【西3:9-10】不要彼此说谎，因你们已经脱去旧人和旧人的行为，穿上了新人。这新人在知识上渐渐更新，正如造他主的形像。【Col3:9-10】Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices 10and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.

从亚当夏娃听从蛇的话，吃了分辨善恶知识树的果子之后，人开始如神一样判断善恶，人人都成为说谎的。Ever since Adam and Eve listened to the serpent and ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, humanity has tried to judge right and wrong like God—and we all became liars.论断、苦毒、淫乱、贪婪、骄傲、嫉妒、羞耻感、被拒绝伤害…所有的罪都跟相信谎言有关，撒但就是谎言者之父。Judgment, bitterness, sexual sin, greed, pride, jealousy, shame, rejection, hurt—every sin is tied to believing lies, because Satan is the father of lies.人凭着自己做不到诚实。惟有神是诚实无伪的，说谎的必不能站立在祂面前。On our own, we are unable to be truly honest. Only God is completely true and without deceit, and those who lie cannot stand before Him.

“你又失败跌倒了，你这么差，神也救不了你！”“谁说的？”这正是撒但的谎言！“You failed again. You fell again. You’re so hopeless even God can’t save you!” “Who said that?” That is exactly Satan’s lie!人能离弃谎言，是因为我们已经脱去旧人和旧人的行为，穿上了新人，是因耶稣，那位永远信实、诚实无伪的神住在我们里面，我们已成为新造的人，生命可以从此不再被谎言捆绑。We can turn away from lies because we have taken off the old self and its behaviours and put on the new self. It is because Jesus—the One who is forever faithful, true, and without deceit—lives in us. We have become new creations, and our lives no longer need to be bound by lies.我们里面旧的思维模式，借着宣告、相信真理，悔改、心意更新变化，识别、拒绝与谎言的价值观争战，顺服圣灵而行，就可以越来越诚实、像造我们主的形象。As we declare and believe the truth, repent, and let our minds be renewed, the old thinking patterns are dismantled. And as we discern and reject the values of lies, and walk in step with the Holy Spirit, we grow more and more truthful—reflecting the image of the One who created us.

主啊，感谢你在我里面，显出我里面有太多的谎言，想要高举自己，又看自己一无是处，被纠正责备，却接受拒绝感，如同皇帝的新装一样自欺，信自己眼见耳闻的，随意评判，依靠自己的力量、经验行事…Lord, thank You for showing me the many lies within me—the desire to lift myself up yet feeling worthless, taking correction as rejection, deceiving myself like the emperor with no clothes, trusting only my own sight and hearing, judging carelessly, relying on my own strength and experience…在虚慌中怎能站立得住呢？真理说：我的旧人是诡诈、坏到极处，是该被钉上十字架的！是的，主，我相信真理的判语！How could I possibly stand firm with such emptiness? Your truth says: my old self is deceitful and utterly corrupt and deserves to be nailed to the cross! Yes, Lord, I believe Your verdict!

主啊，宗教知识不能改变我说谎的性情，惟有你的真理叫我脱离谎言得自由。感谢你在十字架上败坏谎言的权势，将真理的圣灵赐给我们。Lord, religious knowledge can’t change my lying nature—only Your truth can set me free. Thank You that through the cross You broke the power of lies and gave us the Spirit of truth.主啊，带领我、帮助我在环境里否定“我”、脱去说谎的旧人，穿上诚实的新人，不断操练，凡事行在你的光中，结出光明的果子，就是一切良善、公义、诚实。让主喜悦（弗5:9-10）。Please lead me and help me, in every circumstance, to deny “myself,” to put off the lying old self and put on the truthful new self. Help me keep practising walking in Your light, bearing the fruit of light—goodness, righteousness, and truth—and doing what is pleasing to You (Ephesians 5:9–10).
