【弗5:1-2】所以你们该效法神，好像蒙慈爱的儿女一样。也要凭爱心行事，正如基督爱我们，为我们舍了自己，当作馨香的供物和祭物献与神。【Eph5:1-2】Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

保罗的劝勉，总像一针强心剂。当我们迷失方向、跌倒软弱时，他的话提醒我们重新回到身份的根基——我们是谁？我们为何而活？Paul’s encouragements are like a strong heartbeat of faith. When we lose our way, stumble, or grow weak, his words call us back to the foundation of our identity—who we are, and why we live.当我们得救、领受圣灵、呼求“阿爸父”的时候，圣灵与我们的心同证我们是神的儿女（罗8:15–16）。When we’re saved, receive the Holy Spirit, and cry out “Abba, Father,” the Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are God’s children (Romans 8:15–16).那一刻，我们不再是孤儿，而是蒙爱的儿女。我们知道，主为我们舍命，证明我们是祂所爱的；而父神既这样爱我们，儿女自然也愿意爱父神。In that moment, we’re no longer orphans but dearly loved sons and daughters. We know the Lord gave His life for us, showing that we’re deeply loved by Him—and since the Father has loved us this much, His children will naturally want to love Him in return.

“效法神，好像蒙慈爱的儿女一样”，不是律法式的命令，而是爱的自然回应。我们效法那爱我们的神，就是效法基督。爱神、效法基督，就是照着祂的样子活在地上。“To imitate God as dearly loved children” isn’t a rule-bound command, but a natural response of love. To imitate the God who loves us is to imitate Christ. To love God and follow Christ means living on earth as He did.保罗说：“也要凭爱心行事，正如基督爱我们，为我们舍了自己。”这句话道出了爱的最高形式——舍己。Paul said, “Walk in love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us.” That shows the highest form of love—self-sacrifice.

基督怎样为我们舍己？祂“把自己当作馨香的供物和祭物献与神”，耶稣所行的，正如旧约中的赎罪羔羊，为我们的罪被杀、被焚烧，成为馨香的挽回祭。How did Christ give Himself for us? He “offered Himself as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” What Jesus did is like the atoning lamb in the Old Testament—slain and burned for our sins, becoming a sweet-smelling sacrifice of reconciliation.祂担当了我们的罪，使我们得以回到父的怀抱，成为蒙爱的儿女。这就是基督的爱——牺牲自己，为仇敌代求，使人与神和好。He carried our sins so that we could return to the Father’s arms and become His beloved children. This is the love of Christ—to give Himself, to pray for His enemies, and to reconcile people to God.

当我们真正明白这份爱，就会问自己：我怎样在地上效法基督去爱？如何爱那些不可爱的人？如何像祂一样，甚至愿意为仇敌舍命？When we truly grasp this love, we’ll ask ourselves: how can I live out Christ’s love here on earth? How can I love those who seem unlovable? How can I, like Him, even be willing to lay down my life for those who oppose me?基督的舍己，使我们这些原本与神为敌的人得以重归于好；当我们也效法祂的爱去舍己、去饶恕时，也能使那些远离神的人，因着基督舍己的大爱，重新被吸引回到父的怀抱。Christ’s self-giving love brought us—once enemies of God—back into peace with Him. When we also follow His example by loving and forgiving, others who are far from God can be drawn back to the Father’s embrace through the same self-sacrificing love of Christ.

主啊，感谢你让我在软弱中仍能记得，我是蒙慈爱的儿女。Lord, thank You that even in my weakness I can remember I’m Your dearly loved child.愿你那舍己大爱在我心中成为每一天力量的泉源，使我凭爱心行事，效法基督，把生命献上，成为馨香的祭，在黑暗中散发你的光与爱。May Your self-giving love be the source of my strength each day—help me walk in love, follow Christ, and offer my life as a fragrant sacrifice that shines with Your light and love in dark places.求你使用我，使我学习像你一样去爱——爱那不可爱的人，饶恕那得罪我的人，并让人因我的舍己而认识你的爱，跟你和好。Please use me to learn to love as You love—to love the unlovable, forgive those who’ve hurt me, and help others come to know Your love and be reconciled to You through my willingness to give myself.愿我的生命成为你所喜悦的馨香，荣耀你的名。May my life be a sweet fragrance that pleases You and brings glory to Your name.
