【诗4:8】我必安然躺下睡觉，因为独有你耶和华使我安然居住。【Psa 4:8】In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.

大卫写下这话时，正被儿子押沙龙追杀，被迫离开耶路撒冷逃亡，面临着叛乱、质疑与诬蔑、众叛亲离，王位不保，甚至性命岌岌可危……When David wrote these words, he was being hunted by his own son Absalom and forced to flee Jerusalem. He was facing rebellion, accusation and slander, abandonment on every side, the loss of his throne, and even the threat of death. 这些事足以让人焦虑、惊恐，彻夜难眠。Any of these would be enough to fill a person with anxiety and fear, and keep them awake all night.

然而，在这样的人生危机中，大卫依然坚持祷告，并且在祷告中想起以往。Yet in the midst of this life-threatening crisis, David continued to pray, and as he prayed, he remembered the past.当仇敌穿梭于旷野和山洞，将他逼到死角，多少次要置他于死地时，神如何一次又一次帮助他从困境中走出来，并把他引到更宽阔之地。When enemies pursued him through wilderness and caves, cornering him and seeking his life time and again, God had repeatedly rescued him and brought him into a place of greater freedom. 于是，他再次选择毫无保留地将自己交托在神手中，相信神的良善、信实和主权，相信祂必会再次搭救。And so once again, David chose to entrust himself completely into God’s hands, trusting in God’s goodness, faithfulness, and sovereignty, confident that God would deliver him again.

他因全然信靠而得着安息，因神所赐的平安，得胜焦虑而宣告说：“我必安然躺下睡觉，因为独有耶和华使我安然居住。”Because of this complete trust, he found rest. Through the peace God gave him, he overcame anxiety and could declare: “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.”

我们每个人都会面临像大卫这样至暗的时刻：环境看似绝望，财务危机，账户余额不断减少；Every one of us will face moments of deep darkness like David did: situations that seem hopeless—financial crises as bank balances keep falling; 婚姻困境，关系冷若冰霜；健康问题，医生束手无策；marital struggles where relationships grow cold; health issues when doctors have no answers; 子女教育，完全失控，前途一片迷茫。challenges in raising children that feel completely out of control, with the future clouded by uncertainty.

主啊，你是何等盼望我们拥有大卫对你的这份信心，使我们在周围一切看似崩溃的时候，不必像世人一样彻夜难眠、辗转反侧，而是因信靠你，心得安息。Lord, how You desire for us to have the same faith that David had in You, so that when everything around us appears to be collapsing, we do not lie awake like the world, restless and anxious through the night, but instead find rest in our hearts by trusting in You.

圣灵，求你帮助我常思想你的作为，使我信心坚固。Holy Spirit, please help me to keep remembering what You have done, and strengthen my faith.就在此刻，我将我的生命、婚姻、家庭、我的困境、我的未来……完全交托给你。 Right now, I place my life, my marriage, my family, my struggles, and my future completely into Your hands.

新的一年虽有未知的挑战，但我相信你必为信靠你的人行大事；Though the new year holds unknown challenges, I believe You will do great things for those who trust in You. 愿我因信得着从你而来的平安与笃定，见证即使洪水泛滥，神依然坐着为王，且必为我们开出路。May I, by faith, receive the peace and confidence that come from You, and testify that even when the floods rise, God still reigns as King and will surely make a way for us.
