诗篇 105 篇回顾了神的信实与大能：从拣选亚伯拉罕并应许赐地，到带领以色列民出埃及，最终进入流奶与蜜的迦南美地。

Psalm 105 reviews God's faithfulness and power: from choosing Abraham and promising the land, to leading the Israelites out of Egypt and into the land flowing with milk and honey.

当时迦南地虽被强盛且拜偶像的外族占领，并建有城邑、住房与果园，神却将这一切白白赐给自己的子民作为产业。

Although Canaan was occupied by powerful, idol-worshipping nations and equipped with built cities, homes, and orchards, God gave all of it to His people as an inheritance.

今天也是如此——我们许多人在信主后都深刻体验到，神在不知不觉中祝福了我们的家庭、工作、财务、健康与生活的方方面面。

It is the same today—many of us have deeply experienced how God, often imperceptibly, has blessed our families, work, finances, health, and every aspect of our lives after coming to faith.

这使我们明白，这一切绝非单靠我们自身的努力奋斗就能得来，而是神在暗中的带领与赐福。

This teaches us that none of these blessings come merely from our own striving, but from God’s quiet guidance and favor.

然而，神赐给我们最宝贵的，不仅是眼见的地上好处，更是我们在基督里所享有的平安、喜乐，以及各样属灵的福气。

Yet, the most precious gift God bestows is not merely visible earthly benefits, but the peace, joy, and every spiritual blessing we enjoy in Christ.

祷告 | Prayer

亲爱的天父：

Dear Heavenly Father,

感谢祢借着经文提醒我。我曾像以色列民一样，是世界的奴隶，在黑暗权势下劳碌打拼。

Thank You for reminding me through Your Word. Like the Israelites, I was once a slave to the world, striving fruitlessly under the power of darkness.

感谢祢将我从黑暗中拯救出来，迁入祢爱子光明的国度（迦南美地的预表）。

Thank You for rescuing me from darkness and transferring me into the kingdom of Your beloved Son (foreshadowed by Canaan).

我今天明白，若不是祢在十字架上胜过仇敌、赐下拯救，凭我自己的努力根本无法脱离生活的咒诅与虚空。

Today I realize that apart from Your victory on the cross and Your salvation, no amount of my own effort could ever free me from life's burdens and futility.

我如今所拥有这一切看得见与看不见的福分，全都是祢恩典的赐予。

All the visible and invisible blessings I enjoy today are entirely gifts of Your grace.

祢晓得我极易软弱，容易重蹈覆辙。因此祢赐下话语和律例，不是要束缚我，而是为了守护我，使我能守住祢所赐的福。

You know how prone I am to weakness and falling back into old ways. You gave Your Word and laws not to restrict me, but to protect me and safeguard the blessings You have bestowed.

求祢借着历史的教训警戒我，使我远离世界的诱惑与骄傲，时常寻求祢的面，将祢的话刻在心版上，不再回到过去的奴役之中。

Use the lessons of history to warn me, helping me flee worldly temptations and pride. May I always seek Your face, write Your Word upon my heart, and never return to past bondage.

感谢祢将我心灵的地土从仇敌手中夺回，赐给我宝贵的救恩；更感谢祢赐下圣灵与我们同住，好使我们能遵行祢的律例，守祢的律法。

Thank You for reclaiming the terrain of my soul from the enemy and granting me precious salvation. Thank You, even more, for giving Your Holy Spirit to dwell with us, enabling us to keep Your precepts and observe Your laws.

愿我一生住在祢的保护与慈爱中，最终在祢永恒的国度里与祢同住。

May I dwell in Your protection and steadfast love all my life, and ultimately reign with You in Your eternal kingdom.
