【帖前书3:12-13】又愿主叫你们彼此相爱的心，并爱众人的心都能增长，充足，如同我们爱你们一样， 好使你们当我们主耶稣同他众圣徒来的时候，在我们父　神面前，心里坚固，成为圣洁，无可责备。【1 Thess 3:12-13】May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you. May he strengthen your hearts so that you will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones.

保罗爱帖撒罗尼迦的信徒，不仅传福音给他们，更是连自己的性命也愿意给他们。Paul had a deep love for the believers in Thessalonica—not only did he preach the gospel to them, but he was ready to give up his own life for them.保罗把耶稣舍命的爱活出来，成为信徒的榜样，并为他们祷告祈求，希望他们不只是被爱，更是从彼此相爱，扩展到爱众人，不仅在爱心上增长，还要充足。He lived out the self-sacrificing love of Jesus, becoming an example for them, and prayed that they wouldn’t just receive love, but would grow in it—starting with loving each other and reaching out to love everyone. Not just growing in love, but overflowing.福音就是这样从耶稣基督，到使徒，历世历代的众圣徒，一代一代把爱活出来，传递给我们。That’s how the gospel has been passed down—from Jesus Christ to the apostles, to believers through the ages—generation after generation living out this love and passing it on to us.

过去我会想：“为什么我要爱别人？外人跟我有什么关系？”我所做的一切都是为了自保、爱自己，活在冷漠和自私中，不知道何为爱。I used to think, “Why should I love others? What do outsiders have to do with me?” Everything I did was to protect myself, to love myself. I lived in coldness and selfishness, not knowing what real love was.是耶稣先爱了我，是神的仆人将耶稣的爱活在我面前，我被爱吸引，也想成为充满爱的人。But Jesus loved me first. And it was God’s servant who showed me what Jesus’ love looked like in action. I was drawn to that love, and I also wanted to be someone filled with love.然而爱那爱我们的人容易，爱众人，爱不可爱的人，爱仇敌，我承认靠自己真的做不到！But while it’s easy to love those who love us, loving everyone—especially those who are hard to love, or even enemies—is something I just can’t do on my own.

每当我仰望十字架，耶稣为我这样的自私自利的人舍命！神的仆人爱了我这样凡事专顾自己的人！Whenever I look to the cross, I see that Jesus gave His life for someone like me—selfish, inward-looking. God’s servant loved someone like me, who only cared about myself.当我被神光照，看到自己的不配，被神的爱感动时，神的仆人说：要记得自己的本相，有一天，遇到跟你一样的人时，仍然裂开自己去爱，生命就会丰盛起来。When God’s light exposed how unworthy I was and I was touched by His love, one of His servant said to me: “Don’t forget who you used to be. One day, when you come across someone just like you were, choose to break yourself open and love anyway—and your life will become full.”当我们舍己、靠圣灵遵行主的命令与爱合一，活出耶稣圣洁的爱，当主再来时，就可以坦然无惧，并得着奖赏。这是永恒里的盼望。When we deny ourselves and, by the Holy Spirit, obey Jesus’ commands and become one with love, living out Jesus’ holy love, then we’ll have confidence when He returns, and we’ll receive our reward. That’s the hope we hold for eternity.

主啊，当你把万国万民、各种各样的人带来，当我心中止不住要论断，讨厌时，求圣灵提醒我记得自己的本相，常思想耶稣的爱。Lord, when You bring people of all backgrounds and nations into my life, and I start to judge or dislike them, please, Holy Spirit, remind me of who I used to be. Help me to keep reflecting on the love of Jesus.愿圣灵扩张我的心，使我向己的标准、要求、骄傲死，以耶稣的心为心，操练接纳、怜悯、饶恕，爱弟兄姐妹，爱众人，爱万民，May Your Spirit stretch and grow my heart so that I die to my own pride, expectations, and standards, and take on the heart of Jesus—to practise welcoming, showing mercy, forgiving, and loving my brothers and sisters, loving everyone, loving the nations.因爱出死入生，因爱见证耶稣翻转生命的大能。主啊，愿这话成就在你教会子民身上，直到见主面的日子。It’s through love that we cross from death into life. Through love, we show the world how Jesus transforms lives. Lord, may this be true in Your people—right up until the day we see You face to face.
