【弗5:5】因为你们确实地知道，无论是淫乱的，是污秽的，是有贪心的，在基督和神的国里都是无份的。有贪心的，就与拜偶像的一样。【Eph5: 5】For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person--such a man is an idolater--has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

保罗严肃提醒我们：虽然我们因信得救，但若仍沉迷于淫乱、污秽和贪心，就与神国的荣耀无份。因为这些罪不只是外在的行为，更是心灵深处背离神的表现。Paul gives us a serious warning: although we are saved by faith, if we keep indulging in sexual immorality, impurity, and greed, we will have no share in the glory of God’s kingdom. These sins aren’t just outward actions—they reveal a heart that has turned away from God.神呼召我们脱去淫乱、贪婪的旧人，穿上圣洁、感恩的新人。保罗的警告不是叫我们惧怕失去救恩，而是提醒我们：若心被贪婪、淫乱辖制，就无法让基督作王，也无法承受得胜的赏赐。God calls us to put off the old self marked by lust and greed, and to put on the new self that is holy and thankful. Paul’s warning isn’t meant to make us fear losing salvation, but to remind us that when our hearts are ruled by greed and lust, Christ cannot truly reign in us, and we forfeit the reward of victory.

圣经说：“贪财是万恶之根。”（提前6:10）贪心和淫乱常常相伴——一个追求占有的满足，一个追求肉体的享乐。无论是金钱、权力、地位、情欲或人的称赞，背后都隐藏着“我想要更多”的动机。贪心的本质就是拜偶像，因为它把受造之物放在造物主之前。The Bible says, “The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil” (1 Timothy 6:10). Greed and lust often go together—one seeks satisfaction through possessing more, the other through sensual pleasure. Whether it’s money, power, status, desire, or human approval, behind it all lies the same drive: “I want more.” The heart of greed is idolatry, because it puts created things before the Creator.当我们贪图地上的享乐——眼目的情欲、肉体的情欲、今生的骄傲（约一2:16）——就中了撒旦的计谋，不把神当作神，不敬拜造物主，反倒敬拜受造之物（罗1：25），撒旦堕落的根源正是如此——牠高举“我”， 以‘我’为中心，‘自我’崇拜，贪图神的荣耀与权柄，把自己放在神的位置上，想与神同等。(赛14：14) When we crave the pleasures of this world—the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life (1 John 2:16)—we fall into Satan’s trap, failing to honour God as God. We stop worshipping the Creator and start worshipping created things instead (Romans 1:25). That was the root of Satan’s fall—he exalted himself, made self the centre, worshipped “I,” craved God’s glory and power, and tried to place himself on God’s throne, wanting to be equal with Him (Isaiah 14:14).

连大卫王——合神心意的人，也因贪念失守。大卫贪恋拔示巴的美色，占有不属自己的女人，他不仅犯了淫乱，还陷入谋杀。Even King David—a man after God’s own heart—fell because of greed. He desired Bathsheba’s beauty and took another man’s wife. He not only committed adultery but also murder.淫乱与贪婪从来不只是行为，而是心中对神敬拜的篡夺。凡不爱神却爱世界的，都是属灵的淫乱；凡不守本分、贪图不属己的，都是贪心。Lust and greed are never just outward sins; they are a rebellion of the heart that steals worship from God. Anyone who loves the world instead of God commits spiritual adultery, and anyone who covets what isn’t theirs falls into greed.

我自己信主前追求财富与虚荣，信主后仍常被贪念牵引，贪图人的称赞、世上的好处，甚至以服事神为名追求自己的荣耀。Before I knew the Lord, I chased wealth and vanity. Even after coming to faith, I’ve often been drawn by greed—seeking people’s praise, worldly benefits, and even using service to God to pursue my own glory.也曾贪慕他人的恩赐，比较争竞，看见别人的光鲜却忽略神给我的恩典。当神藉着仆人责备我拜偶像时，我心中发怒，才知道那话击中了我里面的营垒——贪心与属灵的淫乱。I’ve envied others’ gifts, compared myself, competed, and admired their success while ignoring the grace God has given me. When God corrected me through His servant, exposing my idolatry, I grew angry—only then did I realise His word had struck the strongholds in my heart: greed and spiritual adultery.

主啊，我愿脱去贪婪、淫乱的旧人，单单爱你、敬拜你。求你使我像大卫一样，在跌倒后立刻回转、痛悔认罪。你是我唯一的满足，比一切财宝、地位、情欲更宝贵。Lord, I want to put off the old self of greed and lust and love and worship You alone. Help me to be like David—to turn back quickly and repent deeply when I fall. You are my only satisfaction, far more precious than all wealth, status, or desire.感谢你借着保罗的见证，让我心志更新，学习丢弃万事为粪土，以得着基督为至宝。主啊，洁净我的心，使我单纯、正直、圣洁。愿我满足于你所赐的一切恩典，恨恶贪图不属己的。Thank You for renewing my heart through Paul’s example, teaching me to count everything as rubbish compared with the surpassing worth of knowing Christ. Lord, cleanse my heart; make it pure, sincere, and holy. Let me be content with the grace You’ve given me and despise the craving for what isn’t mine.让我在试探中牢记：我不是属世界的，我是属你的新人。求你赐我力量，天天背起十字架，与贪婪淫乱争战到底。愿我的生命被你炼净，成为喜乐、感恩、圣洁的器皿，单单敬拜你。In times of temptation, help me remember that I don’t belong to this world but to You—a new creation. Give me strength to take up my cross daily and fight against greed and lust to the very end. May my life be refined by You, becoming a vessel of joy, gratitude, and holiness, devoted to worshipping You alone.
