【诗1:2】惟喜爱耶和华的律法，昼夜思想，这人便为有福。【Psalm 1:2】but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.

什么是福？金钱、地位、权势？诗篇一开始就告诉我们真理：真正的有福，是心被神的话语占据的人。What is blessing? Money, status, power? Right from the opening of the Psalms, we are shown the truth: true blessing belongs to the person whose heart is filled with God’s word.

因神的话是我们脚前的灯，路上的光，指引我们前方的道路。神的话句句带着能力，耶稣用神的话击退撒但的谎言和试探。我们将神的话存记在心中，就比仇敌有智慧！God’s word is a lamp for our feet and a light for our path, showing us the way ahead. Every word of God carries power; Jesus used God’s word to defeat Satan’s lies and temptations. When we store God’s word in our hearts, we become wiser than the enemy. 能够昼夜思想神的话，不是重担，而是因着“喜爱”。能够“喜爱”，是因着相信，并经历了神的真实。神的话是灵魂的食物，品尝过才知其中的饱足和甘甜。Meditating on God’s word day and night is not a burden—it flows out of delight. And that delight comes from believing and experiencing that God is real. God’s word is food for the soul; only those who have tasted it know its richness and sweetness.

主啊，我每天在日夜思想什么？我反复咀嚼的，是神的话，还是别人的评价、对未来的担忧、心里的委屈与不平？Lord, what am I thinking about day and night? What do I keep chewing over—Your word, or other people’s opinions, worries about the future, inner hurts and unfairness? 多少时候，就像生病的孩子不想吃饭一样，我不想读经，不想祷告，不想聚会，以至偏行己路，掉在坑中…多少次在软弱中，当我转向你，是你的话给我力量，使我重新刚强！你的话语是如此有能力！So often I am like a sick child with no appetite: I don’t want to read the Bible, I don’t want to pray, I don’t want to gather with others, and I end up going my own way and falling into trouble. And yet, time and again in my weakness, when I turn back to You, it is Your word that gives me strength and restores me. Your word is truly powerful.

主啊，我承认我虽读经，却谈不上“喜爱”你的话，终日有很多胡思乱想，却没有把你和你的话放在我心中的首位，我也因此失去了许多的祝福…Lord, I confess that although I read the Bible, I cannot yet say that I truly delight in Your word. My mind is often full of scattered thoughts, and I have not placed You and Your word first in my heart—and because of that, I have missed many blessings.新的一年，我想成为有福的人！主，当我因懒惰忘记时，当我忙于做事，不依靠神时，当我遇到难处，心里着急时，当我的心被世界牵引诱惑时…求圣灵提醒我转向真理，In this new year, I want to be a blessed person. Lord, when I forget through laziness, when I get busy and stop relying on You, when I face difficulties and become anxious, when my heart is drawn away and tempted by the world—please let the Holy Spirit remind me to turn back to the truth. 使我殷勤操练读经、默想、宣告、并遵行你的话，成为真正有福的人，也成为祝福的管道，见证你话语的信实和大能！Help me to practise diligently reading, meditating on, declaring, and obeying Your word, so that I may truly live as a blessed person, and also become a channel of blessing, bearing witness to the faithfulness and power of Your word.
