【腓3:17】 弟兄们，你们要一同效法我，也要留意那些照我们榜样行的人。【Philippians 3:17】 Brothers and sisters, join together in following my example, and take note of those who live according to the pattern we gave you.

主啊，保罗曾说：“你们该效法我，正如我效法基督。(林前11：1)” Lord, Paul once said, “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” (1 Cor 11:1)基督自己就是那粒落在地里死了的麦子，结出了许多生命的籽粒； Christ Himself is the grain of wheat that fell to the ground and died, and produced many seeds of life;十二使徒，以及历代所有跟随祂脚踪的圣徒，都成为我们生命的激励和榜样。the twelve apostles and all the saints throughout history who followed His footsteps have become inspirations and examples for us.

主啊，谢谢你，也在我周围放下许多效法你的榜样。Lord, thank You for placing around me many people who follow Your example.让我看见她们如何祷告，如何放下心中所爱的，如何背起十字架，谦卑服侍，如同给人洗脚。You let me see how they pray, how they lay down what they love, how they take up the cross and serve humbly, like washing others’ feet.她们像保罗回应呼召，放下前途与地位； They respond to Your call like Paul, letting go of future prospects and status;像马利亚打破香膏，单单爱你，把自己全人全心献上…and like Mary who broke her alabaster jar, loving You alone and pouring out her whole life and heart…用生命谱写一首首馨香的赞美诗，献给你。writing fragrant songs of praise with their very lives unto You.

主啊，我愿意成为那粒落在地里的麦子，丢弃我心中的偶像，放下肉体喜好。Lord, I am willing to become that grain of wheat that falls into the ground, to cast away the idols in my heart and lay down the desires of the flesh.效法你，也效法那些效法基督的人。To follow You, and to follow those who follow Christ.愿更多的籽粒结出来，一代代用生命传扬基督。May more seeds be produced, and generation after generation proclaim Christ with their lives.
