【诗29:10-11】洪水泛滥之时，耶和华坐着为王；耶和华坐着为王，直到永远。耶和华必赐力量给他的百姓，耶和华必赐平安的福给他的百姓。【Psalm 29:10-11】The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord is enthroned as King forever. The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.

洪水，在希伯来语中特指挪亚时期那场毁灭性的绝对危机。它代表人力完全无法抗衡、足以冲毁一切秩序的失控时刻。In Hebrew, the word “flood” points directly to the catastrophic crisis of Noah’s flood. It represents moments when human strength cannot resist the force of events and everything seems to collapse. 当大卫写下这段话时，他看到的不仅是自然界的暴雨，更是他生命中那些“失控”的瞬间：被离弃的孤单、被追杀的惊恐、在罪里大跌倒后的混乱，家眷被仇敌全部掳去时的绝望。When David wrote this, he was thinking not only of storms in nature but also of the overwhelming moments in his own life: the loneliness of rejection, the fear of being hunted, the confusion after falling deeply into sin, and the despair when his family was taken captive by enemies.

然而，大卫却在此时仰望神的宝座。他发现了一个惊人的真相：面对这种“淹没感”，耶和华不是在岸边忙乱应对，而是“坐着”。“坐着”，意味着绝对的镇定、绝对的掌控和不可撼动的权柄。Yet David lifted his gaze to God’s throne and realised something profound: when everything seems overwhelming, the LORD is not in panic—He is seated. Being seated speaks of calm authority and sovereign control. 对方舟里的挪亚，洪水和死亡不是结束，而是神审判罪、重塑生命的序幕。耶稣基督受难时，属灵黑暗好像洪水淹没全地，但祂复活了，且升为至高，坐在父的右边，再一次向全宇宙宣告：洪水泛滥之时，耶和华坐着为王！ For Noah inside the ark, the flood was not the end but the beginning of God’s judgment on sin and the renewal of life. When Jesus Christ was crucified, spiritual darkness seemed to flood the world, yet He rose again and was exalted to the highest place, seated at the Father’s right hand, declaring once more that even when the floods rise, the LORD reigns as King.

主啊，求你赦免我，黑暗权势借着我最亲的人，误会、辱骂、射暗箭、制造人际关系破裂，深层的焦虑就像洪水一般压上来。当我面对危机，我的第一反应往往是惊慌失措。Lord, forgive me. When darkness comes through those closest to me—misunderstanding, criticism, hidden attacks, and strained relationships—anxiety rises like a flood. In crisis my instinct is often panic. 我也曾像溺水的人，拼命想抓住“解释、辩解”这些救命稻草。但感谢你在那时清楚地提醒我：要沉默，不要开口。 你引导我转向祷告，让我宣告你的主权。在那生死攸关的处境中，我经历了从未有过的平安。At times I have felt like someone drowning, desperately trying to defend or explain myself. Yet You reminded me clearly in those moments to be silent and turn to prayer. You led me to declare Your sovereignty, and in that intense situation I experienced a peace unlike anything I had known before.

我终于明白，你允许洪水泛滥，有时是为了拆毁我生命中那些不合神心意的“违章建筑”，让安逸的老我感到“不舒适”，好叫我不再寄希望于脆弱的、都不知道自己在做什么的人身上。I now realise that sometimes You allow the flood so that the parts of my life not built according to Your will are torn down. The comfort of the old self must be shaken so that I stop placing my hope in fragile people who themselves do not know what they are doing.

天父，感谢你，愿更多的神儿女，在洪水泛滥的试炼中，信心被训练、跟神建立生死之交。看见在风浪之中、洪水泛滥之时，神仍然掌权。Heavenly Father, thank You. May many of God’s people, through these floods of testing, see their faith strengthened and grow into deep fellowship with You. 愿我们的生命在风浪中经历你的真平安，使我们在这充满战争、死亡、灾难、动荡、危机的世界中坚定宣告：你仍然坐着为王。耶和华必赐力量给祂的百姓，耶和华必赐平安的福给祂的百姓。May we recognise that even in storms and rising waters, God still reigns. Let our lives experience Your true peace in the midst of turmoil, so that in a world marked by conflict, loss, disaster, and uncertainty we can boldly proclaim: You still reign as King. The LORD gives strength to His people; the LORD blesses His people with peace.
