood between members, it’s like poison in the body—truth’s lifeblood can’t flow freely, and the Church becomes sick and damaged.

神极其厌恶谎言，因为说谎正是撒旦的性情。起初，魔鬼用谎言诱惑亚当和夏娃，使罪进入世界。God deeply hates lies, because lying is the very nature of Satan. From the beginning, the devil used lies to tempt Adam and Eve, bringing sin into the world.耶稣指出：“牠本来是说谎的，也是说谎之人的父。”（约8:44）Jesus said, “He was a liar from the start and the father of lies” (John 8:44).人言反映内心——心里若无真理，口中便出虚假。Our words reflect what’s in the heart—if the heart lacks truth, the mouth will speak falsehood.世界如今仍被谎言的权势笼罩，人若不随从圣灵，必随从说谎的本性而行。The world today is still covered by the power of lies; if people don’t follow the Holy Spirit, they’ll end up following their lying nature.

谎言是魔鬼破坏教会合一的工具。Lies are the devil’s weapon for tearing apart the Church’s unity.它制造误会与纷争，使人心生怀疑、埋怨与不饶恕，从而破坏肢体间、并与头-基督的交通。They stir up misunderstanding and conflict, giving rise to doubt, grumbling, and unforgiveness, breaking fellowship between members and with the Head—Christ.一个小小的谎言，能点燃地狱的火（雅3:5–6），扩散毁坏，使爱与信任被吞噬。Even a small lie can set off the fire of hell (James 3:5–6), spreading ruin until love and trust are consumed.圣经记载亚拿尼亚夫妇因欺哄圣灵而丧命（徒5章），足见神对谎言的厌恶与审判。Scripture tells of Ananias and his wife losing their lives for deceiving the Holy Spirit (Acts 5), showing God’s deep hatred and judgement of lies.

我也经历过谎言的权势。I’ve also felt the power of lies.信主前，我常凭想象乱说自己不确定的事；Before coming to faith, I often spoke uncertain things from imagination.信主后，当我骄傲懒惰、读经祷告不殷勤时，肉体就发动，喜欢虚妄的东西，After believing, when pride or laziness crept in and I wasn’t diligent in reading Scripture or praying, my flesh took over, chasing after empty things—看视频、刷新闻，用眼耳判断是非，watching videos, scrolling through news, judging right and wrong by what I saw and heard.不知不觉被谎言的灵迷惑，开始说不确实的话，与从前一样，给仇敌开门，让偷窃、杀害、毁坏临到，关系受损、财务亏损、身体出问题。Without realising it, I was misled by the spirit of lies, speaking unreliable words as before, opening the door to the enemy so that stealing, killing, and destruction came in—relationships suffered, finances were lost, and my body weakened.原来，当心骄傲不否定自己，谎言权势就卷土重来。I learnt that when pride fills the heart and we refuse to humble ourselves, the power of lies returns.感谢主教导我，不可轻看谎言的影响，因为撒旦仍用虚假的文化与思想污染世人：I thank the Lord for teaching me not to take lies lightly, because Satan still spreads false ideas and culture to corrupt people:偶像崇拜、灵界迷信、媒体谎言、虚妄娱乐……这些都在麻醉人心，使人追随虚假而离弃真理。idolatry, superstition, media deception, hollow entertainment—all these numb hearts and lead people away from truth.凡心里爱虚妄、信谎言的，最终都被仇敌偷窃、杀害、毁坏。Those who love vanity and believe lies in their hearts will in the end be robbed, destroyed, and ruined by the enemy.

感谢主，祂显现是为要除灭魔鬼的作为（约一3:8）。Thank the Lord—He came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8).当基督住在我们里面，祂要除去谎言的性情，使我们活在真理中。When Christ lives in us, He removes the lying nature and helps us walk in truth.我愿意弃绝谎言，穿上新人，在纷乱的世代中守住真理。I want to turn from lies and put on the new self, holding fast to truth in this chaotic age.面对网络与媒体的噪声，愿圣灵引导我安静、祷告、读经，Amid the noise of the internet and media, may the Holy Spirit lead me into stillness, prayer, and the Word,喂养我饥渴的灵魂，使我以神的话语、坚固的信心抵挡谎言的试探。feeding my hungry soul so that I can stand firm against the temptation of lies with God’s Word and strong faith.撒旦抵挡不住真理，就必逃跑。When Satan can’t stand against truth, he must flee.

愿我们都喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜谦卑思想、祷告，生命不断成熟，结出“良善、公义、诚实”的果子（诗1:2-3，弗5:9）。May we all delight in the Lord’s law, humbly meditating and praying day and night, growing in maturity and bearing fruit of “goodness, righteousness, and truth” (Psalm 1:2–3; Ephesians 5:9).在这充满虚假的世界，成为诚实无伪、光明无瑕的神儿女，为真理作见证，荣耀主的名。（腓2:15）In this world full of falsehood, may we be honest and blameless children of God, witnesses to the truth, bringing glory to the Lord’s name (Philippians 2:15).
