【诗36:5】耶和华啊，你的慈爱上及诸天，你的信实达到穹苍。【Psalm 36:5】Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies.

借着圣灵的帮助，大卫看到了罪在人心里的诡诈：它不仅叫人失去敬畏，诱导人顺从罪的意念去酝酿、发酵，甚至定意行恶，不再憎恶恶事。With the help of the Holy Spirit, David saw how deceitful sin is in the human heart. It not only causes a person to lose the fear of God, but also draws him into following sinful thoughts, allowing them to grow and take shape, even leading to deliberate wrongdoing and no longer hating what is evil. 这使人失去了按神形象所造的智慧与良善，言语充满自夸。大卫看到的“恶人”，其实是每一个活在旧生命、旧思维里的人——我们都曾随从罪的牵引、受其迷惑而无力自拔。This causes a person to lose the wisdom and goodness of being made in God’s image, and his words become filled with pride. The “wicked” David speaks of are really all those who live in the old life and old way of thinking—we have all been drawn by sin, deceived by it, and unable to break free.

细细看，我们每天心里多少意念围绕着“自我”旋转？这种极度的自我为中心，正是人堕落本性的核心。当我们顺从这些意念时，骄傲、攀比、嫉妒、惧怕与焦虑便随之而来。If we look carefully, how many of our daily thoughts revolve around ourselves? This deep self-centredness lies at the heart of our fallen nature. When we follow those thoughts, pride, comparison, jealousy, fear, and anxiety naturally follow.

但大卫却发现：面对这样完全败坏的人，神不但没有立即审判、离弃，反而显出了莫大的慈爱。大卫在灵里已经看见弥赛亚，在他的诗篇中，多次指向那隐藏的，最令人震撼的恩典一定会临到：神必按照古时的应许，差遣爱子耶稣降世，以神子的牺牲来挽回全地必死的罪人。Yet David saw something remarkable: in the face of such deeply corrupted humanity, God did not immediately judge or abandon, but instead revealed great mercy and lovingkindness. In the Spirit, David had already seen the Messiah, and in his psalms he pointed again and again to that hidden and astonishing grace that would surely come—that God, according to His ancient promises, would send His beloved Son Jesus into the world, and through His sacrifice, redeem sinners across the whole earth who were otherwise destined to perish.

“上及诸天”、“达到穹苍”，描述的是一种普世覆盖性的拯救。当我们深陷在“自我”的泥潭里挣扎时，神的慈爱如同广阔的诸天覆庇我们；当我们因失败而灰心时，祂的信实如同恒定的穹苍托住我们。“Up to the heavens” and “reaching to the skies” describe a salvation that reaches everywhere. When we are deeply stuck in the mire of self, God’s lovingkindness covers us like the wide heavens; when we feel discouraged because of failure, His faithfulness holds us steady like the unchanging skies.

祂不光赦免我们，还赐下圣灵作为我们随时的力量，使我们能识别、并胜过仇敌放进旧人心里的各种罪的意念。He not only forgives us, but also gives us the Holy Spirit as our constant strength, enabling us to recognise and overcome the sinful thoughts that the enemy plants in the old self.

每一次我们在软弱中回转，祂就洗净；每一次我们在窘迫中呼求，祂就伸手。祂的慈爱从不叫求告祂的人羞愧。原来，我们能在属灵的考试中不失脚，全因祂慈爱的扶持；能在仇敌的猛烈攻击中站立得住，全因祂信实的帮助。Every time we turn back in weakness, He cleanses us; every time we cry out in need, He reaches out His hand. His lovingkindness never brings shame to those who call on Him. The truth is, we are able to stand firm in spiritual testing because of His loving support, and we are able to endure the enemy’s attacks because of His faithfulness.

主啊，我赞美你！你的慈爱高过我的过犯，你的信实强过我的软弱。赦免我常把目光囚禁在软弱的“自我”里，以至于看不见你那长阔高深的应许。谢谢你借着大卫的诗句提醒我，我的本位虽在尘土，我的保障却是那贯穿诸天、覆庇全地的慈爱和信实。Lord, I praise You. Your lovingkindness is higher than my sin, and Your faithfulness is stronger than my weakness. Forgive me for so often focusing on my weak self and failing to see the greatness of Your promises. Thank You for reminding me through David’s psalm that although I am from the dust, my security is found in Your lovingkindness and faithfulness that fill the heavens and cover the earth.

主耶稣，感谢你成了那连接诸天与地的梯子，让我在每一个反省自身败坏的时刻，都能因仰望你而得着赦罪的平安。求圣灵常在我里面动工，修剪我体贴肉体的意念，加给我胜过私欲的力量。Lord Jesus, thank You for becoming the ladder between heaven and earth, so that whenever I see my own brokenness, I can look to You and receive the peace of forgiveness. May the Holy Spirit continue to work in me, cutting away fleshly thoughts and giving me strength to overcome selfish desires.

我愿一生仰望你的慈爱，投靠你的信实，在看似波动的环境中，因着你那充满穹苍诸天的慈爱信实，坦然无惧，以信心支取你的恩典，活出得胜的生命。I choose to look to Your lovingkindness all my life and take refuge in Your faithfulness. Even in uncertain circumstances, because of Your lovingkindness and faithfulness that fill the heavens, I can stand without fear, receive Your grace by faith, and live a victorious life.
