【诗24:3-4】谁能登耶和华的山？谁能站在他的圣所？就是手洁心清、不向虚妄、起誓不怀诡诈的人。Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.

当我读到这段经文时，我知道这是向我发出的呼召。主啊，你问的不是别人，而是我。谁能登你的山？谁能站在你的圣所？若不是被你洁净、被你更新，谁能登上这山，进入圣所，惟靠你恩典的扶持才能登上这山。As I read this passage, I know it speaks directly to me. Lord, the one You are asking is not others, but me. Who may ascend Your mountain ? Who may stand in Your holy place? Unless I am cleansed and renewed by You, how could I ascend? It is only upheld by Your grace that I can climb. 登山对我来说，是离开属世的平原，是脱离安逸与妥协，是甘心经历试炼与熬炼。生死祸福摆在我面前，我愿意选择生命，向罪看自己是死的，向你却是活的。For me, ascending the mountain means leaving the flatlands of the world, stepping away from ease and compromise, and willingly embracing testing and refinement. Life and death, blessing and hardship, lie before me; I choose life, considering myself dead to sin and alive to You. 每一次对付里面的罪，每一次拒绝虚妄的念头，每一次在诱惑前选择顺服神的命令，都是我向上攀登的一步。Every time I confront the sin within, reject false thoughts, and choose obedience over temptation, I take another step upward.

“手洁心清”：手洁关乎行为，心清关乎动机。“虚妄”：虚妄就是虚假的偶像、世上、人前短暂的虚荣。“诡诈”：这是指为掩盖私欲、惧怕、自保等，口里说的跟心里想的不一致。“Clean hands and a pure heart”: clean hands speak of outward actions; a pure heart speaks of inward motives. “Falsehood” refers to empty idols, worldly pride, and the fleeting approval of others. “Deceit” is when words do not match the heart, often used to cover selfish desire, fear, or self-protection. 我本是没有指望的人，曾被罪辖制，被私欲牵引，活在黑暗、没有盼望的日子里。但因着你的爱，你把宝贵的救恩赐给我，让我重新明白活着的目的，生命的方向。I was once without hope, enslaved by sin and drawn by my own desires, living in darkness. Yet through Your love, You gave me the gift of salvation, restoring to me the purpose and direction of life. 如今我活着，不再只是为自己，而是为着一个更高的呼召，登耶和华的山，进入你的圣所。Now I live not simply for myself, but for a higher calling—to ascend the hill of the LORD and enter Your holy presence.

主啊，面对你的圣洁，我知道，手洁心清，不向虚妄、不怀诡诈，这不是我凭着肉体的热心，自己能行出来的…Lord, in the light of Your holiness, I know that clean hands and a pure heart—turning away from falsehood and deceit—cannot be produced by human enthusiasm or effort. 今天你在问我，你在邀请我，告诉我，登你的圣山，不是靠我肉体的热心和努力，而是靠内心的圣洁，惟有清心的人必得见神，这是我一生最深的渴望…感谢你，为我指明了攀登圣山、进入你同在圣所的道路。Today You question me and invite me, reminding me that climbing Your holy hill is not achieved by fleshly zeal, but by inner holiness. Only the pure in heart will see God—this is the deepest desire of my life. Thank You for showing me the path to ascend Your holy hill and enter the place of Your presence.

主啊，我再次谦卑的求你，在一切的环境里，光照我内心最深的动机，我是否在体贴自己的肉体、或是体贴别人的肉体？我的服事、说的话、做的事、动机是否蒙你光照过？我是否有任何诡诈，是我不认识的？Lord, I humbly ask You again: in every situation, shine Your light on the deepest motives of my heart. Am I satisfying my own flesh, or seeking to please others in the flesh? Have my service, my words, my actions, and my motives been exposed to Your light? Is there hidden deceit within me that I cannot yet see? 主啊，求你借着环境，赐给我火一般的试炼，炼净我，除去我里面的私欲、诡诈、不公义、不圣洁的心思意念，让我行你眼中为正的事，成为圣洁…Lord, use circumstances as refining fire to purify me, removing selfish desire, deceit, injustice, and unholy thoughts, so that I may do what is right in Your sight and grow in holiness.

主啊，我渴望看见神国的复兴、教会的扩张、人心的苏醒。求你先在我里面动工，让复兴圣洁从我自己开始。让我甘心把自己献上，当作活祭，像五饼二鱼一样交在你手中。Lord, I long to see revival in Your kingdom, growth in the church, and awakening in hearts. Start that work in me; let holiness and renewal begin within. May I willingly offer myself as a living sacrifice, like the five loaves and two fish placed in Your hands. 求你在环境里擘开我、破碎我、使用我，我愿意成为祝福，使生命影响生命，效法那些忠心到底的见证人，带领更多人一同登你的圣山。Break me, shape me, and use me through every circumstance. I desire to become a blessing, so that life may impact life, following the example of faithful witnesses, and leading others to climb Your holy hill. 主啊，仅此一生，我选择登山，天天向着你的圣所前进。无论道路多么崎岖，我愿意背起十字架跟随你。求你拉住我的手、与你同心同行，成为登上你圣山的得胜者。Lord, with this one life, I choose the upward path, moving each day toward Your holy presence. However steep the way, I will take up the cross and follow You. Take hold of my hand, walk with me in unity of heart, and make me an overcomer who ascends Your holy hill.
