【诗篇 105:4 】要寻求耶和华与祂的能力，时常寻求祂的面。【Psalm 105:4】Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.

诗篇一百零五篇是一首回顾神信实作为的赞美诗。

Psalm 105 is a hymn of praise reflecting on God’s faithful works.

诗人带领百姓回想神怎样拣选亚伯拉罕并与他立约，又怎样在旷野中供应、保护与引导以色列人，最终带领他们进入应许之地。

The psalmist leads the people to recount how God chose Abraham and made a covenant with him, how He provided for, protected, and guided the Israelites in the wilderness, and ultimately led them into the Promised Land.

神从未忘记祂的百姓，也从未停止祂的工作。

God has never forgotten His people, nor has He ever ceased His work.

因此，诗人发出这重要的呼召：“要寻求耶和华与祂的能力，时常寻求祂的面。”

Therefore, the psalmist issues this crucial call: "Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always."

这里的“面”代表神的同在。

Here, "his face" represents God’s presence.

神确实乐意拯救我们，也乐意帮我们解决生活中的实际问题；但祂更渴望我们寻求祂自己，与祂建立真实深厚的亲密关系。

God is indeed pleased to save us and help us resolve practical problems in life; yet He desires even more that we seek Himself and cultivate a deep, authentic, and intimate relationship with Him.

“时常”二字尤为关键——神不应只是我们遇到困难时的避难所，更应是我们生命的中心与每日的带领。

The word "always" is especially vital—God should not merely be our refuge in times of trouble, but the very center of our lives and our daily guide.

寻求神的面，就是每天愿意花时间亲近祂、读经祷告、聆听祂的声音，并在平常的日子里照着祂的话去生活。

Seeking God’s face means willingly spending time daily to draw near to Him, read the Scriptures, pray, listen to His voice, and live according to His Word in our ordinary days.

当我们真正寻求神的面，祂的能力与恩典自然会伴随着同在而来。

When we truly seek God’s face, His strength and grace naturally follow His presence.

正如摩西最大的渴求不是求能力，而是认识神，“求你显出你的荣耀”；大卫最大的满足也不是王位，而是“住在耶和华的殿中，瞻仰祂的荣美”。

Just as Moses’ greatest longing was not for power, but to know God—praying, "Now show me your glory"—and David’s ultimate satisfaction was not his royal throne, but to "dwell in the house of the LORD and to gaze on the beauty of the LORD."

今天，神仍在寻找那些寻求祂面的人。

Today, God is still searching for those who seek His face.

祂不仅愿意赐下能力，更愿意将祂自己赐给我们。

He is not only willing to grant strength, but even more eager to bestow Himself upon us.

每天一点一滴地亲近神，我们的生命就会在祂的同在中慢慢蜕变。

As we draw near to God step by step each day, our lives will be gradually transformed in His presence.

当我们以祂为最大的满足，祂的能力、智慧、平安与引导，必如影随形般临到我们的生命。

When we find our greatest satisfaction in Him, His strength, wisdom, peace, and guidance will surely accompany our lives like a shadow.

祷告 | Prayer

亲爱的天父：

Dear Heavenly Father,

赦免我常常只寻求你的帮助，却忽略了寻求你自己；渴望你的能力，却没有渴慕你的同在，认识你的性情。

Forgive me for so often seeking only Your help while neglecting to seek You Yourself, and for desiring Your strength without longing for Your presence or seeking to know Your character.

求你的圣灵吸引我，使我每天都愿意安静来到你面前，时常寻求你的面。

May Your Holy Spirit draw me, so that I willingly come quietly before You every day to seek Your face always.

求你光照我里面一切骄傲、惧怕和倚靠自己的地方，洁净我的心，使我不以事奉代替亲近，不以得好处代替主你自己。

Please shine Your light upon every area of pride, fear, and self-reliance within me. Cleanse my heart, so that I never substitute ministry for intimacy with You, nor replace the Lord Himself with the benefits You bestow.

愿你成为我一生最大的追求和满足，使我常住在你里面，活在你的同在中，每一天更加认识你。

May You become the greatest pursuit and satisfaction of my life, enabling me to abide in You, live in Your presence, and know You more deeply each day.
