【诗5:3】“耶和华啊，早晨你必听我的声音；早晨我必向你陈明我的心意，并要警醒。”【Psa 5:3】In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.

每天早晨，我们醒来时，心中最先想到的是什么？它反映了我们内心真正看重的是什么。When we wake up each morning, what is the very first thing that comes to mind? It reveals what we truly value in our hearts.在困难、压力或恐惧面前，我们的心是否在寻求神，依靠祂的帮助，还是转向自己或依靠他人？When we face difficulty, pressure, or fear, is our heart seeking God and relying on His help, or are we turning to ourselves or depending on others?

大卫提醒我们，要坚定信心，依靠神的应许。神的耳朵乐意倾听我们的祷告。我的问题和苦难，祂都看在眼里。David reminds us to stand firm in faith and to rely on God’s promises. God’s ears are open and willing to hear our prayers. He sees every problem and every hardship I face.在我未开口前，祂早已知道一切。神必听我们的祷告，尤其是早晨。神在等待我们把心意向祂陈明，寻求祂的帮助。Before I even speak, He already knows it all. God will surely hear our prayers—especially in the morning. He is waiting for us to bring our hearts before Him and to seek His help.

大卫的心意并非把忧虑放在首位，而是渴望亲近神、寻求祂的心意。David did not place anxiety at the centre of his heart; instead, he longed to draw near to God and to seek His will.如果我们在清晨把最宝贵的时间献给神，放下自己想求的，先寻求神的国和义，神必顾念我们。When we offer God the most precious time of the morning, lay aside what we want to ask for, and first seek God’s kingdom and His righteousness, God will take care of us.认定神，祂必指引我们当行的路，这样，我们的一天才不会迷失方向，也必跟神建立亲密的关系。When we acknowledge Him, He will direct the path we should walk. In this way, our day will not lose its direction, and we will grow in an intimate relationship with God.

主啊，感谢祢使大卫成为我们的榜样。Lord, thank You for giving David to us as an example.即使他四面受敌，每一天早晨，他首先求的是神的圣洁、公义，对付内心的狂傲、谎言、不公不义、拜偶像，而非解决个人急难。Even when he was surrounded on every side by enemies, each morning he first sought Your holiness and righteousness, dealing with the pride, lies, injustice, and idolatry in his own heart, rather than focusing on fixing his personal crises.他渴慕与祢同行，恨恶罪恶，爱敬畏祢的人。大卫的胜利不在于外在的敌人，而在于内心的敬畏与顺服。He longed to walk with You, hated sin, and loved those who fear You. David’s victory was not over external enemies, but in inward reverence and obedience.

主啊， 我也愿像大卫一样，每一天都以祢为中心，得胜并荣耀祢！Lord, I too desire to be like David—to centre my life on You each day, to live in victory, and to glorify You.
