【弗5:13】凡事受了责备，就被光显明出来，因为一切能显明的就是光。【Ephesians5:13】But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.

起初，我并不懂“凡事受责备”的意义。每当别人指出我的问题，或当环境让我受挫时，我的第一反应总是防卫——觉得被否定、被拒绝，就急着解释、为自己辩护。At first, I did not understand what it means that “everything exposed by the light becomes visible.”Whenever someone pointed out my faults or when circumstances humbled me, my first reaction was to defend myself — to feel rejected and misunderstood, to explain, to justify. 那时，我没有把“旧人”、罪与“在基督里的我”分开；我看到的只是自己掉进旧人里的失败，却没看见神在背后爱的手。In those moments, I could not distinguish between my old self, my sin, and the new me in Christ. All I saw was my failure in the old nature, not the loving hand of God working behind it.

直到一次次被主训练、被光照，我才慢慢明白：责备不是惩罚，而是拯救；责备不是拒绝，而是爱。圣经说：“凡我所爱的，我就责备管教。”（启 3:19）Through repeated training and the gentle light of the Lord, I slowly came to see that rebuke is not punishment but salvation; not rejection, but love. As Scripture says, “Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline.” (Revelation 3:19)神所爱的，祂必管教。责备的训诲乃是生命的道，祂的责备是爱的呼唤，是引我归正的途径，让我脱离黑暗，进入光明。Those whom God loves, He surely disciplines. His correction is the path of life — a loving call that leads me out of darkness and into His marvellous light.

当圣灵光照我时，我才看见自己的真实——我以为自己在热心服事神，却常常按着“自己的好”去行。When the Holy Spirit shone His light upon me, I saw my true condition. I thought I was serving God zealously, yet I often acted out of my own goodness rather than His will. 我的脚步偏离了祂的旨意，在旧人里打转，求自己的益处，甚至在服事中也掺杂骄傲、控制与虚荣。就在我自以为“为主大发热心”的时候，圣灵温柔却坚定地责备我，使我里面隐藏的黑暗被光显明。My steps drifted from His purpose; I sought my own advantage, and even in service there were traces of pride, control, and vanity. While I believed I was “zealous for the Lord,” the Spirit lovingly yet firmly rebuked me, exposing the darkness hidden within.

我终于明白：凡事受责备、被光照的，并不是为定罪，而是为拯救；不是叫我羞愧退后，而是呼唤我悔改归向神。I finally understood: being exposed and corrected by the light is never for condemnation, but for redemption;

not to shame me, but to call me to repentance and return to God. 祂的责备让我看见自己的骄傲、自义与固执，也让我体会祂深切的怜悯。每当我愿意谦卑俯伏在光中，祂就引导我归正，指明正路，使我行在其中。Through His rebuke, I see my pride, self-righteousness, and stubbornness — and I also taste His deep compassion. Whenever I humble myself and bow before His light, He gently leads me back to the right path and teaches me to walk in it.

主耶稣说：“光来到世间，世人因自己的行为是恶的，不爱光倒爱黑暗…凡作恶的便恨光，并不来就光，恐怕他的行为受责备。但行真理的必来就光，要显明他所行的是靠神而行。”（约 3:19–21）The Lord Jesus said, “Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.” (John 3:19-21)人之所以拒绝光，是因为害怕暴露自己的黑暗；但属神的人愿意来到光中，让真理显明并洁净他。因为光不是为羞辱人，而是为恢复人；被光照亮的地方，正是神要医治、要救赎的地方。People reject the light because they fear their darkness being revealed; yet those who belong to God come into the light, allowing truth to expose and cleanse them. For light is not given to shame, but to restore; the very places illuminated by His light are the places He longs to heal and redeem.

当我领受了这份“凡事受责备”的爱，我的心不再惧怕责备。因为我知道，那是天父爱的记号。责备让我真实认识自己，也让我更认识祂的圣洁与慈爱。When I received this love that rebukes, my heart no longer feared correction.

I knew it was the sign of the Father’s love. Reproof helps me see myself truly and know more of His holiness and mercy. 每一次光照，都是祂在修剪，使我结出更美的果子；每一次责备，都是祂在塑造，使我更像祂。Each time His light shines, He prunes me to bear better fruit;each rebuke shapes me, making me more like Him.

主啊，感谢你的责备与光照。感谢你没有任凭我在黑暗里迷失，而是用爱唤醒我、纠正我、洁净我。愿我在凡事上都让你光照，让罪显明、让真理掌权。Lord, thank You for Your rebuke and Your light. Thank You for not letting me remain lost in darkness, but awakening, correcting, and cleansing me with love. May I allow Your light to shine in every part of my life — to expose sin and let truth reign.主啊，你的光中有平安，有自由、爱和生命。求你使我一生行在光中，凡事顺从圣灵，活出神儿女的样式。愿我的生命被你光明显明，也成为你的见证，引人归向你的荣耀。In Your light there is peace, freedom, love, and life. Teach me to walk in the light all my days, to follow the Holy Spirit in all things, and to live as a true child of God. May my life be made visible by Your light and become a witness that draws others to Your glory.
