【弗4:26-27】生气却不要犯罪，不可含怒到日落；也不可给魔鬼留地步。【Eph4: 26-27】“In your anger do not sin” : Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.

保罗劝勉信徒要“脱去旧人，穿上新人”之后，指出要弃绝谎言、怒气…因为这些会给魔鬼留地步，使那恶者有合法的通道进入我们的生命来偷窃、杀害、毁坏。After Paul urged believers to “put off the old self and put on the new,” he pointed out that we must turn away from lies, anger, and the like, because these give the devil a foothold, providing the evil one a lawful way into our lives to steal, kill, and destroy.耶稣在面对圣殿中的罪恶时，曾发义怒，但他没有犯罪。When Jesus confronted sin in the temple, He showed righteous anger, yet He did not sin.天然人遇到不公义的事情，或不合己意的环境，会生气、发怒，却很容易演变为论断、苦毒、不饶恕…Our natural selves, when faced with injustice or situations that don’t go our way, often get angry, and that anger can easily grow into judgement, bitterness, and unforgiveness.

心中的一点点“不高兴”，“小怒气”，若没有及时地抵挡和悔改，持续地怀揣、发酵，就为仇敌敞开了一扇门，Even a small sense of being “upset” or a bit of “anger,” if not resisted and repented of promptly but instead held onto and allowed to grow, opens the door to the enemy.使魔鬼利用这“地步”，在我们心中扎根，生出怨恨、苦毒的坚固营垒，使我们被扣在黑暗之中。It gives the devil ground to take root in our hearts and build strongholds of resentment and bitterness, leaving us trapped in darkness.正如经上说：人有见识，就不轻易发怒（箴19:11）…As Scripture says: “A person’s wisdom yields patience; it is to one’s glory to overlook an offence” (Proverbs 19:11)…当止住怒气，离弃忿怒；不要心怀不平，以致作恶（诗37:8）。“Stop being angry! Turn from your rage! Do not lose your temper—it only leads to harm” (Psalm 37:8).

主啊，我承认自己常常跟人讲对错，抓着自己的权利，遇到不合己意的人和事，怒气就一触即发。Lord, I admit that I often argue over who’s right or wrong, hold tightly to my own rights, and when things or people don’t go my way, anger bursts out easily.求你赦免我自己作了审判官，把自己的感觉感受放在第一位，顺从私欲发泄不满，却给仇敌开门，毁坏了跟人的关系，也与神隔绝…Please forgive me for setting myself up as judge, for putting my own feelings first, for giving in to selfish desires and venting frustration—opening the door to the enemy, damaging relationships, and cutting myself off from You.今天求你的真理再次更新我，使我快快地听，慢慢地说，慢慢地动怒。Today I ask that Your truth renew me again, making me quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.

主啊，你有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，给我们机会悔改。我的怒气不能成就神的义。Lord, You are full of mercy and grace, slow to anger, giving us the chance to repent. My anger can never bring about the righteousness of God.圣灵，求你更深光照我里面怒气的根，得着真智慧，预备自己的心，祷告等候考试到来，Holy Spirit, shine deeply on the roots of anger within me. Grant me true wisdom, prepare my heart, and teach me to pray and wait when tests come.因信真理，向谎言关门，呼求圣灵治死里面对人和事的各种反应：被拒绝感、羞耻感、骄傲、苦毒…By faith in Your truth, help me shut the door to lies, and call on You to put to death every reaction within me—feelings of rejection, shame, pride, bitterness…饶恕自己，饶恕身边的人，在各种考试中得胜，活出耶稣恒久忍耐又有恩慈的爱，见证福音的大能。May I forgive myself and those around me, overcome every trial, and live out the patient and kind love of Jesus, showing the power of the Gospel.
