【帖前5:16-18】要常常喜乐，不住地祷告，凡事谢恩；因为这是神在基督耶稣里向你们所定的旨意。【1 Thess5:16-18】Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

在神的爱中，保罗用福音生了帖撒罗尼迦教会，如今又写信给他们，带去许多宝贵的属灵教导：In God’s love, Paul brought the Thessalonian church to birth through the gospel, and now he writes to them again, bringing many precious spiritual instructions:要敬重教会中劳苦的人，要彼此和睦；要警戒不守规矩的人，勉励灰心的人，扶助软弱的人，向众人忍耐；又要谨慎，不以恶报恶，总要追求良善。to respect those who work hard among them in the church, and to live at peace with one another; to warn those who are undisciplined, encourage the discouraged, support the weak, and be patient with everyone; and to be careful not to repay evil for evil, but always to pursue what is good.保罗呼召信徒：要常常喜乐，不住地祷告，凡事谢恩。活出喜乐与感恩，不是逼自己在不合意的环境中假装高兴，而是选择转向神的真理，藉不住地祷告，信而让圣灵动工。Paul calls believers to rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all circumstances. Living out joy and gratitude is not about forcing ourselves to look cheerful in situations we do not like, but about choosing to turn to God’s truth, and through continual prayer, trusting and allowing the Holy Spirit to work.

当我来到神面前，把内心的难过、烦恼、愤怒、论断、不信、不饶恕、忧虑、惧怕、不满意，各种负面情绪，带到十字架前，与基督同钉，When I come before God and bring my inner sadness, frustration, anger, judgement, unbelief, unforgiveness, anxiety, fear, dissatisfaction, and every kind of negative emotion to the cross, to be crucified with Christ,圣灵就在真理中洁净我、更新我，把从神而来的喜乐与感恩充满我的心。the Holy Spirit cleanses and renews me through the truth, and fills my heart with joy and gratitude that come from God.

主耶稣，感谢你用福音生了我，如同你用福音生了帖撒罗尼迦的信徒一样。Lord Jesus, thank You for giving me life through the gospel, just as You gave life to the Thessalonian believers through the gospel.谢谢你不仅赐给我新的生命，也把通往成圣与成熟的路藉你的话指给我；Thank You not only for giving me new life, but also for showing me, through Your word, the path that leads to sanctification and maturity;又赐下圣灵作我的帮助，使我一切内在操练，不靠自己挣扎，乃在圣灵的引导与感动中进行。and for giving me the Holy Spirit as my helper, so that my inner spiritual growth is not a struggle in my own strength, but something carried out under the leading and prompting of the Holy Spirit.

主啊，感谢你让我明白，喜乐和感恩不是外在要求，是圣灵在我里面结出的果子。Lord, thank You for helping me see that joy and gratitude are not outward requirements, but fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within me.你呼召我常常喜乐、不住祷告、凡事谢恩，也不是要我靠自己做到，乃是要我信靠圣灵的大能，活出你在基督耶稣里向我所定的旨意。When You call me to rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all things, You are not asking me to do this by my own effort, but to trust in the power of the Holy Spirit and to live out Your will for me in Christ Jesus.

主啊，求你引导我常思想你的话，住在你里面，数算你的恩典，在感恩中信心成长；愿从你而来的喜乐成为我的力量，多多结出圣灵的果子荣耀你。Lord, please guide me to keep reflecting on Your word, to abide in You, to count Your blessings, and to grow in faith through thanksgiving; may the joy that comes from You be my strength, and may I bear abundant fruit of the Spirit to glorify You.
