【诗篇 91:1】住在至高者隐密处的，必住在全能者的荫下。【Psalm 91:1】Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

诗篇91篇并不是以保护我们的应许开始的，而是以一个我们的心居住在哪里开始。 Psalm 91 does not begin with a promise of protection; it begins with a place to live.

这里的关键词是“居住”。 The key word is “dwells.”

居住的意思是常存、常在，并以神的同在为我们的家。 To dwell means to remain, abide, and make our home in God’s presence.

我们当问自己：我的心思意念常住在哪里？ One way we know where we dwell is by asking, What do my thoughts dwell on?

那些我们的心在反复思想的，会塑造我们的心灵并引导我们的生活。 Whatever occupies our minds repeatedly will eventually shape our hearts and direct our lives.

如果我常思想忧虑的事，住在忧虑中，我就会被忧虑所掌控。 If I dwell on worry, I will be ruled by worry.

如果我常住在恐惧中，我就会被恐惧所支配。 If I dwell on fear, I will be controlled by fear.

如果我常住在愤怒或感觉被冒犯中，我就会变得苦毒。 If I dwell on anger or offence, I will become bitter.

但如果我不断用神的话语充满我的心思，选择住在至高者的同在里，我的心就会充满祂的真理、平安与盼望。 But if I continually fill my mind with God’s Word and choose to dwell in the presence of the Most High, my heart will be filled with His truth, peace, and hope.

住在神的同在里的果子就是安息。 The result of dwelling in God’s presence is rest.

这不仅仅是身体上的休息。 This is more than physical rest.

这是一种内心深处的平安，知道神与我们同在，并且一切都在祂的掌控之中，即使生活充满未知。 It is a deep peace of heart that comes from knowing God is with us and is in control, even when life is uncertain.

世人在成功、金钱、舒适或娱乐中寻找安息，但真正的安息只有在神的同在里才能找到。 The world looks for rest in success, money, comfort, or entertainment, but true rest is found only in the presence of God.

这节经文还说，我们必住在“全能者的荫下”。 The verse also says we rest “in the shadow of the Almighty.”

当我们紧紧依靠祂。 A shadow is always close to the one who casts it.

当我们与神保持亲近时，我们就活在祂的看顾、保护、智慧和爱之中。 As we stay close to God, we live under His care, protection, wisdom, and love.

祂的同在是我们的避难所。 His presence is our refuge.

这并不意味着我们永远不会面临困难，但它确实意味着我们绝不会独自面对困难。 This does not mean we will never face difficulties, but it does mean we never face them alone.

耶稣邀请我们进入这样的人生：“你们要常在我里面，我也常在你们里面”（约翰福音 15:4）。 Jesus invites us into this kind of life: “Remain in me, as I also remain in you” (John 15:4).

基督徒的生活不是靠我们自己的力量去挣扎奋斗，而是常在基督里，并允许祂在我们里面且借着我们来工作。 The Christian life is not about striving in our own strength, but about remaining in Christ and allowing Him to work in and through us.

当我们常在祂里面时，祂就会改变我们，坚固我们，将祂的平安充满我们，并使我们能够彰显祂的爱与恩典，好让别人能借着我们看见祂的美善。 As we abide in Him, He transforms us, strengthens us, fills us with His peace, and enables us to reflect His love and grace so that others may catch a glimpse of His goodness through us.

祷告 / Prayer

天父，感谢祢邀请我住在祢的同在里。 Heavenly Father, thank You for inviting me to dwell in Your presence.

求祢赦免我，因为我让自己的心思意念常住在忧虑、恐惧和世界的事物上，而不是常住在祢里面。 Forgive me for allowing my mind to dwell on worry, fear, and the things of this world instead of on You.

求祢借着祢的话语更新我的心意，并教导我每天都常在基督里。 Renew my mind through Your Word, and teach me to abide in Christ each day.

当我安息在全能者的荫下时，求祢用祢的平安充满我，并让我的生命向周围的人彰显祢的美善。 Fill me with Your peace as I rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and let my life reflect Your goodness to those around me.
