【以弗所书4:30】不要叫神的圣灵担忧，你们原是受了祂的印记，等候得赎的日子来到。【Ephesians 4:30 】And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

圣灵重生了我们的灵（约3:6），并以印记作凭据，使我们确知自己属于神。我们的属灵地位，已经“与基督一同坐在天上”（弗2:6）。The Holy Spirit has brought our spirits to life again (John 3:6) and marked us with His seal as a guarantee, giving us confidence that we belong to God. Our spiritual position is already “seated with Christ in the heavenly realms” (Ephesians 2:6). 然而，我们的身体仍活在必朽坏的世界中，经历软弱、疾病、痛苦与死亡。Yet our bodies still live in a perishable world, facing weakness, sickness, pain, and death.圣灵住在我们里面，使我们确信得了永生，并让我们预尝天上的美福(弗1：3)；同时也提醒我们，这世界并非我们的终极归宿。我们心里叹息，盼望那日临到——连身体也得赎，得享属天的自由（罗8:21）。The Holy Spirit lives within us, assuring us of eternal life and letting us have a foretaste of heaven’s blessings (Ephesians 1:3). At the same time, He reminds us that this world is not our final home. Deep within, we groan and long for the day to come—when even our bodies will be redeemed and we’ll share in the glorious freedom of heaven (Romans 8:21).

圣经说：“圣灵是我们得基业的凭据，直等到神之民被赎。”那“身体得赎的日子”，就是主再来、身体复活、万物更新之时。The Bible says, “The Holy Spirit is the guarantee of our inheritance until God’s people are redeemed.” That “day when the body is redeemed” will be when the Lord returns, the dead are raised, and everything is made new. 那日，罪与死亡的权势都要被废去，我们卑贱的身体将被改变，和主荣耀的身体相似（腓3:20–21）。On that day, the power of sin and death will be done away with, and our humble bodies will be changed to be like the Lord’s glorious body (Philippians 3:20–21). 身体得赎是圣徒复活时，神要赐我们一个荣耀不朽的、灵性的身体(林前15：43-44，54)，与被成圣的灵魂合一，永远与主同在——这是救恩的完成，也是神儿女最终的得胜。The redemption of the body means that, when the saints are raised, God will give us a glorious, immortal, spiritual body (1 Corinthians 15:43–44, 54), joined with the sanctified soul, to live with the Lord forever. This is the fulfilment of salvation and the final victory of God’s children.

如今我们虽因信称义，但我们的魂（心思意念、情感与意志）仍在被圣灵更新的成圣过程中。“等候得赎”不是被动的等待，而是带着信心与顺服生活。Though we are now justified by faith, our souls—our thoughts, emotions, and will—are still being renewed by the Holy Spirit in the process of sanctification. “Waiting for redemption” doesn’t mean sitting back and doing nothing, but living each day in faith and obedience. 我们要像农夫那样勤劳耕耘——殷勤祷告、读经、除草浇水，让心成为好土，使神的话扎根成长；靠着圣灵，天天背起十字架，与罪性争战，使我们天天舍己、被圣灵更新（太16:25），让基督的生命在我们里面渐渐成熟，长成祂的身量。

We are to be like hard-working farmers—faithful in prayer and reading Scripture, pulling out weeds and watering, preparing our hearts as good soil so God’s Word can take root and grow. By the Holy Spirit’s power, we take up our cross each day, fight against our sinful nature, deny ourselves, and let the Spirit renew us daily (Matthew 16:25), so that Christ’s life may mature within us and we grow into His likeness.

然而，魔鬼总想方设法吞吃我们。若不被圣灵充满、不警醒祷告，就容易落入网罗——相信谎言、动怒不饶恕、懒惰、骄傲、悖逆、不听劝勉，最终如羊走迷。Yet the devil is always scheming to destroy us. If we aren’t filled with the Holy Spirit and alert in prayer, we can easily fall into his traps—believing lies, becoming angry or unforgiving, growing lazy, proud, rebellious, or unwilling to take correction, and finally wandering off like lost sheep. 正如经上所说：“狗所吐的，它转过来又吃；猪洗净了，又回到泥里去滚。”（彼后2:22）这正是圣灵最担忧的。As the Scriptures say: “A dog returns to its vomit, and a pig that has been washed goes back to roll in the mud” (2 Peter 2:22). This is what grieves the Holy Spirit the most.

主啊，感谢你用圣灵印记我们，使我们确信自己属于你。你像严父又像慈母，殷切地担忧、提醒、管教我们，不愿我们偏离正道。Lord, thank You for sealing us with the Holy Spirit and giving us the assurance that we belong to You. You’re like a firm father and a gentle mother—deeply concerned for us, reminding and correcting us, never wanting us to wander from the right path. 我承认自己常常软弱，容易被诱惑牵引。求你不断提醒我，用你的话语和圣灵引导我归正，不让我成为圣灵担忧的儿女。主耶稣，感谢你为圣徒祷告，也为我代求，使我在软弱中不失落；跌倒时不灰心。I admit that I’m often weak and easily led astray by temptation. Please keep reminding me, and guide me back by Your Word and Your Spirit, so I won’t be a child who grieves the Holy Spirit. Lord Jesus, thank You for praying for all the saints and interceding for me too, so that when I’m weak I won’t lose heart, and when I fall, I won’t give up. 感谢你以永不止息的怜悯扶持我们。当我们受试探时，你赐我们出路。求你使我们更多殷勤祷告、更多倚靠圣灵，让心天天被更新，被真理坚固，被爱充满。Thank You for holding us up with Your never-ending mercy. When we face temptation, You always provide a way out. Help us to pray more earnestly and depend more on the Holy Spirit, so our hearts are renewed each day, strengthened by truth, and filled with love. 主啊，坚固我们，使我们在信心中忍耐，在盼望中喜乐，在成圣的路上不退后。圣灵必要在我们里面继续成就你的善工，直到我们成为你所喜悦、能反映你形象的儿子；那日，我们将完全活出神预定我们得荣耀的样式(罗8：29-30)——灵、魂、体全然被救赎，永远与主同在，有份于基督的得胜、权柄、荣耀与产业。(启3:21) Lord, strengthen us so that we endure in faith, rejoice in hope, and never turn back on the journey of sanctification. The Holy Spirit will keep working in us, completing His good work until we become sons who please You and reflect Your image. On that day, we’ll fully live out the glory You’ve destined us for (Romans 8:29-30)—our spirit, soul, and body completely redeemed, forever with the Lord, sharing in Christ’s victory, authority, glory, and inheritance (Revelation 3:21).
