【腓4:6-7】应当一无挂虑，只要凡事借着祷告、祈求和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神；神所赐出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里保守你们的心怀意念。【Phi4:6-7】Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

保罗的一生向我们显明，跟随主的道路充满挑战。面对压力，我们天然人的第一反应往往是恐慌、惧怕和忧虑。Paul’s life shows us that following the Lord is a journey full of challenges. When pressure comes, our natural reaction is often panic, fear, and worry.

但保罗告诉我们，得胜忧虑的秘诀不是逞强，而是承认自己的软弱，转向神—借着祷告、祈求和感谢，将心中的忧虑和一切需要诚实带到神面前。But Paul tells us that the way to overcome anxiety isn’t by acting tough, but by admitting our weakness and turning to God—bringing every worry and need honestly before Him through prayer, petition, and thanksgiving.彼得也说：“要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为祂顾念你们。”（彼前5:7）Peter also writes, “Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7).我亲身经历，当我把忧虑转为祷告，并在其中献上感谢，就真实经历那“出人意外的平安”。I’ve experienced personally that when I turn my worries into prayer, and give thanks in the midst of them, I truly encounter that “peace which surpasses all understanding.”

主啊，感谢你的心意总是良善，你知道我最深的忧虑。你用环境作试金石，让我看见忧虑和惧怕的背后，显露出我内心真正的依靠。Lord, thank You that Your heart toward me is always good, and that You know my deepest concerns. You use circumstances as a test to reveal what I truly depend on beneath all my fears and anxieties.你训练我转向你，在祷告中放下从前所倚靠的，无论是钱财还是人，正如你训练保罗和众圣徒，在任何环境中单单依靠那叫死人复活的神（林后1:9），成为真正凭信而活的义人。You train me to turn to You—to lay down the things I once relied on, whether money or people—just as You trained Paul and the saints to rely on the God who raises the dead in every situation (2 Corinthians 1:9), becoming the righteous who live by faith.

感谢你给我作榜样—在客西马尼园最艰难的时刻，你没有逞强，而是柔和谦卑向父祈求，靠着父的恩典胜过软弱，完成救赎。Thank You for being my example—in Gethsemane, in the most difficult moment, You didn’t rely on human strength, but prayed to the Father in gentleness and humility, overcoming weakness through His grace and completing redemption.你邀请我与你同负一轭，使我在祷告、祈求与感谢中经历：无论多重的担子，都是你在背负，我可以在你那里得安息。You invite me to share Your yoke, so that in prayer, petition, and thanksgiving I may experience this truth: no matter how heavy the burden is, You are the One carrying it, and I can find rest in You.感谢你的美意，要训练我成为你柔和谦卑、神儿子的样式。Thank You for Your beautiful purpose—to shape me into Your likeness, gentle and humble, a true child of God.
