【诗19:14】耶和华我的磐石，我的救赎主啊，愿我口中的言语、心里的意念在你面前蒙悦纳。 [Psalm 19:14] May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

这是大卫在深知罪的权势和律之后，向神发出的真诚呼求。 This is a heartfelt cry to God from David, after having a profound understanding of the power and law of sin. 这位合神心意的属灵人，一方面深知自己的软弱，需要神的恩典、提醒和拦阻，才不至去放纵肉体里的私欲，任意妄为。 As a spiritual man after God’s own heart, he was deeply aware of his own weakness on one hand, knowing he needed God’s grace, reminders, and restraints to keep him from indulging in fleshly desires and acting wilfully. 另一方面，他也不推卸自己应担起的责任。 On the other hand, he did not shirk the responsibilities he ought to carry. 正如箴言所说：你要保守你心，胜过保守一切，因为一生的果效，是由心发出。 Just as Proverbs says: Guard your heart above all else, for it is the source of life's consequences. 我们的一生，是否蒙神悦纳，不在于外在的成就或人的评价，而在于是否制服己心，顺服真理。 Whether our lives are pleasing to God does not depend on outward achievements or human appraisals, but on whether we subdue our hearts and submit to the truth. 这样的人，在神眼里强如取城的勇士。 In God’s eyes, such a person is better than a warrior who takes a city.

口中的言语是内心意念的流露。正如耶稣说：心里所充满的，口里就说出来。 The words of our mouths are the overflow of the thoughts in our hearts. As Jesus said: Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. 神看重我们内心的动机和意念。 God looks at the motives and intentions within our hearts. 雅各说，若有人在话语上没有过失，他就是完全人。 James said that if anyone is never at fault in what they say, they are a perfect person. 当我感到被冒犯，想用言语去争辩、证明自己时；当我的怒气冲上来，要用恶言去攻击别人时；当我感到受伤、失望，要向人述说诉苦时… When I feel offended and want to use words to argue and prove myself; when my anger flares up and I want to attack others with harsh words; when I feel hurt and disappointed and want to vent my grievances to others...

活在神面前的属灵人，会在内里不住祷告，把心中的每一个意念，先交给神鉴察，审判。 A spiritual person living before God will pray without ceasing within, first surrendering every thought of the heart to God for His searching and judgment. 求圣灵也这样提醒我，当心难受的环境来的时候，快快闭上嘴巴，对自己的心喊“停住”。 I pray the Holy Spirit would also remind me in this way—that when difficult circumstances arise, I would be quick to shut my mouth and shout "Stop" to my own heart. 使我的心与耶稣——神羔羊的心对照，把内心不符合真理的苦毒、埋怨、不饶恕，和口里想说的论断、恶言、谎言…统统带到十字架上治死… So that my heart may be aligned with the heart of Jesus, the Lamb of God; bringing all the bitterness, grumbling, and unforgiveness that contradict the truth, along with the judgments, malice, and lies I wish to speak, to the cross to be put to death... 被神炼净通过…口中所出的就是恩言，把人带到光中。 To be refined and approved by God... so that what comes out of my mouth are words of grace, leading people into the light.

主啊，带领我在日常生活中，常常这样活在你面前。 Lord, lead me to live before You like this every day of my life. 愿我的心如关锁的园，禁闭的井，封闭的泉源，向世界和仇敌关闭，向罪、向我‘旧造’里任意妄为的律死，向耶稣、神的羔羊活。 May my heart be like a garden locked, a spring enclosed, a fountain sealed—shut off from the world and the enemy; dead to sin and the wilful laws of my 'old self', but alive to Jesus, the Lamb of God. 被你的真理充满，心意更新变化，好使我心中清洁，充满你的爱和怜悯，口中的话带着恩典和真理。 Be filled with Your truth and transformed by the renewing of my mind, so that my heart may be pure, full of Your love and mercy, and my words may carry grace and truth. 自己蒙神喜悦，得祝福，也成为身边人的祝福。 That I may be pleasing to God, receive His blessing, and become a blessing to those around me.
