【诗6:4】耶和华啊，求你转回搭救我，因你的慈爱拯救我。【Psa 6:4】Turn, LORD, and deliver me; save me because of your unfailing love.

在患难中大卫第一个想到的是神，因为他知道一切都是出于神，于是祷告说：“求你不要在怒中责备我，也不要在烈怒中惩罚我。耶和华啊，求你可怜我，因为我软弱。” In times of trouble, the first one David turned to was God, because he knew that everything comes from God. And so he prayed, “O LORD, do not rebuke me in Your anger, nor discipline me in Your fierce wrath. Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak.”大卫向神示弱，信神是慈爱的仰望神的怜悯，仍然求神转回搭救。David openly admitted his weakness before God, trusted that God is loving, looked to His mercy, and still asked God to turn back and rescue him.

大卫跟我们一样，也都是血肉之躯，都会软弱。因仇敌的缘故，在环境中大卫的心也惊慌、在等候中因为迟迟不见神来解救又满了忧愁。若没有神出手相救、眼看前头所面对的可能是死亡和阴间。David, just like us, was flesh and blood, and he too experienced weakness. Because of the enemy, his heart was shaken by fear in the circumstances; and as he waited and did not see God’s deliverance for a long time, his heart became full of sorrow. Without God’s intervention, what lay ahead seemed to be death and the grave. 因困苦急难，大卫多有唉哼、每夜流泪。最终在圣灵的启示中，他知道神垂听了他的恳求、收纳了他的祷告，仇敌将要退后。In deep distress and anguish, David groaned greatly and wept night after night. In the end, through the Holy Spirit’s revelation, he came to know that God had heard his cry and accepted his prayer, and that the enemy would be forced to retreat.

主啊，谢谢你今天藉大卫的经历让我看见，一切都是出于你，不管外面的环境多么困难或凶险，让我的心只认定你，一心向你祈求，仰望你的搭救。Lord, thank You that through David’s experience You remind me today that everything comes from You. No matter how difficult or dangerous the circumstances around me may be, let my heart acknowledge You alone, and let me turn to You with a single-minded prayer, looking to Your deliverance. 或许生活中我也软弱，被环境影响，或有犯罪跌倒。但神啊，你是不改变的神，我若像大卫一样承认自己的软弱、向你示弱，祈求你的怜悯、因信你的慈爱不住地地祈求，我岂不也要从属灵仇敌的围困中被救出来吗？In life I may also become weak, affected by circumstances, or even fall into sin. But God, You are the unchanging God. If I, like David, acknowledge my weakness, come before You honestly, seek Your mercy, and continually call on Your lovingkindness by faith, will I not also be delivered from the surrounding pressure of spiritual enemies?

主啊，求你帮助我，在患难，软弱和无助中，如大卫一样到你面前来，向你吐露苦情，你必看见我的眼泪、也要听见我哀哭的声音；因你的慈爱搭救我，在经历你的拯救之后使我更认识你，信靠你，爱你，与你的关系更近。Lord, please help me, in times of trouble, weakness, and helplessness, to come before You like David and to pour out my pain to You. You will surely see my tears and hear my cries. By Your lovingkindness You will deliver me, and after experiencing Your salvation, I will come to know You more deeply, trust You more fully, love You more deeply, and draw closer to You in my relationship with You.
