【弗6:13】所以，要拿起神所赐的全副军装，好在磨难的日子抵挡仇敌，并且成就了一切，还能站立得住。【Eph6:13】Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

保罗所说的“磨难的日子”，原文作“邪恶的日子”，指撒但借着我们的肉体软弱、内在破口和世界的诱惑，用各种计谋搅扰我们，使我们落入试探与凶恶之中。The “day of trouble” Paul speaks of literally means “the evil day.” It refers to the times when Satan, through our weakness, inner wounds, and the temptations of the world, uses every kind of scheme to unsettle us and draw us into temptation and evil.正如魔鬼在耶稣禁食四十天、肉体最软弱时来试探祂，我们也会在疲惫、孤单、低谷中被攻击。Just as the devil tempted Jesus after forty days of fasting—when He was physically at His weakest—we too are attacked when we feel tired, alone, or in a low season.现今的世代邪恶（弗5:16），“你们的仇敌魔鬼，如同吼叫的狮子，遍地游行，寻找可吞吃的人。”（彼前5:8）属灵争战何等真实！ These are evil days (Ephesians 5:16): “Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.” (1 Peter 5:8) Spiritual warfare is absolutely real.

我们原本在撒但的看守之下，当我们归向主，从黑暗权势迁入神爱子的光明国度，撒但岂能轻易放过我们？魔鬼天天与我们为敌，我们岂能放松警惕？We were once under Satan’s dominion, but when we turned to the Lord and were brought out of darkness into the kingdom of His beloved Son, Satan didn’t let go easily. The devil opposes us daily—so how can we be careless or complacent?牠的诡计多变，用各样方式折磨我们，使我们经历属灵的“磨难日子”。撒但的诡计常藏在生命的破口中：一点骄傲、一丝妥协、一个不饶恕的念头。His schemes are constantly shifting, using many ways to wear us down and make us face spiritual “days of hardship.” Satan’s tricks often hide in the weak spots of our lives—a little pride, a small compromise, or even one thought of unforgiveness.当我们开始活出真理，黑暗的势力就感到威胁，攻击也随之而来。但保罗提醒我们：要拿起神所赐的全副军装，好在磨难的日子抵挡仇敌。When we begin to live out the truth, the powers of darkness feel threatened—and attacks follow. That’s why Paul warns us to take up the full armour of God, so that we can stand firm in the evil day.

在追求属灵生命的路上，我们常陷入试探：有时被世界的迷惑牵引失去方向，有时因骄傲偏行己路。In the journey of spiritual growth, we all face temptation—sometimes distracted by the world’s glitter, sometimes led astray by pride.圣经说：“我们都如羊走迷，各人偏行己路。”又说：“有一条路，人以为正，至终成为死亡之路。” The Bible says, “We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way.” It also says, “There’s a way that seems right to a person, but it ends in death.”信心的旅程中充满丧命的网罗和陷阱，但神的恩典从未止息。祂总用我们能明白的方式引领我们回转，使我们重新走上正路。The walk of faith is full of traps and snares, yet God’s grace never stops. In His mercy, He always leads us back in ways we can understand, restoring us to His path.

当我们承认软弱、转向祂时，才真正体会“拿起全副军装”的意义——这是在属灵争战中站立得稳的关键。When we admit our weakness and turn to Him, we begin to understand what it means to “take up the full armour of God.” That’s the key to standing firm in spiritual battle.祂从不让我们孤军奋战，祂应许祂的教会说：“我已经给你们权柄，可以践踏蛇和蝎子，又胜过仇敌一切的能力。”（路10:19）God never leaves us to fight alone. He’s promised His church, “I’ve given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy.” (Luke 10:19)

主啊，祢已经升上高天，掳掠了仇敌，将各样权柄、能力、谋略、军装和兵器都夺回，赐给属祢的人。Lord, You’ve ascended on high, defeated the enemy, and taken back all authority, power, wisdom, and weapons, giving them to those who belong to You.当试探临到时，提醒我拿起祢所赐的属灵兵器；愿我穿戴祢的全副军装，以信心作盾牌抵挡恶者的火箭，When temptation comes, remind me to pick up the spiritual weapons You’ve provided—to wear the full armour of God, to lift the shield of faith to stop the flaming arrows of the enemy,以救恩的头盔保守心思意念，以圣灵的宝剑——神的道击退谎言，并以不住的祷告，在圣灵里刚强。to guard my thoughts with the helmet of salvation, to use the sword of the Spirit—Your Word—to cut through the enemy’s lies, and to pray continually, staying strong in the Spirit.

主啊，教导我，正如祢训练大卫，使我成为耶和华军队的大能勇士，指头能争战，膀臂能开弓。Lord, train me as You trained David—to be a mighty warrior in Your army, hands ready for battle, arms strong to draw the bow.赐我在各样环境中属灵的分辨力，能识破仇敌的诡计，攻破坚固的营垒，拆毁一切自高自大的意念，捆绑那拦阻人认识祢的恶势力。Give me discernment in every situation, to recognise and expose the enemy’s tricks, to pull down strongholds, and to destroy every proud thought that stands against knowing You.

主啊，我愿在每个环境中以属灵争战见证祢在十字架上的完全得胜，让祢的国度在我生命、家庭、教会和城市中扩张。Lord, let me fight every battle as a witness to Your complete victory on the cross. May Your Kingdom grow in my life, my family, the church, and our city.使我在磨难的日子仍能宣告：“靠着爱我们的主，在这一切的事上，已经得胜有余。”愿祢的荣耀覆盖全地，愿列国都看见祢的作为，敬畏祢的圣名。Even in the days of trial, let me declare, “In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loves us.” May Your glory fill the earth; may every nation see Your mighty works and revere Your holy name.
