保罗借用地上军队的装备和姿态作比喻，让我们明白如何在属灵争战中得胜。我们必须先穿上军装、拿起兵器，抵挡仇敌的攻击。Paul uses the picture of a soldier’s armour and posture to show us how to win in spiritual warfare. We must first put on the armour and take up the weapons to resist the enemy’s attacks.防御稳固，才能站立得稳；“站稳了”，才能发挥全副军装和武器的力量，最终得胜。Only when our defence is secure can we stand firm—and when we’ve “stood firm”, the full power of God’s armour and weapons can be seen, leading us to victory.

真理束腰：使徒彼得也劝勉说：“要束上你们心中的腰。”（彼前 1:13）The belt of truth: Peter also urges us, “Gird up the loins of your mind.” (1 Peter 1:13)

身体发力的核心在腰，若腰无力，全身就软弱。同样，真理是我们灵里刚强的核心，是“心中腰力”的源泉。当魔鬼试探耶稣时，祂禁食四十天，肉体软弱，却因真理刚强，用神的话击退仇敌。因为祂本身就是“道成肉身”的真理。The core of physical strength lies in the waist; if the waist is weak, the whole body becomes feeble. Likewise, truth is the core of our spiritual strength — the source of power in our inner being. When the devil tempted Jesus, His body was weak after forty days of fasting, yet He was strong in truth, defeating the enemy with the Word of God. He Himself is the Truth made flesh.约翰说：“神的道常存在我们心里，我们就刚强，胜过那恶者。”（约一 2:14）John writes, “The Word of God lives in you, and you have overcome the evil one.” (1 John 2:14)诗篇也说：“你的命令常存在我心里，使我比仇敌有智慧。”（诗 119:98）The psalmist also says, “Your commands are always with me and make me wiser than my enemies.” (Psalm 119:98)因此，我们需要天天吃神的话，用真理束心中的腰，照神的法则行事为人、说话、受真理约束，使真理成为生命的实际，而不仅是头脑的知识或外在的形式。真理束腰，也是我们穿戴基督新衣、全副军装的关键。So we need to feed daily on God’s Word, tightening the belt of truth around our hearts—living and speaking according to His principles, guided by truth, until it becomes a living reality, not just head knowledge or outward form. Girding ourselves with truth is key to putting on Christ—the new nature and the full armour of God.

公义护心镜护胸：“胸”象征良心，护心镜保护的是良心所在之处。若良心有亏，信心就软弱；若常被控告，就难以争战得胜。公义的护心镜代表基督的义遮盖我们——我们不是靠自己的义，而是靠祂作我们的义。（林前 1:30）The breastplate of righteousness: The “chest” represents the conscience, and the breastplate protects the place where our conscience lies. If our conscience is troubled, our faith weakens; if it’s constantly under accusation, we can’t stand strong in battle. The breastplate of righteousness means that Christ’s righteousness covers us—we don’t stand in our own rightness, but in His righteousness on our behalf (1 Corinthians 1:30).当魔鬼控告我们时，我们可以凭着主的血与祂的义站立，宣告：“如今那些在基督耶稣里的，就不定罪了。”（罗 8:1）When the enemy accuses us, we can stand firm in the Lord’s blood and righteousness and declare: “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1)我记得有一次属灵争战，魔鬼控告我过去的失败与罪，但我宣告真理：“耶稣已经为我付上代价，我的罪债祂已替我偿还，我的天良已被祂的宝血洗净。”（来 10:22）那一刻，仇敌就退后了。I remember a time of spiritual warfare when the devil accused me of past sins and failures. But I declared the truth: “Jesus has already paid for my sins. My debt has been cancelled. My conscience has been cleansed by His blood.” (Hebrews 10:22) At that moment, the enemy retreated.护心镜只遮前面，不遮背后；面对仇敌，我们只能向前，不可退后。一旦退后，背部暴露，容易被火箭射中；良心亏欠，信心就软弱。（提前 1:19）The breastplate only covers the front, not the back—so when facing the enemy, we must move forward and never retreat. If we turn back, we expose our backs and become vulnerable to fiery arrows. A guilty conscience weakens faith (1 Timothy 1:19).

主啊，这世代邪恶，仇敌用情欲、骄傲与迷惑引诱我们的心思意念，使我们远离祢。我承认，我也常被媒体与资讯牵引，失去默想祢话语的专注。Lord, this world is dark and deceitful. The enemy tempts us through desire, pride, and deception, pulling our hearts and minds away from You. I confess that I’ve often been distracted by media and noise, losing focus on Your Word.求祢赦免我未曾以真理束腰，未穿上公义的护心镜，致使良心亏欠、灵里软弱。主啊，求祢吸引我，每一天吃祢的话，思想祢的真理，使祢的话语成为我心中的力量。教导我行公义、好怜悯，活在祢公义的遮盖下，使我不惧控告，在恩典中刚强站立。Forgive me for not fastening the belt of truth, for not wearing the breastplate of righteousness, for letting my conscience grow weak and my spirit weary. Lord, draw me close again — help me feed daily on Your Word, think on Your truth, and let Your Word become strength within me. Teach me to act justly, love mercy, and walk under Your covering of righteousness, that I might stand firm in grace and not fear accusation.

主啊，帮助我在磨难的日子能在真理与公义中稳稳站立；教我面对仇敌时勇敢前行，不惧怕、不退缩、不放弃。训练我像大卫一样刚强无惧，面对歌利亚仍勇敢向前；Lord, help me stand firm in truth and righteousness in the days of testing. Teach me to face the enemy bravely—to never fear, never retreat, never give up. Train me, like David, to be strong and courageous, to face the giant without shrinking back.使我成为一生追赶仇敌、永不退后的勇士——“不将他们灭绝，我总不归回。”（诗 18:37）Make me a warrior who chases the enemy and doesn’t stop till the victory is won—“I pursued my enemies and overtook them; I did not turn back till they were destroyed.” (Psalm 18:37)

我们是耶和华的军队，我们的争战不是靠自己，而是靠耶稣得胜的名。我们站立在基督得胜的磐石上，耶和华必使我们得胜。主啊，愿我打完美好的仗，将一切荣耀都归给祢！We are the army of the Lord. Our battle isn’t fought by our own strength but by the power of Jesus’ victory. We stand on the solid rock of Christ’s triumph, and the Lord of Hosts will give us victory. Lord, help me fight the good fight and give all glory to You!
