【诗 36:9】因为在你那里有生命的源头，在你的光中，我们必得见光。 【Psalm 36:9】For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.

这是大卫看透了人性黑暗，也亲身经历过罪的诱惑后，抬头仰望神所发出的灵魂呐喊。他宣告了一个永恒不变的真理：罪，会切断人与生命源头的联结。This is the cry of David’s soul, lifted to God after he had seen the darkness of human nature and experienced the pull of sin himself. He declares an unchanging truth: sin cuts people off from the source of life. 人若离开，脱离这唯一的生命泉源，生命就会枯竭，心灵也会黑暗；唯有悔改归向神，来到神的泉源前，才能看清自己的罪与人生的方向，得着真正的生命与亮光。When a person turns away from this only fountain, life dries up and the soul falls into darkness; only by repenting and returning to God, coming before Him, can one see clearly one’s sin and life’s direction, and receive true life and light.

黑暗从不是外在的环境，而是人离开光后的必然光景：我们若不行在神的光中，就是行在自己的黑暗里，让私欲与罪遮蔽自己的心，最终跌倒坠落，灵性软弱受伤，陷入迷茫与沮丧。Darkness is not simply something outside us; it is what happens when we turn away from the light. If we are not walking in God’s light, we are walking in our own darkness, letting selfish desires and sin cloud our hearts, leading to stumbling, spiritual weakness, and discouragement. 然而大卫说：“在你那里……在你的光中”，为所有困在黑暗中的人指明了唯一出路——这条出路，只有在神面前才能找得到。But David says, “with You… in Your light,” showing that for all who are trapped in darkness, there is only one way out—and it is found in God alone.

耶稣就是我们永生的唯一道路，是生命与光的源头。正如约1：4说：生命在祂里头，这生命就是人的光。Jesus is the only way to eternal life, the source of life and light. As John 1:4 says, “In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.” 祂亲自来到这个被罪捆绑、被死亡与黑暗笼罩的世界，成为我们的生命与光，不仅救我们脱离黑暗和撒但的权势，更将那永恒的生命赐给凡归向祂的人。He came into this world, bound by sin and covered in darkness and death, to be our life and light—not only to rescue us from darkness and the power of Satan, but to give eternal life to all who turn to Him.

想要一个健康、丰盛的属灵生命，我们不是靠外在的宗教行为，自己的努力，而是要常常来到神面前，接受圣灵的光照与属灵的深度体检。If we want a healthy and fruitful spiritual life, we cannot rely on outward religious activity or our own effort. Instead, we need to keep coming before God, allowing the Holy Spirit to search and illuminate us deeply. 因为罪的根源不是行为，而是眼中不怕神，心没有敬畏神。唯有在神的光中，我们才能真正看见光，看清人心的败坏与万事的真相。The root of sin is not just behaviour, but a lack of the fear of God in the heart. Only in God’s light can we truly see clearly—both the condition of our hearts and the truth of everything around us.

主啊，你是生命的源头，是世界的真光。求你发出你的亮光和真理，引导我到你面前，显明我心中的动机，意念里的诡诈和罪。帮助我不满足于宗教形式，而是真实遇见你的光照、赦罪与医治。Lord, You are the source of life and the true light of the world. Send out Your light and truth to lead me to You, exposing the motives of my heart and the hidden sin in my thoughts. Help me not to settle for religious form, but to truly encounter Your light, Your forgiveness, and Your healing.

主啊，赐给我一颗谦卑痛悔的心，使我欢喜“来就光”。我愿在你的光中领受一切的训诲与责备，让圣灵更新、医治、释放的工作持续地做成在我里面。Lord, give me a humble and repentant heart that is willing to come into Your light. I am willing to receive Your instruction and correction, and to let the Holy Spirit continue His work of renewal, healing, and freedom within me. 愿我每天都来到你面前，喝你生命的活水，灵魂领受你的喂养。在你的光中看清每一天要走的道路；以持续地悔改来跟从你的教导，行在光中，直到赐生命圣灵的律掌管我，使我活出基督的义，享受你喜乐平安、属天的自由生命。Help me to come before You daily, to drink from the living water of life and be nourished in my soul. In Your light, show me the path I should walk each day. As I continue in repentance, help me follow Your teaching and walk in the light, until the law of the Spirit of life leads me, so that I may live out Christ’s righteousness and enjoy the joy, peace, and freedom of a heavenly life.
