【西3:12-13】所以，你们既是神的选民、圣洁蒙爱的人，就要存（原文作“穿”。下同）怜悯、恩慈、谦虚、温柔、忍耐的心。倘若这人与那人有嫌隙，总要彼此包容，彼此饶恕；主怎样饶恕了你们，你们也要怎样饶恕人。【Col3:12-13】Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

我再次被提醒：当我悔改、受洗，进入神的家，被神的爱浇灌，我真真实实的经历我已经不是过去的我，我是真实蒙神拣选、圣洁且蒙爱的人。I’m reminded again that when I repented, was baptised, entered God’s family, and was filled with His love, I truly experienced that I am no longer who I used to be. I am genuinely chosen by God, made holy, and dearly loved.现在，每一天的生活都是使命，是领受爱、活出基督生命品格的旅程。Now every day is a calling—a journey of receiving His love and living out the character of Christ.

怜悯、恩慈、谦虚、温柔、忍耐…等等都不是我旧人的品格，而是属于基督的性情。主教导我要“穿上”。Compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience… these aren’t qualities of my old self but the very nature of Christ. The Lord teaches me to “put them on.”穿上意味着主动，是每天环境中的脱去旧人，穿上基督、不停殷勤的操练。与人相处难免有摩擦与冲突，这正如箴言所说：“人以铁磨铁，磨出刃来；朋友相感也是如此”（箴 27:17）。Putting on means acting intentionally—laying aside the old self in everyday situations, putting on Christ, and practising this diligently. Friction and conflict with others are unavoidable; as Proverbs says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17 我承认：当别人冒犯我、使我受伤时，我里面旧人的反应仍会想反击、辩护或躲避、急于反应和保全己。但主却呼召我“彼此包容，彼此饶恕”，I admit that when someone offends or hurts me, my old self still wants to react—retaliate, defend, avoid, or rush to protect myself. But the Lord calls me to “bear with one another and forgive one another”不是像过去，总想做神去评理、争谁对谁错，而是回到人的本份，彼此包容、饶恕、把审判的主权交给神…正如基督包容、饶恕了我们一样，把审判的主权交给父。—not like before, when I always wanted to play God and judge who was right or wrong, but to return to my place as a human being: to bear with, to forgive, and to hand judgement back to God… just as Christ bore with us and forgave us, entrusting judgement to the Father.

主感谢你，在我正迷茫、绝望时候，你向我伸出你钉痕手。我曾经发怒、苦毒、仇恨、在黑暗中苦苦挣扎、与人与神为仇，基督却在十字架上为我流血，祂把爱活在伤口，使我得着救恩。Lord, thank You that when I was lost and hopeless, You reached out to me with Your nail-scarred hand. I was once angry, bitter, hateful, struggling in darkness, at odds with people and with God. Yet Christ shed His blood for me on the cross; He lived out love through His wounds and brought me salvation.这使我明白，许多人之间彼此的伤害，其实是神允许的、被神用来医治与塑造我们的内在，使我们学习恒久忍耐和舍己、成为彼此相爱的肢体。This helps me see that many of the hurts between people are allowed by You and used by You to heal and shape our inner life—teaching us perseverance, self-denial, and forming us into members of one body who truly love each other.

主耶稣，感谢你的宝贵大爱，我愿意走上爱、饶恕、祝福的道路。Lord Jesus, thank You for Your great and precious love. I’m willing to walk the road of love, forgiveness, and blessing.使我在每一个人际交往关系中活出你的性情。求你帮助我在难以爱的地方、依靠你仍然选择爱，在难以忍耐的时刻、信靠你仍然持守忍耐。Help me live out Your nature in every relationship. Help me choose love—even when loving feels impossible—and hold onto patience—even when it feels beyond me—by trusting in You.

愿这些让我痛苦、难受的人际关系，成为我思想基督、效法基督的动力，塑造我成为有包容、忍耐、饶恕、怜悯…有基督爱的新人。May these painful and difficult relationships become what drives me to seek Christ and imitate Christ, shaping me into a new person marked by forbearance, patience, forgiveness, compassion… the love of Christ.因为你说：“爱是联络全德的”（西3:14）。愿你的爱里的生命品格从我跟人交往的一举一动中、流淌出来，使更多人得着祝福。For You said, “And over all these virtues put on love,” [Colossians 3:14] May Your loving character flow out through all my interactions, bringing blessing to many.
