【诗篇116:7】“我的心哪！你要仍归安乐，因为耶和华用厚恩待你。”【Psalm 116:7】Return to your rest, my soul, for the Lord has been good to you.

诗篇116篇是一首感恩诗。诗人曾经历极大的危难——死亡的绳索缠绕他，阴间的痛苦抓住他。Psalm 116 is a psalm of thanksgiving. The psalmist had gone through great danger—the cords of death entangled him, and the anguish of the grave came upon him.在几乎绝望之时，他没有放弃，而是在痛苦中呼求耶和华；神垂听了他的呼求，救拔他脱离死亡。因此，他向神献上赞美与感恩。When he was almost in despair, he did not give up, but cried out to the Lord in his suffering; God heard his cry and delivered him from death. So he offered praise and thanksgiving to God.

蒙神拯救之后，诗人凭信心对自己的心说：“我的心哪！你要仍归安乐，因为耶和华用厚恩待你。”After experiencing God’s deliverance, the psalmist speaks to his own soul in faith: “Return to your rest, O my soul, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you.” 他的心曾因苦难而惊惶不安，如今却因重新看见神的恩典，得以回到安息之中。His heart had been troubled and restless because of suffering, but now, as he sees God’s grace again, he is able to return to rest.

“因为耶和华用厚恩待你”——这是诗人经历死亡的威胁后，对神恩典深切的体会。“For the Lord has dealt bountifully with you”—this is the psalmist’s deep understanding of God’s grace after facing the threat of death.回想神怎样垂听、拯救和保守他，使他更加确信：那位曾经帮助他的神，今日仍然信实，永远不会离弃他。As he looks back on how God heard him, delivered him, and kept him, he becomes even more certain that the God who helped him before is still faithful today and will never leave him.

当我们遭遇急难时，我们的心也很容易离开安息，跑向恐惧、焦虑和自己的打算，口中也容易说出消极、负面的话。When we go through trouble, our hearts can also easily lose their rest and run towards fear, anxiety, and our own plans, and we can easily begin speaking negative and discouraging words.但诗人的经历提醒我们：即使身处最痛苦、最危险的时刻，我们仍可以呼求神，相信祂的良善，让自己的心重新归回安息。But the psalmist’s experience reminds us that even in the most painful and dangerous moments, we can still cry out to God, trust in His goodness, and allow our hearts to return to rest.

所以，我们也要像诗人一样提醒自己：不要只盯着眼前的问题，而要回想神过去的恩典。So we also need to remind ourselves, just as the psalmist did: do not focus only on the problem in front of us, but remember God’s grace in the past.忧虑使我们只看见缺乏，感恩却使我们重新看见神。那位过去带领、供应并保守我们的神，今天仍然信实，仍然值得我们信靠。Anxiety causes us to see only what we lack, but thanksgiving helps us to see God again. The God who guided, provided for, and protected us in the past is still faithful today and is still worthy of our trust.

我们真正的平安和喜乐，不是来自环境完全照着我们的期望改变，而是来自耶稣基督。Our true peace and joy do not come from our circumstances changing completely according to our expectations, but from Jesus Christ.祂已经在十字架上担当我们的罪，借着复活胜过罪与死亡，使我们可以坦然来到神面前。He has already carried our sins on the cross and, through His resurrection, overcome sin and death, so that we can come boldly before God.我们不需要靠自己掌控人生，也不需要独自承担未知的未来。主已经得胜，祂也必与我们同行。We do not need to control our lives by ourselves, nor do we need to carry the unknown future alone. The Lord has already overcome, and He will walk with us.

祷告 | Prayer

天父，求祢帮助我的心仍归安乐。Heavenly Father, please help my soul return to rest.

赦免我常常把眼目定睛在困难上，却忘记祢是用厚恩待我的神。Forgive me for so often fixing my eyes on difficulties and forgetting that You are the God who has dealt bountifully with me.我常被忧虑和恐惧辖制，想要靠自己掌控那无法掌控的未来。I am often controlled by anxiety and fear and try to control a future that I cannot control.

感谢祢赐下最大的恩典——祢的独生爱子耶稣基督。Thank You for giving the greatest grace—Your one and only Son, Jesus Christ.祂在十字架上为我的罪舍命，又从死里复活，使我不再被罪、死亡和恐惧辖制。He gave His life for my sins on the cross and rose from the dead, so that I no longer need to be controlled by sin, death, and fear.

父啊，求祢帮助我把一切忧虑交托给祢，使我的心重新回到祢的恩典中。Father, please help me hand all my anxieties over to You and bring my heart back into Your grace.即使环境仍然艰难，即使我还没有看见答案，也让我坚定相信：祢仍然信实，祢仍然掌权。Even if my circumstances are still difficult and even if I have not yet seen the answer, help me firmly believe that You are still faithful and You are still in control.因为基督已经得胜，我就有永恒的盼望；因为我属于祢，所以我的心可以仍归安乐。Because Christ has already overcome, I have eternal hope; because I belong to You, my soul can return to rest.

天父，求祢也安慰所有正在危难和低谷中的人，使我们在基督里重新得着信心、平安和得胜的盼望。Heavenly Father, please also comfort everyone who is going through danger and valleys, so that in Christ we may once again receive faith, peace, and the hope of victory.
