【弗5:9-10】光明所结的果子就是一切良善、公义、诚实。 总要察验何为主所喜悦的事。【Eph5: 9-10】(for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord.

保罗说：从前我们是暗昧的，但如今在主里面是光明的，行事为人就当像光明的子女。Paul said that once we lived in darkness, but now, in the Lord, we are light; so we should live as children of the light.耶稣说：“我是世界的光，跟从我的，就不在黑暗里走，必要得着生命的光。”（约 8:12）Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12).当我们被主的光照亮，也被呼召去活出光的生命，这是神所喜悦的。光明所结的果子自然就是良善、公义、诚实——这是圣灵的果子，也是神的性情。When we’re lit up by the Lord’s light, we’re also called to live out a life of light—that’s what pleases God. The fruit of light naturally shows itself in goodness, righteousness, and truth—these are the fruits of the Holy Spirit and reflect God’s very nature.

良善是以神的怜悯待人；公义是按真理行事，不偏不倚；诚实是心口如一，没有虚假。Goodness means treating others with God’s mercy. Righteousness means acting according to truth, being fair and upright. Truth means being genuine and honest, without deceit.人若说自己在光中，却心里恨弟兄，他到如今还是在黑暗里（约壹 2:9）。If someone says they live in the light but hates their brother or sister, they’re still in darkness (1 John 2:9).怨恨、嫉妒、虚伪、谎言，都是黑暗的果子。看树看果子，从一个人结什么果子，就能认出他里面被什么掌管。Resentment, jealousy, hypocrisy, and lies are all fruits of darkness. You can tell a tree by its fruit; the fruit of a person’s life reveals what rules within them.

主啊，赦免我在人前用一点“好行为”，证明自己的良善，自己也相信自己是好人，Lord, forgive me for showing a bit of “good behaviour” in front of people to prove my goodness, even convincing myself that I’m a good person—暗中却去看言情小说，看短视频，对配偶孩子生气、发怒、操纵、控制，心中藏着对身边人的论断、嫉妒、不饶恕，活在自欺和假冒的黑暗中。yet secretly reading romance stories, watching short videos, getting angry with my spouse and children, trying to manipulate and control, while holding judgment, jealousy, and unforgiveness toward others. I’ve been living in self-deception and hypocrisy in the dark.直到当基督圣洁的光照进来时，才看到：主啊，离开我，我是个罪人！But when Your holy light shone into my heart, I saw the truth: “Lord, depart from me, for I am a sinner!”感谢耶稣，圣洁的主，为我的罪而死，担当我的羞愧，使我可以曝光自己的罪，悔改离弃罪，重新起来与罪争战！Thank You, Jesus, holy Lord, for dying for my sins, carrying my shame, so I can bring my sin into the open, repent, turn away, and rise again to fight against it!

主啊，我愿意被光揭露，求圣灵更深光照我心中隐藏的黑暗，Lord, I’m willing to be exposed by the light. Holy Spirit, shine deeply into the hidden darkness of my heart.使我领受责备训诲，被真理修剪洁净，作智慧人，留心你所行的和你手所作的，Help me receive correction and discipline, be pruned and cleansed by the truth, and become wise—carefully considering what You do and how You lead.在环境中因信你的话，心意更新而变化，被圣灵引导，行主所喜悦的事，结出良善、公义、诚实的果子，In every situation, renew my mind through faith in Your Word. Guide me by Your Spirit to do what pleases You and to bear the fruit of goodness, righteousness, and truth.使人看到的不再是我，而是我里面的光——耶稣基督的生命，使黑暗中的灵魂也来就近你——那真正的光和爱，成为光明之子。May people no longer see me, but see the light within me—the life of Jesus Christ—so that those still in darkness are drawn to You, the true light and love, and become children of light.
